Full service, location. I booked and paid for a Deluxe King Room with view of Hollywood sign. I received a room near the elevators with a constant machine and elevator running noise. I asked to be moved and was told someone would be right up and after 10 minutes I grew tired of waiting and went down to the front desk. This was already 11PM. I was taken to a new room that had an adjoining door with a party going on in the adjacent room. I asked to be moved AGAIN, eventually to a room with queen bed. The beds were too soft for my taste. There was a curly hair on the soap dish in the shower. I will never stay there again.

Hotel was beautiful! Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was fantastic! Our room had a phenomenal view of the Hollywood sign. Pool was gorgeous. All in all, it was the best experience we could have hoped for on our first trip to Tinseltown.
IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO CALIFORNIA FOR MY WIFE AND I ,WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE HOTEL .HOW SPOTLESS EVERYTHING WAS.THE MEN IN THE CONCEIER DESK CHRIS,AND NINO WHERE VERY HELPFUL.THE BUFFET BREAKFEAST WAS THE BEST.

As soon as we stepped out of the car we were treated with such surprising care. The man at valet, Ever (that's his name- EVER, how cute is that?) was so nice that my fiancée and I looked at each other and just shook our heads and laughed. We weren't used to customer service like this. We went to check in early, 1pm, and Melanie at the front desk was able to upgrade us to a corner suite! The entire staff was so professional but without being too stuffy. The hotel was beyond our expectations. Not a big deal but there was one little Q-tip outside our room for our stay. We kind of joked that they gave us the Q-tip suite. We also couldn't find coffee in the morning inside the hotel. We had our coffee maker in the room but needed more and didn't want to pay $15 for a pot of coffee at the restaurant.
The mattresses were too old and lacked firmness.
The staff were very friendly, and helpful when I checked in. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The mini-bar key didn't work, and it would've been nice to have a fridge to keep some drinks in the fridge, but I didn't inquire with the staff, and I assume they would've rectified that for me if I had. Nice and central, so traveling for business doesn't mean limited options for food and amenities.
The staff was amazing!! So helpful! The rooms were very comfortable!! The beds were great!! We had a room with a view, and it was fantastic. The one big thing that I didn't like was, that there was no fridge in the room. We asked for one and got one for a small charge. The other only thing I didn't like was, that there was no microwave in the room.
The staff was great. It was right in the middle of Hollywood, nice and clean. Loved the shopping connected to it.
The hotel was located in a perfect location. I was close to everything I wanted to be near. The pool and other facilities was the best. The room was also very cozy.

i liked the look of the rooms. They were nicely decorated. The size of the pool was great - lots of room for everyone. The location was very convenient to a Metro and to the touristy area. The pool area was a little confusing. It was hard to tell which chairs were taken. The chairs by the shallow end of the pool were occupied by people who didnt seem to want to get wet which was frustrating. The hotel room felt like a store. Too many items for sale. This also took up precious space for personal items.

The hotel is tired. It has two elevators that hold ten passengers. One of the elevators was often out of order. Sometimes there were guests stuck in the elevator. There was no way to use the stairs so wait times to get to our room were long. Our room was small. The TV was not working well. Mediocre at best.
Music was great as well as quality of guests. Staff were very rude and not helpful. Would not accept cash for incidental room fee

The very polite front desk staff moved me to a different (and much nicer) room upon request - $10 bottles of water in the room. Come on guys, a complimentary bottle of water won't kill the margins. - 'Hotel-branded' flip flops for sale at $20 instead of the inexpensive complimentary slippers that are normally available at hotels of this level
The decor and friendly staff, the 24hr diner and the pool party. The lift was close by and was a little noisy early hours of the morning.
I told them we were staying for a special occasion and they had the availability to upgrade our room. Very accommodating made the night special for us, despite the many events happening in and arround the hotel (holiday parties etc.)
The room was great and the hotel was beautiful, the place made me feel special. Also the gym was well equipped and specious. The staff were great too. The room wasn't cheap which is fine it was a top quality hotel, but on top of that were so many extras e.g. internet, parking and not even one complementary bottle of mineral water ($9).
The Hotel itself is very nice, and the staff were absolutely fantastic.....except for the door guys at Drai's and The Station who I don't believe are actually hotel staff. The arrangement with Drai's itself would make question going back. I paid almost $400 per night and had to (a) wait in line 20 minutes on Sunday just to find out I had to pay $20 pp to go up to the pool and eat lunch.....which itself would have been over $100. We were also told and Friday and Saturday by the doorman at "The Station" (their outdoor lounge) that there was a Private Party and we couldn't come in. We asked Management who told us that our room key should get us in...they straightened it out but the door guy sure didn't like it. The Private party ended up being 20-30 people at one table....the lounge itself wasn't half full. I also emailed Drai's a week in advance of our trip to book dinner and never heard back.
Room service was fast and delicious. May have just been our room (2nd floor overlooking an outdoor area for dogs), but I was awoken throughout the night by loud noises coming from outside and the hallway.

