6.7 Good
Pros: Location was good. Staff were very friendly and the place was very dog friendly. Although on main road quiet with beautiful views. Good beer.
Cons: Having to pay extra for breakfast added an extra £60 to our 3 night stay. Due to the cost felt obliged to have a full breakfast rather than lighter option due to flat fee. Could have been cleaner marks on the wall and heavy dust on places. Covered Dip the bathroom floor.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, eggs cooked well to order Attached curry restaurant does a very good curry
Cons: Room quite small, no bath in any of the rooms. Bathroom needs updating

Cons: Not a lot.
6.7 Good
Pros: The place has character.
Cons: No restaurant facilities on Sunday evening
6.3 Good
Pros: Very nice location. Six rooms are in a separate building from the pub overlooking fields, so it was pleasantly quiet. Room was clean and well appointed. Check-in staff very helpful. There is an excellent Indian restaurant attached to the pub.
Cons: Unfortunately the king-size rooms were all sold out so I had to book a double I found both the room and double bed very small. Bathroom was fine but they need to do some work on the sealant around the shower as it was quite mildewed. There was also a damp mark on the ceiling so a touch of paint would go a long way. Lighting over or around the mirror could have been better but it was OK. I didn’t like the breakfast as the full English was quite greasy tasting and the toast was burnt and soggy. It would have been nice to have some natural yoghurt as only fruit flavoured with added sugar was available. We paid £10 for our breakfast but would have been happy to pay more for a higher quality.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The spa/pool facilities were nice outside of the children/family times Lovely surrounding countryside
Cons: Far too many supplements on top of the very expensive rate for a deluxe room Dinner was minimal though included in the price only 2 courses and additional costs. Room not made up when we returned from a day out Breakfast was chaotic with no staff around and uncleared tables everywhere so guests couldn’t find a table to sit down.

Pros: Staff were really nice and helpful. breakfast was the best I’d had in a while!
Cons: The live music on a Friday and Saturday night until 11 / 12pm was not ideal! We could hear every word being sang directly below our room! We were kept awake and had a 14 month baby staying with us. We were not told that there was going to be live music and I think this is completely unfair!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything it would be great to have robes and slippers to make it extra special and more gluten free options apart from that!
Cons: More gluten free options
4.6 Okay
Pros: Swimming pool Room
Cons: Horrifically expensive for what it was. For close to 300 a night it was a very chavy blokey over focused on weddings golf and hen weekends kind of place. Pool clearly appealing to kids however only two hours allowed between 3pm and 5pm for kids after paying near 300 pounds is not good. Larger reception team required when you have a big wedding party. Food in sports bar not much above a Wetherspoons and no decent premium lager. Positioned as spa hotel yet no space in spa when large wedding party damages experience for other customers so bigger spa capability required. All of this is expected given high price of one night.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We really like going there it’s a great place for a relaxing getaway with fantastic facilities ie spa and pools.
Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: Looks nice
Cons: We paid £159 for our room which didn’t include breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Tea cup's in the room are too small, Mugs would be nice. signage for function rooms, not clear several people were looking for the rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The gym is fantastic as well as the spa and pool. We loved the champagne Bar and the service and quality of food in the sports bar was very good. Beautiful location and surrounding's.
Cons: We had to move rooms when we first arrived as the carpet was highly stained and the floor in the bathroom didn't look like it had even been cleaned. There was also thick built up dust in the tower fan provided, behind the standing lamp and bathroom fan; on the surface, things appeared to have been cleaned but looking closer the cleanliness was quite poor. In the second room we were moved to the "double bed" which was two singles, had only been zipped together with a single sheet placed over the top. Other hotels we have stayed in at least put a bed protector over the top so you couldn't feel the zip. The service we received in the onside Starbucks wasn't that great either as the female staff member that served my partner was rude and got the order wrong. When my partner questioned it,the female staff member wasn't proactive in even wanting to help rectify the mistake made. The service in the King's Carvery was really slow....we had to wait 15minutes to be seated even after we had booked a table at a specific time. And my partner had to go and get a staff member from the bar to serve us a dessert after waiting a further 20minutes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and location stunning venue for a wedding.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for the Goodwood revival. Rooms were clean and much better than previous reviews suggested.
Cons: Nothing to note
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location and the receptionist was extremely helpful
Cons: A bit weathered
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were all very friendly. Our bedroom was large and we had both a bath (but no handrail, a common failing) and shower - the fittings were fairly modern but eccentric eg lever rather than tap. Despite rating re cleanliness our room was properly cleaned and serviced. The breakfast buffet was ok though on the cold side. The health spa was a bonus (though the sauna and jacuzzi weren't working)
Cons: The corridors (particularly between the old and new buildings where there had probably been a burst pipe or radiator) were in a fairly poor state.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast very good despite being slow service.
Cons: Shower screen wouldn't stay in position and the shower holder broken. Also cleaning of the bathroom and toilet very very poor.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were brilliant - so helpful and friendly. The bar was lovely and cosy with a good wine selections. The rooms and decor could do with an update, but generally it was a nice hotel.
Cons: The first room we were put into had a strong smell of damp, but when we complained we were moved instantly and got a complimentary breakfast!
6.0 Good
Pros: The restaurant was good. The parking was good.
Cons: The walls were paper thin and there were people partying in the room next door until 3am. I could hear every word they were saying. It was a terrible night.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: The room still had a half used bar of soap In the shower, which instantly made us feel it was not cleaned properly. Myself and my partner came back to our room after and initial event in the morning, we came back to the hotel room to find our door wide open with towels holding it open. There was no sign of any cleaner and we had very valuable things in our room on show, including a set of car keys to a car in the car park. We made the management aware of this and all we received was a “I will be in touch later”. This never happened. The room was nothing like described or shown on the website. The room was dark and cold and the wall had chunks missing out of it. It was a disappointment to have a room look so different from what was described and shown in pictures.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The general state of the building and rooms were extra poor, dirty and in need of refurbishment
8.3 Excellent
Pros: center of town
Cons: cleaner room
