Pros: Beautiful location and beautiful individualized boutique rooms. Lots of nice little details in the house and the garden makes the place warm and feeling home, Marie is a great and lovely Host. Breakfast is outstanding with lots of homemade things.
Pros: The property is a family home that was originally a manor house built in 1798. The main house and servants quarters were completely remodeled in 2015 and retain all of their original 1800's charm and character. There are three guest rooms in the refurbished servants quarters and all are very comfortable. There is a small living room and kitchen to share in that building, but a larger very comfortable living room where the host serves a great breakfast every morning.
Cons: If you are looking for a busy central location you should plan on staying in Strasbourg which is 10 minutes away by car otherwise this location is perfect for a quiet get away.
Pros: Mary the host was most helpful and friendly, she even booked us a restaurant for the evening meal. The place was very pretty, clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back and recommend.
Pros: Lovely environment and warm host
Cons: None. We wanted to stay in a small village near the city
Pros: This is a lovely B&B which is wonderfully run by our hostess Marie. Everything about her place is perfect. The rooms are spotlessly clean and lovingly decorated, the breakfast is yummy, with lots of choices. Marie herself is kindly handing out plenty of good advice, i.e. dining options or activities.
Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: It’s wonderful to live in an old house with comfortable redecoration.
With a stay at Gîtes et Chambre d'Hôtes A l'Arc en Ciel in Blaesheim, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Covered Bridge and Alsatian Museum. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The whole entire place was really clean and decorated with taste. There are also parking places which is very handy (also, safe as the parking was behind the gates). Anne was extremely friendly, always making sure we got everything. Our apartment was for five people therefore, very open, big and comfortable. There was an extra toilet upstairs. The wifi worked with ease. It is only a 14 minute drive to strasbourg from this place. Also, near by there are many interesting little towns to visit and there are many supermarkets.
Cons: There is nothing that I didn't like.
Pros: The host is very kind and friendly. The accommodation is comfortable and better than in the pictures. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast delighted us. If we have the opportunity again we will come again.
Cons: we paid € 10 penalty, because we made a reservation through booking.com !
Pros: This place has it all. Nice atmosphere - extremely clean rooms - the nicest host - good location. We spend 2 weeks there as a family and we loved it so much. Anne is a unique person who takes very good care of her guests.
Pros: The location really nice Property fantastic Couldn't do enough for us
Pros: Set in a beautiful location very charming town with lots of history & places to explore nearby House & accomodation had loads of old world character Breakfast was amazing beautiful local food & well presented Host Anna was very helpful able to provide information on local history, walks & places to visit in the surrounding area
Cons: We liked everything would definitely go back
Pros: Madamme Anne was fantastic
Pros: What a lovely welcome. The owner was soooo friendly!
Cons: Nothing. Utterly charming.
When you stay at La Ferme Martzloff in Breuschwickersheim, you'll be near the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Zenith Strasbourg and Covered Bridge. Featured amenities include wired Internet access (surcharge), multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Friendly and helpful host. Great info on Strasbourg area too. Even free produce from the garden
Cons: Nothing great place!
Pros: Our stay was great, the staff and owners were terrific, the rooms were excellent and so was breakfast. The facilities overall were exceptional.
Cons: Everything was very good
Pros: Christiane was extremely helpful and friendly
Pros: Our room was clean and comfortable. Some of the breakfast items, such as the applesauce, were prepared from produce raised on the farm. The restaurant across the street had excellent food for dinner. A common room offered a place for snacks and games for families and groups.
Cons: The drive into Strasbourg is more challenging than I expected and our point in staying here was to visit Strasbourg. Some of the roads are very narrow and I would recommend arriving in daylight until you are familiar with the area.
Pros: We travelled through Alsace for 3 weeks and this was our favorite! The hostess and host were amazing and they spoke English well. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was so refreshing. It was a short, easy trip to Strasbourg and we loved being on a farm. Good restaurants were in walking distance. Truly loved it.
With a stay at Chambres d'Hôtes La Stoob Strasbourg Sud in Illkirch-Graffenstaden, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Covered Bridge and Alsatian Museum. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great room in a century old historic building which was beautifully renovated by the owner. Great warm host prepared awesome breakfasts and gave lots of recommendations for locations in the area. Downtown Strasbourg either 15 min by car, or 30 min by nearby tram.
Pros: The owner was perfectly nice. We liked everything about our stay in „La stoob“,
Pros: We had a perfect stay! Very good breakfast!
Pros: Our room was beautifully furnished & decorated, the bathroom large & modern. The owners very welcoming & we had a glass of wine in the courtyard on our arrival.
