Nothing. Upon exiting the elevator there was a plunger in plastic bag left outside a room and a large pile of dirty linens next to our door. In our 1st room: The room was a sauna due to the heat being set on high when it was 85 degrees outside. Bed appeared to have been slept in. I went to the front to request another room. One of the front desk personnel felt it necessary to check first room but did not apologize for condition. She made excuses for housekeeping staff. 2nd room: The cap of the Embassy Suite courtesy pen left in room was chewed to shreds. I did not notice it until I scratched myself by accident. May not sound like a big deal until you think about the amount of germs that may have been present on that cap. The pillows were hard and too thick to use. There was a puddle of urine behind the commode.. Overall the experience less than desirable and will not return. This is why we usually choose Marriott.
The hotel was clean and the day staff was great. The night staff had me waiting a really long time just to buy some water and advil.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The weird smell in our room.
Room space. Room not available. Changed from king to double. No trashbags in any of trashcans. The continental breakfast line was confusing.
The staff was very nice. The food was terriblel..cold and precooked, the carpets in the room were filthy. Myself or my children did not walk in the room without shoes on.
Room size. It was under construction.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Their breakfast is wonderful. The staff was super awesome! They helped me scrape the ice off of my car, which was amazing because I had my 3 month old daughter with me and it was freezing!
Clean room, nice decor. Loved the shuttle bus, bar, and breakfast:) I wish there was a hot tub
Hyatt hotels have never let me down and this was no exception. The room was clean and the staff were definitely pleasant. My son was super excited to be staying in a hotel and Graham offered to put us in the top floor. It most certainly made my son's day and since I had a migraine that night, I was able to watch the fireworks from my room. The only con was the lack of free children's programming on TV. No Disney Channel or Nick Jr which was disappointing but it's how the hotels get your money by having everything On Demand now.
the room as very good The lobby was a mess. Under construction. The TV did not work when we first arrived and had to be set up for about 30 minutes.
Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Check in and check out was hassle free and smooth. The breakfast in the morning offered a nice variety and the breakfast bar was well stocked and clean. The location is near many shops and restaurants and easy access to the freeway. The only downside is that the doors are thin and it was possible to hear every noise coming from the hallway. Overall, a very good stay and would book there again.
Good Customer service, friendly staff clean and secure place.
Great facilities Chose the option for free breakfast and it was not included.
Very clean and nice rooms. Exceeded all expectations for the price point. Will be staying here again
Room was not cleaned well, i see some bugs, spiders in the room. The customer service is bad. There is no free breakfast.
Very accommodating and willing to assist you in any way and pleasant. The size of the cot for sleeping was huge and took up too much room when utilizing the sofa bed also. Arrangement of the room was strange/crowded.
I love Marriott beds! The room was large and we had another adult traveling with us who used the sofa bed. There was still lots of space with three adults staying in the room. The lobby was nice and spacious and my husband met and watched football with some other football fans on the large tv. I wish I would have had time to use the pool. The area was very nice.
The bed was soft and the staff was amazing The bed and blankets and entire room smelled like mildew. Also it was freezing even if I put the heat on and kids ran up and down the hallway slamming the stairwell doors
Quiet, clean, and quaint Sink and bathtub had slow drains
The room was clean and nice. Nothing
Everything The rooms
The consistency of the brand is top notch. The amenities in the room are beginning to show their age.
Positives: clean crisp linens, plenty of towels and washcloths, comfortable bed, quiet place, exclusive location to itself but also close to many shopping venues and a movie theater. Negatives: stood at the check in desk for nearly 25 minutes with nobody present (even called the hotel on my cell hoping a phone would ring in the back and get someone's attention), was told rate could have been nearly $30 a night less expensive but nothing could be done about it, no lotion, outlet for coffee machine not working (no morning coffee=unhappy), exited hotel to retrieve my bag from my vehicle and upon attempting to re enter the front door would not open with or without room key; went to side door still couldn't get in; went to back door and still couldn't get in; returned to front door where I stood for almost an hour trying my room key again, calling the hotel multiple times with no answer, even called their sister property a few exits up in hopes of someone paging the front desk or manager to let me in, eventually after knocking hard on the doors an employee let me in. I departed the hotel 3 hours early out of pure frustration with my experience. Sent feedback but have yet to hear back. For the price I paid (over $110) I could have very well chosen the Hilton, or Marriott and gotten much more acceptable service.
Suite-like room. That bathroom was so close to the bed (toilet :-/) and that sink was out it in the open. Two separate sinks areas would have been nice and at least one that was private.
I love the comfort of the beds and the layout of the rooms. This is a great value. The breakfast and afternoon receptions are also fantastic. The staff is also helpful. The workout rooms were not clean and the machines were very worn. I could also tell that his is an older Hyatt Place. The building was aged and not quite as nice as others I have stayed in.
