Pros: Property was perfect for three couples with privacy when needed and a place to gather. Location was secluded yet close to everything we wanted to do while in Branson. Three bedrooms as well as three baths was a must for our group and we were very pleased with the upscale decor.
6.3 Good
Pros: The people were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our room was not totally clean, there were no sheets or covers for the second bed provided. We had to go get them. They only provided sheets no covers. The pull out bed mattress was past wore out and uncomfortable. We had an issue with someone parking in a van accessible lane, and they essentially told us you will have to wait u til they move we can’t call anyone to have it moved. So we were 30 minutes late leaving that day. The tub had a ring of dirt in it and hadn’t been cleaned.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Good location.
Cons: This is an old hotel that has seen its better days. No way this should be considered a 3-star hotel. Having said that, the room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, Just go in with 2-star motel expectations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location and the fact that there was a back exit from the property. The property was on the corner at a traffic light. Big plus with the volume of traffic in the area.

Pros: Great location. Nice, free breakfast. Outside is dated but all the rooms are very newly remodeled and clean. Very quiet, despite being on a busy street. Thoughtful touches like local soaps/lotions.
Cons: The only negative was that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was far from the worst bed I’ve ever slept on! 10/10, would stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast had hot and cold food options. Perhaps more variety but it was more than expected. Coffee was excellent! The king size bed and the pillows were very comfortable!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and good. We had a king room with a microwave and mini-frig. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Donuts or sweetrolls for breakfast and more toppings for the waffles would be nice. A recliner in the king room would be nice also. The mattress was a little on the soft side.

Cons: other than the Lobby being nice , everything else wasn't what we expected
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was well appointed, but a bit worn down. Black out drapes were a nice touch and the bedding was excellent. Beautiful location. Lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated for Christmas.
Cons: Housekeeping could have been better. We had to call for bed linens for one of the beds and the room had not been fully prepared (toiletries not replaced). Bathroom could've been in better repair (broken outlet covers, bathtub cracked). Most disappointing was less than hospitable staff. Also, a bit far from entertainment and restaurants.

Pros: Loved facilities, location , staff, check-in checkout process. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Branson. Grande Crown Resort is perfect for family vacation stays .
Cons: The cooking pans and utensils were not the best, they were the "cheap " version of real cooking utensils. Food sticks to the pans and the cheap plastic cooking utensils, spatula and spoons, were pretty much worthless to use.

Pros: This is our second time staying at the property and we love it. It's affordable, clean, and close to everything! The kids especially love the onsite pool and playground. The rooms having a kitchen and lounge area separate for every room is great and we will definitely stay here again when traveling to Branson!

Pros: Great value and very comfortable with lots of room.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location was great for us!
Cons: This was a time share property! It made us glad we don't own a time share! Decor was depressing. It was small and virtually no services! You make your bed, empty trash, clean up....just like home! Be sure to bring shampoo, soap etc. Tv 's were 19 inch.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was there. Towels for the pool, soap for the washer, extra pillows and blanket, etc. Clean.
Cons: It was cold and I didn't want to walk outdoors so far to go to the pool.

7.5 Good
Pros: The spacious rooms and that each family had their own space but you could open the adjoining doors to be together.
Cons: It rained very hard while we were there and tbe room my soon was in the rain water came in through the walls. My son soaked up the wayer that came in with the towels in the room. I told the front desk what. Had happened and they didnt seem to concerned and didnt rectify or even come look at it while we were there.. i told them it is not safe to have water running thru the walls with electric running through them too and the didnt even address that commet. I wasn't too happy with their management regarding complaints as this complaint could actually cause damage along with black mold, fire, etc.

5.4 Okay
Pros: There was 24 hour security and they were very friendly and helpful. The pillows were good.
Cons: The condo was very dirty. The shower floor was black and didn’t drain well. Everything was covered in dirt and dust. The pull out sofa bed had crumbs and dirty napkins in it. When the sofa was made into a bed you had to climb over it to get out of the unit because it touched the tv table. The write up said that there would be a balcony but there wasn’t one in our unit.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The furniture needed updated and the shower was too small.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Clean and roomy
Cons: Directions was horrible. Rain plus darkness plus only a name to try and find, no directions to the after hour check in outside of the apartment caused a 30 min driving to find and that was with the google map.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to main corridors, great price, comfortable and large rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: this stay allowed us to have great family time with our 4 grandkids. everyone had there space when needed and together time when needed. will repeat in the future

Cons: False advertising, poor communication, and difficult customer service
5.4 Okay