Pros: The owner Laurence made our stay really special, she went over & beyond with kindness & service. Very clean, fresh sheets, fresh smelling towels!! Owner & daughter both spoke some English which was fantastic! Fresh baked goods daily for breakfast, if you prefer croissants in place of stick bread that can need only to ask, here they aim to please!! Offered to drive us to the hairdresser (tho we walked, wasn't far) & made the apt. for us to get our hair done. We came to stay 6 days in an affordable place & ended up making special new friends. Weren't planning on returning before we stayed here but will be back for sure!!
Cons: Some plants or flowers in the outside seating area.. would make it so much cozier out there :) Bathroom door needs trimmed in downstairs bath as it scrapes the floor when you open or close it. Otherwise.. No complaints!!
Pros: First of all, the owner, this really nice lady herself, who’s heartwarming, funny, open-minded, talkative(but not annoying at all) and very tentative, already made the stay special. We enjoyed our small talks with her at breakfasts, feeling like spending time with a new friend, like staying at home. She always checked with us when we’d like to have breakfast on the next morning and then showed up there every morning, making sure we had everything we needed. There’s a decent choice of breakfast for a small guesthouse, different kinds of cheese, marmalades and breads (sweet and salty). You can pull your hot tee/coffee or grab a cold drink from the fridge anytime you like, like at home:) Oh and we got fresh towels everyday, thanks to the lovely lady. The house speaks for itself, authentic, romantic, well balanced rustic charm and mordern living comfort, with many tasteful decorative details. The location is not only perfect for visiting Strasbourg (20 mins by tram, the station 5 mins walk from the house, the ticket is quite cheap), but also if you wanna take a ride on the famous “Wine Street” and visit those lovely wine villages, just ask the hostess, she’d be happy to offer you insider tips.:) You have everything you need in walking distance here. Last but not the least, you can park your car safely for free in the yard, which normally costs 10 euros or even more per day in the city! All in all, we enjoyed our stay so much here and wanna thank you again for your hospitality and the heartwarming “surprise” for us in the end(it was delicious :)) Schöne Grüße aus Düsseldorf
Pros: Te breakfast was excellent!
Pros: Hosts were extemely helpful, with lots of very useful information, organising tram ticket into Strasbourg.
Pros: It is a room owned by a very friendly elderly man and his wife. The room is quiet and isolated from the rest of the house. The owner enjoys talking to the guests in French or German and providing a great service, including preparing breakfast and setting up an iron and ironing board. Staying there was a good experience.
Cons: Slightly off center, but the public transportation is pretty good, so it does not matter much. You can get to the city center within 10-15 minutes.
Pros: The room was large with a comfy seating area. It was lovely to have an area in the garden where we were able to sit. Our hosts made us very welcome.
Pros: Very lovely host I ever met, this guesthouse is only one room which all guests will feel VIP experience. I came there early and not prior inform the host when I arrive. The neighbor helped me to contact the host to welcome me. Moreover, all room facilities are full-equipped and its room always keep clean. Breakfast was decent and the tram station is in walking distance.
Cons: The shower room and flush toilet area is a bit cramped.
Pros: The owner was extremely helpful about where to visit and how to get there and had even purchased a tram ticket for immediate use. The room was cosy, comfy bed and the apartment conveniently situated for our visit to Strasbourg.
Pros: Had a fridge and the hosts were very helpful with where to go
Cons: The breakfast. This is just a personal thing as I dont like a lot of bread.
Pros: Lovely welcoming owners Annick and Bernard and nothing too much trouble for them
Cons: Nothing I didn't like
Pros: excellent host, helpful and attentive, shared one of his bikes with me; home situated very convenient for walks along the canal and well connected with central Strasbourg, close to several restaurants
Cons: WiFi needs improvement

With a stay at Hôtel Kyriad Strasbourg, you'll be centrally located in Lingolsheim, within a 10-minute drive of Covered Bridge and Alsatian Museum. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Planning an event in Lingolsheim? This hotel features 60 square feet (6 square meters) of event facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The room was comfortable, big bed, clean, the bathroom clean also.
Cons: At the check-in, the guy from the reception, told me that he needs to charge my card with 150 EUR, although the price for the room was 65. I asked why and he said that it's like a guarantee, in case of smoking in the room, broke something and so on and after the check-out the difference of the amount will be unblocked. I didn't agree, in the end he charged only 80. In the morning, again same problem at the check-out, a lady this time, wanted to charge my card again!? I explained her, that I already did this in the evening, and so on, in the end she said that it's ok and we can leave.
