The hotel, just across the road from a beautiful beach, had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, arranging sauna sessions and bike hire etc... We were also pleased with the size and layout of the suite, which had separate seating and eating areas and was very comfortable.
Location for the beach and town centre was perfect.Hotel was very quiet with excellent parking facilities. I found it quite incredulous the lack of privacy on the balcony, especially when we had paid €250 per night for a junior suite to find only a one metre high railing seperating our balcony from our neighbours. It was uncomfortable for all parties. This alone would preclude us returning to this hotel.
Close to the beach but still (relatively) quiet. Travelling with 2 teen, we booked a suite but the couch was just a little bigger as a single bed, and we couldn't get an extra bed.
the appartment was very nice and the facilities of the hotel was also very good no
It did not merit the Four Seasons name, it failed to come even close to that standard. We left after only one night.
Very good location for beach and town. Had room with balcony, with lounge and kitchen - very well equipped. Excellent staff. Good breakfast though busy with little space. No lift in my building could be a problem for some. Could be difficult to find a table at breakfast.
The space in the appartment was Ok. The breakfast was very good. The quality of the food in the restaurant Vier Jahres Zeiten (don't mix up with vier Tages Zeiten ) is not as good as you expect (to well cooked or steamed vegetables etc.). People were friendly. Strange to pay seperate for your car. Should be inclusif.
Location, good food and old villa building. Our room was located on the ground floor (040) right next to the trademans entrance, very noisy from 0600hrs onwards. If we had stayed longer than 2 nights I would have requested a room change.
The hotel is located close to the Baltic Sea and it's in a resort area with beautiful sand beaches. Breakfast was extensive and the breakfast room bad a nice view. The walkway near the Sea is great. The hotel seems to have a lot of nice rooms with balconies facing the sea but we were not given such a room. We were given a room in an out building, small with a slanted wall where you had to be careful not to hit your head. Threre was a tiny so called balcony with no view of anything expect the next outbuilding.
There were plenty of rooms with balcony's overlooking the water but we got given a room that overlooked the carpark! The breakfast buffet was very poor. There were heaps of free tables at breakfast and the waitress made us sit at a four seater table that we shared with another couple we didn't know. Why wouldn't you just give us a free table when there were about 100 free?