10.0 Excellent
Cons: Went to rec room one night for s’mores. Asked twice and was told soon but gave up and moved on after 2 hours.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Big rooms
Cons: Yes the hotel staff took a 1500 dollar watch digital camera from my room while we were at a show
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was perfect! Close to Silver Dollar City and easy access to the strip.
Cons: We were unaware that we would have to sit through a timeshare presentation on arrival to the resort. This made the check-in process approximately 45 minutes. We had to say "no" repeatedly. We were also disappointed that there was no actual queen bed-instead it was a Murphy (pull down from the wall) bed, and there was no sofa bed in the unit. Neighbors upstairs were extremely noisy, and there were dogs barking outside the resort in the nearby woods at 6:15 AM.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The walk way to the room was very nasty. Did not enjoy the 9:00am call about a parking pass they forgot to give us
7.5 Good
Pros: Great size, clean and loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer.
Cons: The coffee pot did not work at all and we had to drive to coffee each morning. A night light would have been helpful for the bathroom as it was kind of bright leaving the full light on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice setting with friendly employees. The two bedroom condo was very clean and spacious. Pools were wonderful and well maintained.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We like the comfort and homeiness of our unit. We loved the views and the recreation center and being more on the outside of town.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Price, Location, Pool, hot tub, kitchen in unit, mattress on bed
Cons: We did not have a great experience due to the timeshare part, noise and other misc items. I"d be happy to elaborate for you but I can't do it in only 255 characters.
6.7 Good
Pros: The available activities inside and outside kept out family busy.
Cons: After driving for 5+ hours we show up to the hotel to find out we have to check in at a different location. When we get to that location we check but then are directed to a members service building to get our parking pass. We go to the next building to get our parking pass and get a sales pitch thrown on us. We said we weren't interested and this wasnt book as a timeshare presentation. We were told you cant book them any other way. No where in our confirmation emails did it say anything about having to listen to a sales pitch. Once we left we got settled in our room and thought we were done. The next day we got a phone call in our room from the same sales person from the day before trying to get us to attend the sales pitch. Again we declined as this was not something we were interested in.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious but I do think you could use some bacon but other than that I thought that it was a really good place and that the room was really cleans and that the pool was salt water which I loved.
Cons: Bacon at the breakfast bar would have been nice especially for those how love bacon.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were nice and comfortable. Great breakfast selection. Nice pool, sauna, and fitness rooms with generous hours of use. Very clean. Location very close to shopping and entertainment. They even gave us an hour extension on our check out time. I will definitely use again.
Cons: The price wasn't horrible but, of course, I would love if it was just a lil cheaper.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything but especially the pool staying open until midnight!!
Cons: No
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great
Cons: The bathtub wouldn't drain unless you held down the knob and the sink outside the bathroom leaked at the handle
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: It should be priced half of what it was. Was just a typical room. Had to request a shower curtain just to take a shower. Almost all the games was broken in the game room, which was the whole point of us going. My daughter was making it her vacation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It had a very good breakfast - biscuits and gravel, waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc. You definitely did not leave there hungry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I were both very impressed with the hotel. Pulling up to the hotel the property was very clean and well manicured and kept up. All the hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating and answered any questions we had. I actually forgot my fan at home and like to sleep with one every night and they gave me a fan to use. The room was very nice and very clean and everything worked perfect. They also had a really nice indoor pool. Each morning they offered s delicious breakfast . And the manager would come around to greet at your table to just say hi and ask how everything was of inquired whether we needed anything at all. The hotel staff really made you feel welcomed it was very refreshing. It truly was a great experience all around and we plan on coming back to this hotel in a few months with our grandkids . I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Comfort Inn for a great stay
Cons: We actually liked everything there was nothing we were not satisfied with.

Pros: Amount of room
Cons: Deck was not Usable due to deteriorating boards. Windows leaked when it rains.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. We also liked the roominess and the kitchen was stocked well.
Cons: I would recommend a room on the top floor due to people running above us. That was the only thing we didn't like. They didn't stick to the 10pm-8am quiet hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very "homey" feeling- tall ceilings, hard wood floors- just beautiful! And the locaToon was perfect- 5 min to SDC, 10 min to the strip!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing
7.0 Good
Cons: The living room and dining area furniture needs to be updated and/or steam cleaned. The external stairway needs maintenance.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was as presented
Cons: Furniture in Living Room was hard and uncomfortable. And 1 on is a late check in for the amount of money per day.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful views from the room
Cons: Some of the pillows could have been down. The toilet paper could have been a better softer brand. The trim and some walls in the penthouse needs repainting or cleaning.
6.3 Good
Pros: I loved how pretty the condo was it was really well laid out and great detail.
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that when we arrived it was 33 degrees outside and the air was on in our condo it was 52 in the unit, the counters were filthy, very dusty threw out, in the master there were hundreds of dead lady bugs and when we called the desk and told them the guy said “what do you want me to do about it?” So needless to say I CLEANED this unit just to be charged the $25 cleaning fee, I also cleaned before we left, I swept the bugs off the carpet and the food out from under the kitchen table, super nice place but y’all need new housekeeping, and probably should check your units before your guests arrive because that was ridiculous, the night before my wedding I’m cleaning the unit I rented. We will be back but I really hope your housekeeping gets better especially for what people pay to stay there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the condos are nice and upscale.

Pros: Clean!!! I don't know if this place has been used since 1990, whoever the maintenance people are they deserve a 10.
Cons: The management is either incompetent or just lazy. Friendly desk staff, but putting the circus acrobats above 3 older people is inconsiderate and tells me they don't have a clue on running the desk. Check lasted 45 minutes.