The hotel was close to everything, with walking distance options to food and shopping. A very affordable option on a budget. It's always nice to have the option of a complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed our time at the pool, and appreciated the free wifi. The sheets didn't fit the bed, and kept slipping off. They did change them for us the next day. The bathrooms are tiny. Our sofa was caving in, and the tv situation was a bit frustrating. Not many channels, and poor signal strength. There was a strange smell in our hallway, and a musty smell on the side of the room where the air conditioner was. Not my best hotel experience, but also not the worst.
Booking.com canceled my resume @ 4 pm day of check in due to the hotel being overbooked. They could not fix problem satisfactorly. Will never use them against n
Fleas jumping on the mattress Would not refund even though we left within 30 mins because of the terrible condition.
Breakfast was good the first day. Room LOOKED clean... There were pill-bugs and spiders in my room; found them 2nd day. The maid didn't change sheets, just re-tucked them in.
Although they were in a construction phase, we had a pleasant stay. The new suites are wonderful. Would stay here again.
Had to move the first night (very late Friday) due to a ceiling collapse in my bathroom. I have some great pictures of that. There was a jack-hammer above my room on Saturday afternoon at 4 PM. Couldn't even stay in the room it was so loud. Wanted to take a nap before a performance Saturday evening but couldn't. I have the audio-video if you want to hear it.
Staff argued in front of the customers. Renovation was happening during the stay so the place wasn't very clean. The bed was good, but our room was dusty and didn't feel very homey at all. Definitely not worth the hundred dollars. Hyatt Place down the road is cheaper cleaner and has a far more satisfying experience.
I liked how much space the rooms had and the friendly staff! Had a great overall experience!
Complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff Shower was clogged, breakfast was cold
Stay here often! Clean, new, spacious, friendly stuff . Too many good things to mention. Wish there was a sauna! I stayed here for 2 night. Upon the return to my room after the first night and a day at work, I found an expensive bottle of wine, mineral water, and mu expensive facial cleaner and a treatment bottles were gone! Management was kindly enough to apologize and promised to reimburse me. Action is sti pending. Reflects poorly on the management!
Good price and location, bathroom was nice. The pillows!! Feather pillows provided ZERO support and the three nights I stayed there my neck got increasingly more sore every day. Bring your own pillow if this may be an issue for you! The "breakfast" they include was extremely limited. Nothing hot, muffins were tiny, the bananas were green and not edible. For the price though, I didn't expect much more than this.
We we're able to get a room late in the evening, at a good rate. Room was clean and comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and especially helpful and sweet was the lady that assisted with the breakfast station. We were surprised to come home the the evening to find that we had not had room service and had to go and get clean towels before retiring for the night. The desk staff were apologetic and also surprised that no one had come either.

Staff was awesome and the room was great. Very clean and arranged for two rooms in one.
We rented 2 bedroom suit with full kitchen. Suit was super clean. Staffs were very friendly and flexible in late checkout. Had delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.
staff members were exceptional in job performance. I appreciate their efforts to make you feel at home.
Despite being in a commercial area and near a highway, it was SO QUIET at night! No
It was everything we needed, good size, clean, kitchen, extra activities, friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast. Some cobwebs in our room. Nothing major.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Bed was lumpy. Could not get a good night sleep. That is why I gave the room rating I did.
Nice pool, great staff! Lots of young children running around at all hours and one loud adult trying to keep them in line but he was louder than the children.

Staff was helpful and very pleasant. The manager went out of his way to make our stay very pleasant. Enjoyed to free breakfast. Coming out of the hotel one morning there appeared to be this homeless man wandering around. That made us a little nervous. We did not see him again. Also noticed a syringe laying next to the sidewalk when we arrived but it was gone the next morning.
CLean as a whistle, amazing staff, wonderful stay . Super quiet , friendly, great breakfast. Nothing. Place was AMAZING for the price.
very good, friendly staff
Staff very friendly No hot tub even though it was advertised Room was not up to Hilton standard Tub had a very slow drain Bed was advertised as a adjustable firmness but it was not
We stayed here twice - once going to Disney and once returning, a week later. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. This hotel and it's rooms did not reflect what I expect from a Hilton hotel. The carpet in our rooms was stained. There was apparently confusion at the front desk because after we went to bed, someone was trying to enter our room thinking it was theirs, because that's what the front desk told them. We then got a call from the front desk not to apologize but to get our last name so they could straighten out the confusion. At breakfast the next morning, there were no clean tables, no silverware, and no attendants to ask for help. It was a very disappointing stay.
The staff was very friendly and it was in a good location. The lobby/first floor was decorated like most Hilton Garden Inns that I've stayed at. The hotel rooms need to be updated and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We were told we'd have an adjustable firmness bed, but we did not.
Close to shopping and restaurants Rooms small and beds not comfortable, bathroom had no fan and shower didn't spray well. Breakfast is not included which we thought was compliementary which many hotels include now. I requested additional shampoos and conditioners and was left 1 extra one only the first day and wasn't continued each additional day of our stay.