I like being able to see air traffic at LAX, so that's a plus for me. Others may not like the noise, but I don't mind it at all. The Club lounge on the 15th floor serves a decent breakfast, with a variety of breads and cereals, pastries and muffins, fruit, yogurt/fruit/granola parfaits, oatmeal, and drinks. The hotel has a room service robot that delivers small items that you may have forgotten or run out of (toothpaste, etc.) Water pressure in the shower on my 4+ stays has been far less than impressive. I can't say I've had to dance around to get wet, but it's almost there. The mattress and pillows are a bit soft for my taste, but I know I prefer a firm mattress and extremely firm pillows. Service in the hotel bar was the worst I've ever had when I was there earlier this week. They took a while to take our order (I was with a colleague), then brought me the wrong drink. They delivered my order (an ever-so-complicated quesadilla) 20 minutes later, and my colleague was still waiting on his medium-rare hamburger 45 minutes after ordering it. We did speak with a manager, who indicated that some changes had been made just that day and that the staff was adjusting. I may give the bar another chance, but if it's as bad as my last experience, it will be exactly that - my last experience.
Booked on KAYAK mobile for $90 plus tax. Close to LAX - good for travelers spending the night. Check-in was efficient. Room was pretty big. Bed was comfortable. Seemed to be very clean. Stepped right onto the shuttle in the morning to go to LAX. The flipside of proximity to LAX is that you can hear jets taking off, although it wasn't loud enough to disturb me at all. It may have been bad luck, but I saw several hotels' shuttles come by twice or more before the Sheraton shuttle finally arrived to pick us up. Also the shuttle stalled out a couple of times on the way to the airport, leading to significant anxiety. Possibly may have also been just bad luck.

I liked the view the room was ok wasn't what I was expecting (received a king instead of a double queen) Staff was very friendly -Wasn't aware of parking so I was charged twice for going in and out -Have to pay for WiFi (Not Free) -Paid for club level wasn't able to access the club room for breakfast or the horderves with my key card -Extra $20 to get a double queen when it was offered during reservation but wasn't able to select figured since there was 3 guest it would give me double queen (said king or double queen) -Wasn't Well Informed on anything during check in -Left disappointed
It was terrible and confusing. You had to get a voucher every day and it was far away, so you had to walk with all your stuff very inconvenient. Thought it was crazy that you had to pay for wifi too
Location and shuttle timeliness. I didn't appreciate being charged for valet when I never had a car parked at the hotel. And then making an attempt to get in touch with the finance department of the hotel was nearly impossible. I left messages and called repeatedly only to never receive a call back.
Staff made up different policy to extort money from confused scared woman. The received numerous calls from the booking agents and their parent company but they refused to honor the stated policy. The result, the hotel took all the cash off a woman who was traveling alone and had miss her flight due to an airline agent's mistake, Their actions forced a diabetic not to eat for over 14hrs.....

After my first stay, I was hooked and have stayed at the Redbury 2x per year for the past several years...rooms are spacious and the interior design is phenomenal. Kitchen area is perfect for breakfast and light snacking. Redbury is studio style home away from home, love it! Nothing!

