Pros (+) From our front door, you could see the ocean, and within a few steps you could reach said waters. The room was was clean and comfortable for our three day stay. We made use of the regular sized fridge (nice!) and the toaster oven was an added plus. It felt more at home than a normal motel stay could have.
Cons (-) The toilet would run if you didn't keep the handle upright. The towels they looked dated. And they were colored which I didn't like at all. But that was quickly remedied with a trip to the Dollar Store for white towels.