Lipstick on a pig. It would have been nice if i didn't feel like i needed to sit by the window with a shot gun to watch my car. The neighborhood was...ahem. Even just parking lot lighting would make a huge difference. A hundred decent restaurants within walking distance, but you wouldn't walk in that part of town
Very clean Pool was out
I liked that the room was clean and its close to everything you might need. What I liked about the room itself was the TV. It was a 42" I believe(big enough) and had all the channels that I like with like 5 HBO's so that was nice. The extra tall ceilings made the room feel bigger than it was. Also the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. What I didn't like was the bed wasn't special and it had a throw blanket wrapped in a pair of sheets instead of a comforter. I could have enjoyed the TV more if the lady at the desk would have let me use the remote for it so I could use the apps that were installed on it. ie.Netflix, FB, YouTube, etc. The first night maintenance had to program it and he used the factory remote (instead of the Comcast remote) so I know they had it but she said no its not there and wouldn't look for it. The thing that got me the most I think was the first night I went to sleep very late and wanted to sleep in so I put the "Do Not Desturb" sign on the door. Around 8am in the morning there was a loud knock at the door which I ignored but to my dismay housekeeping let themselves in the room. I asked if she saw the sign on the door and she acted like she couldn't understand english and left. After that she went to clean next door and left the lock in the closed position so the the door wouldn't lock when they went in and out of the room. The problem is that it bangs very loudly against it when it closes back on it. I suggested that she fold an outdated magazine up and slide it under the door to prop it open so I could go back to sleep with no more banging going on. She said oh well I'm almost done I don't have time to find one to do that and went back to her duties. Needless to say I did not get back to sleep after all that, I was awake. The next night I went to bed early( as I was tired from not much sleep the night before) and another housekeeper let herself in the room to "giggle the handle"of the toilet. Very entrucive and activating at the very least. I won't stay here in the future there's too many other hotels in the area for the same money that would love to have my money.
Proximity to Verizon amphitheater five star !! Needs more parking
Comfy bed, pretty towel folding designs, jacuzzi downstairs, breakfast in the morning, room service. Mold above shower, tray that ice and cups are put on was dirty, and the lamps in room 308 were falling apart. no pool! Still, overall good stay for $54 a night. Thank you kayak.com!
Rooms were spacious, clean, nice staff... N/A
easy check in and check out. Friendly helpful staff. no breakfast set when I came down the next morning. Broken chest of draws. Safe not working Several lamps in room not working.
Close to the things we wanted to do The pillows were very uncomfortable
The check in clerk was great! The check out clerk tried to act like she didnt understand me ii I asked why she charged an extra $25 on my card. Will be calling the manager on Monday!
General cleanliness, facilities and staff with good breakfast etc. Too far from my place of work
A/c did not work fell in bathroom tile floor very slippery not the right tile for wet location .
I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend all to stay here. Breakfast was so good.
staff was welcoming and helpful breakfast offerings above average they welcome our dog
Camilla and the staff are friendly I had to unplug the toilet because there wasn't anyone available.
Staff was very friendly Mold in bathroom up wall and ceiling and water damage in shower and ceiling. Ac rattled at night
We stopped at the Springhill Suites on our way from Florida to Indiana. We checked in around 8:30, and the pool had been closed due to storms earlier in the evening, but they kindly re-opened it so our kids could swim for a bit. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the free breakfast had all of the typical hotel breakfast items, and the pool was nice and big. We would definitely stay again!
Cleanliness of it was perfect! Where the TV was positioned. The sofa bed needs to be replaced it was worn down, and there were some spots under the mattress that were questionable?? The King bed I felt like I was going to fall off the whole time. I received an email to check in early and even though I paid for a king with sofa bed. It asked me if i wanted 2 beds and I said yes. (Did not get) requested extra blankets (did not get) other than that my stay was fine. Not sure if I'll stay again!
Good rate, friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location.
Good selection at breakfast, fitness room was small but in good working order, pool was clean, room was clean Fan in bathroom was broken.
Being able to check in a little early. We had arrived in town for a family member's memorial service and needed to put our belongings in a safe place.
cleanliness, friendly helpful staff. A/C unit was a little too noisy
rooms were beautiful, just spotless! breakfast was great, everything very clean. staff was very friendly, I will stay there every time I visit Roswell. I liked it all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was delighted when I walked in and saw the cozy beds. I loved the bathroom woods. The frig and microwave were there. It was perfect for our needs and the value was amazing. Luxury at a great price!!!
Suites are spacious. Staff was not accommodating. I paid $200 p/ night and expected a little more. Upon arrival I asked for a baggage cart and was told they're all in use. Never, during my week stay, were the carts at the front. I also asked if I could store a couple of boxes at the front desks, I was told that is frowned upon but "of course they can do it for special guests." Shouldn't all guests be considered "special?" The second day, I needed a quick ride to Avis Rental Car (2 miles away) and asked the front desk if the shuttle could run me over, the manager simply said "no," with no apology or explanation. Thanks for making me feel like a "special" guest. Then on day four, I called early for some extra towels (so I could shower) and some garbage bags and no one from room service was sent or notified of my request. The carpet in my suite was a little dingy and sticky if walking bare foot (not recommended). Pricing for this hotel is approximately 30-40% too high in my opinion. Service is simply not there to warrant $200 p/ night, price tag.
