Cons: Absolutely NOTHING
Pros: Lovely hosts, beautiful property, great hospitality.
Pros: Everything was great! Very friendly hosts! Big breakfast selection, beautiful property, comfy bed, and very spacious room and bathroom.
Pros: Breakfast was lovely including fresh bread, fruit and eggs cooked just as we wanted them. The bed we stayed in was in the main house and was extremely comfortable.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with a great sense of history, the staff was extremely hospitable and made our stay great.
Pros: Amazing room, amazing countryside views from panoramic window. Minibar etc. Best room we had on our holiday.
Cons: The town was dead. No nearby bar or restaurant. Had dinner in the hotel. We were the only customers. However food was good. Only saw one other couple at breakfast. Breakfast was OK.
Pros: Everyone was incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. Beautiful hotel, thoroughly relaxing.
Pros: Staff were very friendly and efficient. Lovely room with fabulous views. Evening meal was good with an exceptional waiter. And good value!
Pros: A large, comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. Amazing quirky building and fabulous views. Very helpful staff, although not sure how they’d cope if full. Breakfast was simple, but good quality and fresh. The drinks we had in the bar were very reasonably priced. Worth the drive from the motorway for this one night’s stay. Went into the village for a tapas dinner and drinks which were excellent, although nothing opens until 9!
Cons: Dinner not served until 9, hence our wander into the village - but nothing open there either til 9. A bit late for us Brits ☺️ And I do know that we were in Spain
Located in Cortelazor, La Flamenca Inn is within a 15-minute drive of Sierra de Aracena National Park and Museo del Jamon. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and microwave in a common area.
Pros: We believe the hotel was created fairly recently (maybe 10 years ago or so) on the site of an old bakery in the town . According to their web site, built out of a dream inspired by the love of beautiful things and the environment around Cortelazor. The decor is second to none with much thought gone into every successful detail . From the original stain-glass windows bought in Scotland from the remnants of an old church to parquet flooring and tasteful paintings. Personally, I have never fully understood the theatricality of the four poster bed but Linda loved it so there you go. My favourite detail was a copy of John Foredham's '90's book on Jazz in the bedroom bookcase, so there you go again. We only stayed the one night on a short birthday treat but enjoyed the stay immensely. We will be back. Cortelazor is situated in the magical Sierra Morena and from the village there are mountain paths in every direction. Memorable.
Cons: Nothing. All good.