Room has a lot of facilities. Lobby is huge and luxurious. Breakfast was somehow rich. Staff are friendly. Rooms were much smaller that the value expected vs. price paid. The toilet was not properly clean since there were long hairs in the sink and on the floor. Bathroom is so small for a Hilton.. I would have liked to have a personal scale in the room to weigh the luggage prior to going to the airport.
The location is great for a night's stay before departing/arriving from LAX. The rooms were also nice. You will be charged $9 to check in. That's right. The parking policy says you have 30 free minutes to park, get checked in, unload your bags, and then move your car. Unfortunately, it takes 45-60 minutes to find a spot two floors below the parking garage gate, take an elevator up four floors to lobby, check in, take a different elevator 10 floors up to your room, unload your bags, take an elevator 10 floors down to lobby, get on a different elevator for the garage, and then go down four floors to move the car. I was charged $9 for the hour of parking. I asked for a refund from the manager stating that I didn't think it was appropriate to pay $9 to check into a hotel. He responded by saying, "I'll see what I can do, but they don't care. They only care about the numbers." Buyer beware.
This was Convenient with the continuous shuttles and proximity to the airport. This hotel is in a serious need of an update for rooms. My room was on the third floor. Immediately walking into my non-smoking room I detected the smell of stale old tobacco have a room that had one smoking allowed. The carpet was old and the decor was dated. In the bathroom some of the woodwork showed moisture decay. The bathroom was small and the sink stood at about mid thigh of this 5' 7" guy. This was not what I would consider an ACA accessible room based on the size of the restroom so I don't understand why the sink was so low. Generally this room made me feel like I was staying at a seedy motel rather than a Hilton.
Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Nice rooms and comfortable bed with decent coffee in the rooms. We stayed on the airport side. Guess what though? Jets are very loud. Also, the garage is a bit like a coal mine with parking found somewhere near the earth's core

Clean. Called housekeeping for shampoos twice, and the second time the lady says it's on the way but I was waiting until checked out and nothing happened.
There was a lot that hilton offered. To the point where we weren't able to do everything in the hotel for the 5 days we were there. The only thing that was a struggle, is the narrow-ish drive in for the front of the hotel. If there's a busy day or event, good luck getting through the entrance with a vehicle.
I liked the spacious shower, and that they had fridge, micro and coffee in the room. We never had a chance to try the coffee shop, but enjoyed the stay overall. Didn't bring my bathing suit or I would have tried the pool. Our room was clean, comfortable bed. We would stay here again.

I didn't expect the rooms to be as spacious as it was. The room was great, the staff was very helpful and the location to the boulevard was unbeatable. Also, it's located next to the best doughnut shop in LA Kettle Glazed Doughnuts.

I booked a stay in early February, more than 3 and a half months before my actual stay the the Best Western Hollywood Hills. Upon arrival, I was asked for a "voucher" and supplied my email confirmation. After looking over the email for 15+ minutes, the receptionist finally told me that they had overbooked the hotel and would have to send me to a partner hotel for the night. For my troubles, I was given 2 breakfast vouchers and my cab was paid for. The partner hotel was over 20 minutes away, putting me further from my location for the next day. The partner hotel was the "Beverly Laurel Motor Hotel" an extremely dated and generally unkempt motel. I was thoroughly displeased with this room, as well as with the adjacent greasy spoon diner. Had I known I was going to end up in this roach motel, I never would have booked through Best Western. I highly suggest booking through a different hotel, not worth the risk of being overbooked. In all fairness to the BW Hollywood Hills, it did appear to be fairly nice. Unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of staying here.

place was very clean and good size room. The biggest restroom in any hotel in hollywood so far, comes in handy when sharing a room. Everything was close by and in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. You could hear everything in the hallway. But everyone staying on our floor that night was not that loud when walking through the hallways. I know that supply and demand is the way the hotel rooms sell but $180.00 + $20.00 for one night on a week day was a bit much for me.

The room was gorgeous, the lighting and furniture was very sleek and modern. The room I was in also had a 60"+ Tv which made for a great way to catch the end of the Sunday night football game in solitude. The room and hotel are great. However there was a $250 deposit on the room, this wasn't an issue for me, though I can see this being an issue for travelers not being financially prepared.
The room was nicely updated. Hotel is under construction. The construction noise started at 8am. The staff was unable to compensate me because I booked the hotel through KAYAK.

