7.5 Good
Pros: Cleanliness, view
Cons: Host response time, unnecessary furniture taking up space
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great communication with owners via email. Easy to get key and check out. Cozy room with all the comforts of home. Close to everything in what felt like the old part of town.
Cons: It can get a little loud as it's a busy area with restaurants and bars around. It quieted down though between 10-11. Also the building is creaky so you may hear people above you although there is a note in the room reminding guests of this and asking for their consideration.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Noob property and sparkling clean. That is, its an old house with wooden floors with a bit of a slant and a bit of a creak, and it has been seriously renovated with german efficiency (I seem to use those words a lot lately). We felt right a home. Can't find anything else to fault despite my best efforts. There's no reception but that is a given when you book - so we saw no-one, not even other tenants. We did have an extensive exchange of email until we understood all information, no complaints there either. Its in the very centre of town and the recommended public underground parking is almost under the property, so to speak. Highly recommend I'd say. Especially if it's just for a short stay of two or three nights. A few good adresses are given for an excellent breakfast nearby too.
Cons: There ought to be an anti slip rubber mat in the shower for oap's like ourselves. Then again, you're the only one responsible for keeping yourself upright. Just a thought.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was the definition of care and elegance. Besides the perfect location right next to downtown, the room was prepared with some much attention to detail that you will feel right at home. I spent more than 20 minutes only "discovering" the features of the room with amusement and surprise. The best hotel I had the please of staying in, thank you very much for the welcomming, I hope to come back one day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in the centre of the city, modern and interesting design, attention to detail, very clean and excellent communication. One thing worth mentioning is, that it is a very old building that was extensively and beautifully restored and rebuilt and still has the steep and narrow stairs.
Cons: Nothing to mention here, easily a 10 out of 10, we will be back soon!
9.5 Excellent

Pros: There were a lot of amenities like earplugs, chocolates, water, fruit. And extremely nice location.
Cons: Yeah, I know that this is old building :) So you can expect visible floor incline and low ceiling beams

Pros: Excellent hotel - very well managed, with friendly, attentive and capable staff. Good choice of food, either in the Michelin restaurant or the 'Dorfstube' offering regional specialities. Rooms are very cosy and comfortable, with great attention to welcoming detail.
Cons: Difficult to find anything to say - a fitness room would have been nice if only to work off the excellent food!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the minute you park your car you are pleased with everything you see. Extremely courteous staff, super clean and comfortable room and hotel. We couldn’t be happier with our hotel choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff made us feel like part of the family. Although on the street, it was very quiet. Town is very pretty, perfect for an early evening stroll. One star Michelin restaurant was great. Two fascinating castles with in a 1/2 hour of hotel. One not in tour book, staff told us about it!
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: short driving distance to nearby tourists attractions
Cons: room was for 1 person, rather small. also we handed in the key upon check out but got an email from the hotel via booking.com that we did not return the key, which if it's true (denied), should have been spotted out when we checked out.

Pros: Loved the room!
Cons: Was charged a cleaning fee 2times the room rate for spilling a small amount of wine, would not ever stay here again or recommend to anyone!

No A/C in room, hot days 30 degrees C, unable to sleep due to location noise so had to close windows. Wellness only open in evening, half working rest broken. Quiet village not much to do there except for castle Lichtenstein visit