Cons: The toilet room smelled heavily like sewage during our stay. And on the next morning the cleaning staff opened the door before check-out time. He/she did not come in because we made sound inside to stop him/her.
Pros: The room was fine, WiFi worked, and there was enough parking space in front of the hotel. The location was okay, we used a public transportation, a bus line that is stationed outside the hotel. The staff was fluent in English.
Cons: The Hotel charge us a deposit fee of 150 euros although two nights in this hotel didn't matched our total price. They said that they have to check the minibar on our departure and the damage to the room, and if everything is fine, we would get the deposit back. The check out on Sunday is 7:30 so we had to wait for the receptionist. At our check out, the receptionist said they would check our room at 12:00 and then returned our deposit. That was unacceptable, so I demanded to check now and to lift the deposit fee. The receptionist (fluent in English) did not like this, but however he agreed and send a maid to our room. Then he lifted the deposit. Later I checked and there is written: "The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival." I am fine if the reserved the amount I am supposed to pay for my stay, but there is nowhere written how much they would pre-autorize. So update your booking conditions and explain better.
Pros: The towels were particularly nice. The desk was practical. There was a water heater to make tea : )
Cons: The fact that I had to go out for dinner - no restaurant in the hotel.
Pros: Personal very good!
Pros: For the price, excellent room and very clean bed etc. Very well ventilated rooms.
Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: The hotel should take a 30-minute bus ride from the Centrol bus station. Located on the outskirts, it is a place to sleep.
Set in an 18th-century farmstead, this 3-star hotel is located in Entzheim, just 5 km from Strasbourg Entzheim International Airport. Guests can have a meal at the on-site restaurant. All the soundproofed rooms at Père Benoît offer a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a bath or a shower and a hairdryer. They are all serviced by a lift. Restaurant Steinkeller feature Alsatian décor with wooden walls and offers Alsatian specialities for lunch and dinner. Other facilities at Père Benoît include free Wi-fi and free private parking. Strasbourg is 15 km away.
Pros: The location was ideal for flights to/from Strasbourg airport. It's not in central Strasbourg, and public transport is probably not ideal, so a car is basically needed. For our purposes, a quiet weekend getaway, it was great. The check-in and check-out processes were extremely smooth, and the reception staff very friendly. The room was standard, no frills. Very comfortable bed. Gets a bit warm though, especially if the shutters are closed. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, good quality food, and not too busy. Overall very good value for the money, recommended.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Staff and cleanliness
Cons: Poor location
Pros: Such a pretty building, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
Pros: We liked everything, wonderful staff, location, clean rooms, wonderful ambience and delicious food.
Cons: We liked everything!
Pros: Restaurant adjacent to hotel was excellent.
Cons: WiFi was sketchy. No air conditioning if it gets really hot.

Cons: Location bit remote Breakfast choice was limited
Pros: Very friendly
Cons: Kno Hotel Bar
When you stay at Château de l'Ile & Spa in Ostwald, you'll be on a river, within a 10-minute drive of Covered Bridge and Alsatian Museum. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
Cons: The pillows were too soft and square shaped which have me neck ache the next day. The lighting in the room was too dark.
Cons: I love this place it's spotless
Pros: Beautiful building and surrounding gardens
Cons: Needs serious refurbishment of the whole hotel Not up to standards anymore
Pros: Location And the facility in the hotel.
Pros: The staff is friendly and the hotel looks amazing from the outside. Well located and easily accessible by car.
Cons: Not a 5 stars Spa hotel at all. Spa area is not of a 4 stars hotel, let alone 5 stars: swimming pool smaller as in pics, jacuzzi small, and full of kids playing, sauna small, no drinks, no Spa personnel, it looks like low cost furniture ... no relaxing at all. Garden view means: parking view. No coffee maker in room (only instant coffee). No concierge. We looked for a relaxing weekend and we failed miserably. At checkout no chance to give feedback. Value for money: very poor.

Pros: The spa is excellent
Cons: Breakfast is so so, and overpriced.
Pros: Everything excellent
Pros: Not much
Cons: The welcome was poor, the bar wasn’t staffed and the drinks were served out of the kitchen, reception staff were not welcoming Bed was small and bathroom not as good as other 3star hotels we’ve stayed in, restaurant staff were borderline rude and got order wrong generally bad, would not recommend
Pros: Good location if you have a car. Great pool area. Room clean. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was ok, but €13 each person.
Cons: Wifi wasn’t great. Didn’t work probably about 50% of the time.