Every single person starting from the shuttle driver at the airport , to the hotel reception to room service staff were all more than friendly and accommodating. Being a frequent international traveler I spend a lot of time in hotels around the world and the staff at the concourse left a great impression and am sure to be staying when I am passing thru Los angeles. Staff was phenomenal. Very friendly and answered all of our questions. This was fromthe front desk to the cleaning ladies. Great place to stay. Our room was also one of the quietest that my wife and i have ever stayed in. The only negative was the construction but it's a remodel. Didn't hold that against them.
Location go LAX. Accommodated late check out. Overnight parking seemed a bit expensive. Cleaning staff came in multiple times with the do not disturb sign out.
Long term parking is next door. Major construction of hotel going on. Met by Security on the way to our room- apparently it it had been trashed by the previous guest and not cleaned. Why would you check us into that room? Dark roast coffee only- most hotels offer a medium.
The place was extremely nice and well done. The accommodations were comfortable and nice. I purposefully told the attendant I would be leaving early and my guest will be staying until check out. She said she would make a note and one was not made. So then my friend was harassed and accused and made to feel like a criminal when he tried to get in the room and the key did not work. His belongings were held hostage while he was interrogated.
Close to Universal Studios The outside hallway carpet was greasy and muddy. Even after having them clean it, we continued to bring grease and grime and dirt into our hotel room. Our entry walkway was pretty disgusting because of it.

Everything was perfect
The room was spacious...good pillows. Good gym, nice pool. Two elevators were out (and have been for 3 years!), making trips up and down sometimes very lengthy. You can call the operator each time you go to the elevator asking to be picked up, but how ridiculous for a hotel of this caliber. Restaurant food was boring. All three places to eat at the hotel had the same menu, with tiny differences. The first meal or two it is fine, you can find alternate foods to eat, but after a few days, a change is necessary. It cost $18 for a so-called, all you can eat 'continental breakfast'...yogurt, fruit, cereal, muffins and coffee! This Hilton is near the Universal City Walk, all franchise restaurants so no good food nearby for real foodies...if you like buffets with all you can eat, this is your place.

Best place to stay when going to Universal Studios, and I go a lot. There's a free shuttle that takes you to the entrance of City Walk or you can walk there in less than 10 minutes via the pedestrian bridge.

It was easy to find, clean, friendly and comfortable. I didn't like the exorbitant parking fees and they had no record of my reservation through booking.com. Thankfully, the front desk staff were able to get me a room (and a rollaway :( ) and lowered my cost as a show of good business.
Airport hotel, so just to sleep. Two girl friends travelling together and everything worked. Nice bathroom with lots of counter space, good shower. Lighting for reading was focused and not intrusive to the other person, with convenient switches,. Check out was done on the phone in your room, airport shuttle buses ran every 20 minutes, 24 hours per day. Basically everything worked and was very convenient. Sometimes the simple things add up to a great stay. Bathroom door was a pocket door and very noisy, so there was no way to go to the washroom without waking up the other person.
This place is great. I paid $136 a night. Super nice staff. Parking in the structure was only $15 that's good because from other reviews I heard it was more. its super convenient and has a nice view of the airport (perfect for plane lovers). Before you check they send you a email asking you when you wanna check in, what view you want, how many pillows you need, and if your a single or double bed so that was pretty cool. Overall it's a very good place to stay. I will definetly book here again, only if I can't stay at Taylor swifts house hahaha Didn't have a fridge. Newer updated rooms, great bed/etc. Good location for getting around areas of LA. Parking was a bit costly because of how close this hotel was to the airport but it was a nice location for getting around various areas of LA.

I like the travelers kit with the relaxation essential oils spray. It made it very easy to fall asleep for the four hours I was there.
Our receptionist Diamond was one of the best receptionist to accommodate us at the beginning. She made sure that all of our request regarding rooms and parking was taken care of . What a great host. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were spot on. Every morning at 6:30 am during our stay, there was a group of protesters outside of our window marching, yelling on a loud horn and shouting. Apparently, they wanted the hotel staff to unionize and the hotel has pushed back against it. We only learn then why we received ear plugs on our bed at the beginning of our stay. Even though we were on the 8th floor, it still was very loud and annoying during our 3 day stay. It lasted for about 1 1/2 hours each day.
The hotel is direct in the heart of Hollywood. Friendly stuff. Big rooms with kitchen.

Always smilling and trying to help you which I really appreciated. Breakfast very basic but not a problem for me. Some hotels around dont offer breakfast inclusive.
I think this hotel is good location, near hollywood bvd, and cheap for hotel at good location. There is no bell man, and breakfast is fair..

