The furnishings in the room are getting dated. But the location is terrific. Just steps away from the Boise River and walking trails.

Pros (+) Always love the breakfast at HIe. The front desk staff and management was amazing. Pool, gym, use of computers/printers is always fabulous.
Cons (-) Our room was not cleaned after our first night. After our second night, they had gone in and left more towels and coffee, but still did not change sheets, and only made one bed (very sloppily), half made the other, and didn't even touch the sofa bed. Didn't vacuum either.
