I arrived late( 2Am), but staff was very kind. And when I leave early morning, staff arrange my breakfast.
Very comfortable, modern hotel with sleek design and spacious rooms. Relaxed atmosphere, lovely breakfast. Obviously Norway is an expensive country compared to the rest of Europe even, but the price we got was quite reasonable. No major complaints. We arrived very late and left fairly early.
Great location och nice hotel The restaurant was closed (Sundays). Disappointment as Moss (the town close to the hotel) had very few restaurants and we could find just one simple pizzeria open. This information should be given on your web site.
very nice hotel, nice staff, nice rooms - I recommend that hotel 100% nothing to complain
although it was a distance from the airport in rygge, there was no problem finding the hotel. the staff were bery nice and the hotel was up market. one word of advise is to book dinner early. we forgot to and there is no where near to eat. the kitchen was busy and we were forgotten when ordering from the evening menu.. my only complaint... except above mentioned, everything was great.
The staff understood the issues I had withe the hotel and sorted out things. There was no restaurant on a Sunday despite saying there was a gourmet six course lunch/dinner
The breakfast was wonderful. The hall light switch turned off all the plugs in the room, so we had to leave the light on all night so I could use my CPAP machine.
Good size rooms and a fantastic breakfast buffet - the best that we had in Norway. V. Friendly and helpful staff Like everything in Norway, expensive - but when compared with other hotels we stayed in the country, comparatively good value
The open dining area with coffee and waffles, available during the afternoon, was a nice touch. The fact that all meals were included in the price was good, too. Limited choice of evening meal - just one hot course. Internet use needed WiFi scratch cards (which had to be collected from reception each morning and evening) - free, so why scratch cards?
Coffee and tea at the room! Much noise, no individual thermostat in the room ( it was either hot or cold in the room), simple breakfast
We found the member of staff on reception Lasse very helpful and polite it was also very nice having a buffett at the hotel FOC after a long journey. Would have liked a bigger bed
- Hard to find. Address not available on TomTom GPS. Parking very expensive. NOK 23,-/hour during both night and day... Nice, but really small rooms.
The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful No bad points really, just that for a british traveller the price is eye- wateringly expensive.
Easy to do Expensive for the type of hotel (eg very small and with no facilities).
Close from airport
This hotel is close to Rygge Airport, so, if you need to get an early flight it is the best option because the airport is very far from Oslo. Also, the staff is very kind and the breakfast is very good and it is included in the price.
Location near airport, value for money, good food and rooms at reasonable prices.
The hotel is located quite close to Rygge airport and the close by businesses areas. I had a Christmas dinner just before closing time of the kitchen; it was excellent. Just like home made. (But boiled potatoes would have been nice along with this type of food). None.
Its difficult finding it.
Staff was not very helpfull, not interested in guests. restaurant closes early. location is between the city and airport. not very convinient for those who wanna stay next to airport, but there is no other choice.
Very comfortable beds and great breakfast buffet.
Very well situated near the Rygge airport. Quiet.
Clean rooms, good choice of food See above
Good, clean, convenient. Hotel staff very efficient. Would have preferred a room away from traffic noise.
Very nice restaurant and great breakfast. Hotel in general was clean and convenient. Easy parking.
Expensive with very average facilites.
It is located near the harbour/ ferry To few people/ staff - they were running very often
Well placed for where I had to go and do business. Friendly and helpful. Near quite noisy road. Smallest bed I have ever slept in. Hot room - for no apparent reason. Metal window cappings which when raining make it sound like sleeping in a biscuit tin.
Location for business activities and access to the site. no heaters to make a comfortable exit on the patio for a smoke and relax.
We stayed one night on two occasions. On both occasions the reception staff were friendly and helpful.1st stay was good.Very pleasant, sizable room, overlooking fjord.Facilities clean. 2nd stay was dreadful, a disappointing end to our holiday. Having been given the key to our room, it had not been cleaned after the last occupants (even the beds). They opened the room next door, which was in the same state, then the room next door to that -the same again.Back to the computer to see if there was a clean room. We were put in a very small, very hot room which was noisy at night if you opened the window. The bathroom smelt of urine. This in an hotel of 100 rooms with very few people staying.
parking some level you room, spa is great. night life in the middle of the outside restaurant is very laud. The spa lose at 7pm, which is to early.