A clean and comfortable apartment with all the necessities. Location was perfect for our needs and others who are there for Hollywood Blvd. For some this might be a little too closed to the grittier side of Hollywood.

Interior decorations, bartenders, the lady at Altitude that walked my friends and I to the daybeds, and the drinks Customer service, mixing up the reservations, the room smelling like cigarette smoke after have it serviced, luggage bags were not delivered until after 3 hours of checking in, and the hand held shower head would leak water when the dial to only have the shower head was on.
From LAX took the super shuttle to the hotel. Room was ready hours before expected check in. Reason for stay was for business conference at Universal Studios. We took the courtesy shuttle both days to Universal in the morning. Upon check out, Terene at the front desk was so helpful in arranging a rental car and checking prices. Would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was I wanted room service from the kids menu and they wouldn't let me because I wasn't under 12.
The bright, open property is contemporary and quiet. The pool area is large, organized and clean. After driving by twice, we finally realized that BG on a building behind a driveway sign advertising a restaurant was the hotel. Pulled up to check in & unload but was whished away by the valet to move the car. Handed him the keys to move it but he declined...kept insisting I move the car to a lot then check in, go back to the lot to get the luggage then I had to move the car to the overnight lot...all because the trolley shuttle was due anytime. This was how our stay began. The resev. request and 2 calls for a ground floor unit went unheard. 7th floor near the 101 freeway & all the freeway noise. No iron/board in the room & waited over 30 mins to get one that was broken. Print your airline boarding pass.... $5.95 per 5 mins. Really? I addressed each concern with the attentive front desk. They waived the parking fee and asked that we please stay & not go elsewhere.

Everything was stunning. It's a nice hotel surrounded by greenery and a very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and warm. What was nice was that you could walk to whatever you needed and it was all at most a 30 minute walk away. My friends and I went to universal via their trolly and walked home. It was a very plesant experience. The pillows went flat really fast.
The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Lots of walking. No valet when I arrived. Self parked - walked to check in - given a parking pass to put in my windshield - walked back to parking lot - back to lobby then out to one of the furthest building on the property. Lots of kids running around. Outdoor or non-airconditioned hallways made for what seemed like a long trip on a hot day. The staff at the check in desk were not busy (I was the only customer at the time) but they didn't bother to tell me there was parking closer to my room.
The pool area was very relaxing and comfortable The pricing for food and drink in the pool area was too high.
Comfortable, friendly staff and great food
The room, the bed, pillows, shower, and the size of the safe. The daily parking fee of 22.00 and the additional 2.00 for taxes . Our card didn't work in the parking meter. We had to go another one. The a/c vent next to the bed was loud and the a/c kicked on.
Convenient location to Universal and other Hollywood landmarks. Wait staff, rude. Front desk, not helpful. I would not stay here again nor recommend others based off the customer service alone.

The location was great, the hotel is beautiful, especially the pool. I didn't rent a car so I liked how easy it was for me to take an uber The bed pillows were bad so I didn't sleep well and the were no outlets near the bed so I could charge my phone and none near the bathroom counter so I could power my curling irons

