I would like breakfast to be a little bit more diabetic friendly-particularly I'd rather fruit be freash rather than out of can/jar. This tends to add sugar calories. Also lower sugar dry cereals would be welcome.
Overall it was clean with welcoming staffs Room was bit smaller than other Failfields that I stayed before and breakfast I wish they had some fresh fruits
nice hotel good food
I got queen beds but they seem to be a little small for queen size
The room was great beds pillows tv most aspects of the room and an actually working wifi.

The rooms was very nice the bed was comfortable love the bithroom made service was great the staff was very friendly
Hinesville is a small town; however, this hotel was definitely first class!
No, the room was average size but had ample closet space with a microwave, small refrigerator, desk and small seating area. There was a small store at the front desk to purchase snacks. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful.
Over the weekend the entrance trash cans were over flowing as well as the lobby.
Closeness to Ft Stewart front gate.
Very noisy. Walls are paper thin. Not very updated rooms.
staff helpful re driving directions and discount on nearby restaurant
The tub surround needed a little sprucing up.
They were all extremely friendly and helpful.
Our stay was excellent! The staff was attentive and treated us like we were part of the family. One day, my husband and I needed space to grade final exams for our students. One of the maintenance staff found an empty meeting room for us to use.
No, everything was perfect! Kudos to Steve at the front desk who drove over to the puppy store to get the phone number. Very sweet!
Loved the breakfast and the hotel is new. We stayed here in February and found the hotel to be amazing. The staff was great and so was the overall room. The room had a ipod docking station and nice bed. We also enjoyed the nice hot tub at night. The hotel had free weights which is unusual but great. The pool was outside but too cold to use. The hotel had a deck with a grill and TV
Upon arriving, we were told that our King size bedroom was no longer available as they were 'overbooked'. After dropping our bags off and on our way out, the frontdesk attendant asked us about our room to which we replied that we would've rather gotten what we had initially made reservations for. He attempted to 'find' us a room before he asked if we had 'gotten comfortable' in the room. We told him we had only dropped our bags off. He then ignored our response and went about his business. \n \nNot only did we find pubic hair all over the bathtub but there were long strands of hair on towels that were physically brought to us by housekeeping. The hair dryer had a greasy film all over it left by the previous occupants. \n \nWe had accidently left chocolate stains on our bedsheets during one of the days. We left for the day and expected to return to clean sheets. To our dismay, we came back to the same chocolate stained sheets which were covered up with another sheet. \n \nThe only positive experience in this hotel was the service given during Breakfast by the wonderful attendant.