Pros: We stayed here as a stop over while travelling to Italy. It is good value for money - near the motorway but in a quiet, residential area. The facilities are clean and nice. Staff are friendly. We ate in the local restaurant, which was reasonably priced and specialises in local dishes.
Cons: Lots of insects in the area - bring repellant!
Pros: Spa is very nice and clean. Rooms perfect and comfortable beds. Breakfast OK nothing spectacular.
Pros: not much other than the hotel was quiet .
Cons: Staff unhelpful, walk from car park to reception with heavy bags in 40 degrees heat as side doors locked. Car park full and no space to park. Breakfast poor and ran out of items. Rooms very small and similar to IBIS or Campanile.
Pros: Nice Pool, Parking
Cons: Small Bed for 2 People, No Walk in shower
8.4 Excellent (997 reviews)
See hotel page Illkirch-Graffenstaden, in Bas-Rhin, is just 7 kilometres south of Strasbourg. Their hotel, with a modern design, has 81 comfortable, spacious rooms, a restaurant with regional flavours, 7 conference rooms, a fitness room and wellness area, and a secure underground parking garage under video surveillance.
Pros: Good location relative to my work place. Very friendly staff. Good selection of items for breakfast.
Cons: No dinner served in restaurant.
Pros: Great location. Easy access via tram to the city centre. Secure parking. Staff friendly and very helpful.
Cons: Minimal toiletries! Lucky we brought our own. Breakfast lovely but expensive.
With a stay at Hôtel au Boeuf in Blaesheim, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Covered Bridge and Alsatian Museum. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Had a double room which had no proper shower. Only a hose with shower head in a bath. We came straight in from Australia via Taiwan which took 30+ hours. A shower would have been nice! The town has one shop which was luckily a bakery. The hotel charges 11 euro per head for breakfast which with 3 kids is a waste of money. We could virtually never park at the hotel because the restaurant seemed full most of the time. Ended up parking some way up the road 3 nights in a row.
Pros: Very clean and quiet, great location
Pros: Room, dinner and breakfast were all excellent. This was our second visit and the high standard was maintained - why look anywhere else in the area.
Cons: Steps up to the hotel entrance are a challenge for my wife who has arthritis but she has managed so far.
Pros: Comfort, clearness, quiet
Cons: Wi-Fi has been non-stabled
Pros: Location was not that bad
Cons: Old hotel with old rooms. Holes and scratches everywhere Dirty moquette and overall not clean
Pros: Excellent dinner and breakfast. Upgraded to a suite on arrival - entrance hall was bigger than many bedrooms!. Easy parking - we parked right outside the front door on all three nights.
Cons: Four steps up to main entrance but there may be a flatter route for those of more limited mobility.
Pros: Location is very accessible . The Host was very accommodating and friendly to us . The Food in the Restaurant are also very good and satisfying ..
Cons: The room was too warm because of the weather . I suggest that they will provide fans for guest especially during summer season . But overall , I like the place.
Pros: Traditional Alsace farm building, well renovated, with lovely atmosphere
Pros: Good WIFI and good breakfast
Cons: It felt a bit cold and odd. Toilet across the corridor and bathroom down the hall
Pros: A delightful place to stay in a pretty and quiet little village. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and provided a delicious breakfast.
Pros: Quite silent and calm village that brought us same smells and feelings than we remembered from our early age. The house is a typical Alsatian one with around 100 years history and service provided by Christine and Alain is really nice, exceeding our expectations. Awesome breakfast product quality.
Cons: Despite bathroom is private you need to get out of the bedroom to go, in two separated places. Important to say the owner tries to split spaces with some curtains but complete privacy is impossible. Breakfast should include fruits and cereals.
Located in Osthoffen, Le Château d'Osthoffen is in a rural location, within a 15-minute drive of Chartreuse Museum and Zenith Strasbourg. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: A real castle stay. The room we stayed is not big but pictures on the wall, wall paper, and a view from the windows make you feel you are staying at a real castle. The owner gave us a nice gift for a new year. A pet friendly hotel. No extra charge for a small dog. Big grass garden where a dog can run.
Cons: As it is a real castle, there is no elevator. (I knew it though) Breakfast is normal.
Pros: A great place for the amateurs of the authentic charm of an old castle, A lovely elderly couple is holding the place and they are very serviceminded and helpful, The room had a fine size and the same goes for the bathroom, with very fine facilities. The check-in is quite late (17.30-21.00), but arriving at 16.00 I was admitted to my room anyway.