Beautifull vieuw, spacious room (suite) good breakfast buffet, splendid restaurant good winecard. close to Son, very pretty place. Breakfast only till 9.30 during the week and on friday till 10.30, nothing is translated to english not even the menu'S. Standardrooms beds are very small so took a suite, nok 1000 p/day more !!! wich is Euro 125 per nite extra, got a discount for nok 500 only .
The room was good size, kitchen/living room and separate bedroom. Room was located right at the waterfront so great views from the balcony and bedroom full wall size window on the sea side. The hotel was not worth the price even in Norwegian price standards. With these rates you would imagine you get proper towels, shampoos etc. especially in a spa hotel. This was not the case. Also, the kitchen in the room was equiped only with 3 glasses and 3 cups. That's all!! All the cupboards was screwed shut. Overall I think the management should have a look in other hotels to see what this price can offer in terms of quality. Great potential but unfortunatelly not very well thought through. Details, details..... Might sound picky but with these prices you can be picky.
Excellent breakfast - far better than expected, both choice and quality. Staff in the hotel was nice and responsive. Location is good. Hotel needs renovating - rooms are a bit worn out. Bathroom infrastructure was old: it took minutes to get the shower water temperature correct - and it kept varying also after that. One of our rooms had a really smelly bathroom - another room was offered, though - hotel staff was responsive and created solutions for the customer. Air conditioning would be a must - this hotel did not have that.
That it was located near the city centre + the price was not too bad. And the breakfast buffet is really nice! The hotel is a kinda old, and looks a bit "worn down".
It was a functional hotel. I appreciated that you could bring dogs and especially without paying extra fees.
Breakfast very good choice, however the cooked items were cold, pillows were good The was not compleley refreshed during the day, and there used shampoo bottles left in the shower rack
location and access from highway when traveling by car entrance/hallways area somewhat run down
Good and silent. Polite service. Good breakfast. The girl in the reception mixed the rooms: She gave the bed for two to our friends (Men, normal) and separated bedt to me and my vife!
Very convenient location for the centre of Drammen. The decor of the restaurant and bar area was very nice. Breakfast was excellent with a very wide range of offerings. No tea and coffee making equipment in room.
There was a good standard of food in the restaurant, especially for evening meals. Only one person on the front desk - had to wait, when checking out, for the phone to be answered (a 5 minute call from somebody needing information that had to be looked up, and then a booking).
A nice price hotel, a good and fairly rich breakfast. A bit outdated interiors.
Free wi-fi, parking space in front of the hotel A little bit 'decadentì, no lift, breakfast with no cake
near, bus, and train station, and town centre the breakfast was poor quality all round even very basic
the breakfast buffet the smell in the hall and hallway, the blanket in the sheetcover, the chair
Easy to get Rygge Airport from the hotel, only 11 km.
Beautiful views over harbour. Relaxed atmosphere and very clean.
View over the Fjord and helpful receptionist. Excellent breakfast. Carpet in bedroom could have looked cleaner - a bit tired
wonderful views. the cost from the airport. no air conditioning
The location is easy to find, the hotel is quite new. The hotel is quite new and some of the equipment does not work well.
Cleanliness, easy to reach and park, reasonable price
The hotel is very new and modern, nice furniture and sanitary facilities. Doors with RFID locks. Two separated rooms is quite nice although rooms are too small. The hotel is located in the hostel building. Everywhere is the hostel signs and logos. I am not sure why is this, but by the hotel name it's impossible to find it. The hotel is located close to the road and windows don't provide enough sound isolation, however at night there's very little traffic although in the morning there's some more traffic noise comes through the window. There're no toiletry offered in the bathroom except of the liquid soap. No hair dryer too. Every room has it's own water boiler. In our "family" room it emptied after one shower, so other had no warm water left, which is very annoying for the room for two adults and two children. For more than 100 euros I would expect more.
Very nice place to stay overnight. Not yet found out.
