It is located in the city center. Arrogant staff, low quality room, wrong information on the website about the hotel/hostel (hard to tell, sometimes they call themselves hotel, sometimes hostel), difficult to get to the hotel, confusing directions. We got a wrong room in spite of booking a long time before the trip. No information from the hotel that they did not have double rooms available at that time.
Hotel is in the center, there are lots of pubs and restaurants around it. The hotel is placed in pedestrian-only area which is restricted by automatic gateways. Hotel has paid parking, but there is no information how to get to it. Lots of one-way streets also make it bit harder.
The telephone number in the booking cofirmation was wrong. As we had difficulties to find the hotel due to ongoing construction business on some adjacent roads we could not reach the hotel to ask for alternative directions.
I was impressed with the location and the range of facilities provided in the room. I was able to park for free within 100 metres of the hotel Could be clearer that the hotel is part of a hotel with a different name. I asked several locals before I found one who knew this.
The hotel is in the city centre, very good value for money. The staff was very helpful.
The hotel UNI is good cheap hotel in the centre of city. It is not easy to find the hotel, if you travel by car. Please make clear your address and the way (map) to find the hotel.
Hotel is nicely situated in Maribor downtown, entrance is only few meters from main street.
Location, 15 min walk from train station and it's difficult to find because the hotel name is different. It's a hostel. Dirty room, found insect. There was neon sign all night on, in front of the window and the curtain wasn't enough to block the light. Small bathroom.
very clean. We had problems finding the address and the name of the hotel ! we needed more than a hour to find it on Orleo name ! not Uni ! also they did not answer to the phone calls I did to ask them for help to locate them. I use the number from booking confirmation.
The car parking was too small. The hotel is difficult to find because it has another name and is placed in a pedestrian zone.