They allowed us an early check-in on a day room. The shuttle was quick and efficient. The restaurant was slow and disorganized. The fact that they charged to print stuff out and didn't have a true business center was annoying.
The quiet. We checked in a little early. As soon as we checked in we were told a room wouldn't be ready for at least an hour and with a big business group in the property it was hard to find a space to relax let alone get a drink at the bar. The lobby hallway and bar were so crowded that we had to leave the hotel to get a drink to be able to relax after a long drive in from a neighboring state. Upon return we were directed to a room on the 2nd floor that had a bed that was so flattened and sunken in that myself and my partner rolled into one an other. This was truly unsatisfactory and we expected more staying at a shariton property. This was an issue that could visually be detected by housekeeping or maintenance but was disregarded and ignored. We then spoke to front desk and asked them for a room transfer and after some push back were redirected to a different room. Definitely not something worth going through while on vacation. Makes us want to stay with a competitor to see if the same challenges are met with (Hilton, embassy, etc.)
Terrible experience 1)given confirmation that room will be away from elevators and quite, but the room no. 364 I was allocated, was right next to elevators and infront of maid/cleaning room 2)bathroom door lock didn't work. Door kept opening up 3)thin walls in the room. Could hear the shower noise in the next room 4) unnecessarily delay at check-in counter, because there was another person with same last name as mine had made reservation. Most absurd excuse I had heard ever 5) manager too rude to even come out at check in counter , the lady at the counter had to take my phone inside some room to show it to her manager the confirmation msg I got after I had checked in online earlier 6) found a hair in the milk served at breakfast. When asked to replace it, the server didn't even feel guilty to know about the hair 7) TV remote not present in the room.had to call room services and request one
The lobby and bar area (bartenders) was excellent and friendly. Looks nice on main floor. Once you get into your room it's tiny. Washrooms are small and out of date. Definetly clean though. Good for 1 night stay only while between travelling places. Tub leaked water all over washroom floor. Tiny washroom out of date. Vending machines on all the floors were sold out of all beverages.
It located near the airport and perfect for travellers like us. They run constant shuttles to and from the airport and a familiar with business travellers. The room condition was below standard. The drains in the bathroom flowed very slowly and the showering facilities were a trial to use. The bathroom basin drained so slowly we had to take turns washing.
There was no heat in the room. Management promised to have it repaired the next day but no such luck. My son left sick with a cold due to lack of heat. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights with no heat.
Everything it sucks
Good location ! Good for rental cars return and closer to the airport . The sink in my room smell like death fish.
On site restaurant was excellent. Hotel shuttle to airport was convenient. Room was outdated, dirty, and didn't feel comforting. Seemed like our room was not throughly cleaned was missing items promised by staff at check in - water, coffee, tea.

The location is great walking distance to the Hollywood and highland shopping center. No car or uber needed You are in Hollywood so it was a fight in the hallway around 4am that woke me up.
Great location, very near to all the main attractions and to the Metro station. Good breakfast, good sized room which was very comfortable and quiet. Great value for money. The breakfast room was small and would sometimes be crowded.
It looked nice on website.. rooms were cleam We changed rooms due to no hot water.. then because the hot tub exploded.. water everywhere and all our clothes spaked
Pros: Loved the contemporary renovations. The hotel was super clean! The hallway always smelled amazing...I saw maids and maintenance staff always working the property. The location is superb for those that want to to go to Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, Mall, Hollywood hills, etc. It literally is a 15 minute walk to all of these places. You will save time, money & get your exercise in! The beds were very comfy. The showers clean and modern. Room was plenty big for a couple. Micro & Fridge made it convenient for food. The little cool bar is nice for drinks. Staff very friendly. Loved the overall vibe. Cons: Definitely not a hotel for children! The area is a renovation of a small space, so no room for the kids to romp around. The pool is a very tiny square, so you will not enjoy a family pool experience here. The hotel has heavy traffic on Highland Ave, as you are in the heart of Hollywood, so plan accordingly. No complimentary breakfast. You can hear the noise that other guests make, so awakened by 5:00 am guests screaming.
Hotel room was clean. The walls are too thin. I had the experience of being woken up by an over arduous couple next door at 2.30am and this went on for around 4 hours. As we had just arrived from Australia, and a 15 hour plane trip this was not appreciated, nor was the noise coming from some women the next night that went outside on and off for 2 or more hours.
The hotel staff was great. On arrival, they couldn't find my online reservation but accommodated me immediately. My non-smoking room smelled of smoke and I was moved immediately. Free wireless internet was a plus. Room was clean and spacious.
Very rude, unfriendly, not very knowledgeable staff. Dirty, room in decrepit condition, no safe inside room, terrible and disappointing pool. Not a good stay, spend the extra few dollars to go somewhere else since you are in LA, don't let such a terrible hotel leave a bitter taste in your mouth during your trip!
The price was right. The state of disrepair was horrible! The walls AND the doors in the hallways were nicked and dirty. Same thing in the room. The room door and bathroom door had so many scuff marks, even my kids said something. We waited more than 10 minutes to check in because the front desk person was "somewhere in the back." The bartender tried to check us in but she didn't know how (and why should she.). All this was after we drove into the parking lot and saw and heard the front desk girl and the bartender gossiping using foul language. Very unprofessional!