Cons: Even if very clean and nothing broken inside the castle, the place need a heavy update to meet todays' standards in terms of electricity and silence/privacy as well as the interior.
Pros: Nice location - the castle is very pretty, and the gardens / outdoor areas are very pretty.
Cons: Did not feel our hosts were hospitable. Breakfast was extremely basic - not even a boiled egg offered. At 11:00 on the day of our check out we had our door banged on, and we were asked to check out immediately. In addition, we asked to leave our suitcases in storage but were denied, and the reception area was locked down. It would have also be great to have a lounge area to hang out in - the only option was the room or go into Strasbourg.
Pros: A lovely castle and a real one. Rooms are rather modest but it fits well with the place. Bathrooms are more modern though. TV and WiFi works well. People who own and run the place are very nice and helpful. It was a pity too leave.
Cons: A bit scary when you arrive alone at 10pm during a windy and rainy evening (no, actually it added to the overall charm of the place :) ).
Pros: Exceptionally beautiful building and garden - a real find. Room very spacious. Accommodating staff that waited up for us to arrive at midnight without complaining! Very welcoming of the dog...
Cons: Slightly frumpy place, breakfast quite basic. Probably not great value for money.
Pros: A magical experience that is unforgettable forever. When the owners of the castle (kindly old couple) knew that we were from China. They upgraded the room specifically for us. The room was clean and tidy, the castle was very classic and the manor was very beautiful. The owners of the castle took the initiative to take photos for us and also had a cordial conversation with us. After returning to China, we introduced this castle to our friends and hope that everyone will encounter a dream here.
Pros: The owners are a lovely couple, with plenty of stories and local insights.
Pros: Chateau and surrounds very beautiful
Cons: Breakfast very average . On checkout we were given a full bill to pay even though we had booked and paid 9 months ago . Host insisted that he was not paid by Booking.com even after I showed him proof of the payment on my Booking.com app as well as a confirmation email showing everything paid in full ! Rooms a bit "tired" .
Pros: The castle has a long history. The old couple was nice.
Pros: Lots of stairs. Bed was old and needed to be replaced.
When you stay at Hôtel Roi Soleil Strasbourg Aéroport in Holtzheim, you'll be near the airport, within a 10-minute drive of Covered Bridge and Zenith Strasbourg. Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The receptionists are friendly and efficient and the room laundering staff are pleasant and do a first class job. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel location is perfect.
Cons: Everything about the hotel is perfect. I am grateful that they accept dogs. My only criticism is that the charge of 10€ per day for a dog is very expensive. It is the highest rate I have experienced and I found this exaggerated as my dog is only sleeping at night in the hotel and I bring his bed. He is out of hotel all day. This made my 6 day stay very expensive.
Pros: Convience for airport only 1.5 km away
Cons: No shuttle bus at weekend. Taxi would have cost 25 euros plus on a Sunday to airport only 1.5 km away. Totally unacceptable. Best way to walk is to go to railway station where there us a bridge over motorway to airport.
Pros: Location was great for me
Cons: I feel I overpaid as the room was booked for 2 however I was alone and couldn’t get a booking for 1. I was charged for breakfast when I didn’t order or eat breakfast
Pros: location was secure and fairly central, place seemed like it was maintained ok.
Cons: Hotel was not dirty per se, but def won't be winning any awards. Beds/bathrooms were fine, everything else, a little shady.
Pros: Very good price/quality ratio! Very close to the airport!
Cons: Difficult to find the entrance, especially by night!

Our hotel offers a lounge, a fitness room, a games area (PS4, table football, ping-pong). Pros: Good Quality for the price. Very friendly staff. Despite location near the highway quiet rooms. Breakfest is ok.
Cons: Location near the Highway and far away from Strasbourg city center.
Cons: The bed was awful, the whole stay was below our low expectations.
Pros: The large bed, the extra cushion
Cons: No other. Comments
Pros: The quietness, staff were very helpful.
Cons: All good
Pros: -The price -Free parking -This is a hotel, which means that they clean the room every day ,there is reception which expects you to have check in and you can ask in case you have any problem .Also you feel safe because someone check the entrance. After airbnb, where you have the responsibility for everything ,this was a relief.
Cons: The breakfast was very poor,so i prefer to have a simple coffee which was very cheap. The worst of all for me is that is far away from Strasbourg ,there is not public transportation nearby,so you have to take your car to get to Strasbourg which is very difficult for driving because it has traffic, pedestrian areas, trams ,bicycles everywhere What a hell! Also the parking was rather expensive. The room is ok for two persons, small for three.

Cons: Cannot fault a thing.