Pros: The food in the restaurant and the breakfest. Comfortabel big rooms. The vieuw and the surrondings.
Cons: No airco.
7.0 Good
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort and size of bed, friendly staff
Cons: Considering the price of the room, there was far too much road traffic noise even with windows shut, and for an apparently 4 star establishment par-baked bread for breakfast seems off the mark, I would expect the real deal from a baker. Could not find the sofa which was listed in the room description.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff availability, dinner.
Cons: Breakfast non according to expectations.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent food in the restaurant. Very pleasant rooms.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Superb restaurant and Staff! Room very comfortable and very Nice view.
Cons: No complaints at all
8.8 Excellent
Pros: nice breakfast and view from the room, good location near Outletcity Metzingen
Cons: shower behind the glass right in the room - not very comfortable even for young couples :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - Spacious room with nice view. - Very attractive iron artworks decorated in the room. - Romantic lighting in the shower with adjustable colour. - A good variety of choice for the breakfast. The waffle maker was interesting and practical. - Staff were friendly and welcoming. - Quite a few very good Gins to choose in the bar. - Video of an aquarium being projected through the glass window of the lift onto the wall of the shaft -- a very interesting idea. - Free on-site parking (outdoor).
Cons: - There is an iron fence hanging between the extra bed and the bathroom. It has sharp parts and swings when pushed, making it dangerous (esp. for the little ones) in the dark. The bed frame is also made of iron and the sharp corners were exposed. - The toilet was too warm and poorly ventilated. The knob for the underfloor radiant heating didn't seem to work. - The wash basin and the shower are outside the toilet. They are actually in the bedroom and near to the bed. Using them was very disturbing when another person was sleeping.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel exceeded all expectations, and everything was phenomenal from check-in to check-out. Helpful staff, clean and comfort rooms, with beautiful modern design. The view from the terrace was amazing and truly relaxing for a late night drink or a morning coffee. Great breakfast as well to start your business day.
7.5 Good
Pros: Bedding very comfy. Love the balcony.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Famtastic view. Clean room.
Cons: There was an unfriendly, snappy staff at the reception. Maybe she was having a bad day but such snappy attitude is unacceptable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff have been super great, friendly and helpful. Abundant choice of breakfast sourced locally. Well-designed rooms with artistic elements and lights. The unobscured view made our stay particularly enjoyable. This is already our second time to stay in hotel Schönbuch and we noticed a lot of improvements compared to our last visit. We will for sure choose it again in the future.
Cons: The waste bin for diapers was IN the crib. The window was left open and the radiators were set to level 1 of 5 (almost shut down), making our room a bit too cold even if it was a sunny day -- in February. We still question the safety of the iron fence handing in the middle of the room. Is it safe for children in the dark?

8.3 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is conveniently located near the train station, on "the other side of the tracks" from the old town. The X3 airport shuttle bus stop at Unter den Linden is only a few meters away. My room was very spacious, and there was a fine included breakfast. WiFi worked perfectly. It is not a luxury hotel, but for my purposes it was a good value and the location met my needs. Although close to the train station, I never heard any trains even though I had the windows open for fresh air.
Cons: Most of the nice shops, restaurants were on the other side of the tracks. It's a short walk, and safe, but is not in the touristy part of town.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located in a small quaint village it was perfect after seeing Lichtenstein Castle, which is 10 minutes away. We had a very large room on the top floor, with lots of window to open since it was hot. We ate dinner there and the food was great. A mix of Greek and German dishes. The owners are Greek. We all enjoyed our stay.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice location, clean, it was ok for the price
Cons: Odd reception area, payment taken at check in felt awkward. Faulty shower door. Breakfast cost €14 for two, would have been better spent at the bakery around the corner.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staffs are all great and friendly. Room is cosy and very spacious for family of 4. Great to have 2 balconies attached to the room as well. The area is also excellent, very calm and peaceful.

7.5 Good
Pros: We arrived late in the evening and checked out very early in the morning so no time to really evaluate the place. They were waiting for us for the check in and everything seemed ok, the room was big, we had a nice balkony.
Cons: Walls seemed rather this, so we could hear some noises throughout the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel restraint was closed when we arrived (Easter Sunday) so they referred us to another place about 5 km away. The food there was wonderful! The hotel has a lot of character and we really enjoyed the stay. The beds, linens, towels, and everything was fresh and clean. The service was very good! Always smiling and recommended a local waterfall and castle that we really enjoyed. The balconies (our rooms each had 2) were wonderful.
Cons: Nothing. I would recommend this hotel to others.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is an old building but the rooms are very big and very clean. The beds and sheets are excellent. Placed in a nice and quiet area with excellent fresh air.
Cons: Far from most points of interest.

Pros: Who would expect an Italian guest house in this quiet little German town. A wonderful surprise it was, for the Latin hospitality is genuine, the Italian (and Schwabian) food in the restaurant is superb, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast generous and delicious, and the bed comfortable. There are plenty of parking facilities.
Cons: The town has no 'kneipe' (pub). But the people from Zur Sonnenalb will make it up with a free glass of good grappa after you finished your meal.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice place to stay with small cozy rooms: basic but with correct value for money. The place has a fantastic Italian restaurant run by the same family: really nice and authentic food. The breakfast provided was limited but also good.

7.0 Good
Cons: shower pressure kind of weak
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quaint and many special details. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff, especially the woman who helps in the breakfast area.
Cons: Rooms rather small, but clean!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was nice one night stay. Hotel staff was helpful and welcoming. Hotel location is good, and close to the restaurants and bars, having said that it wasn't noisy during the night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was less than 10min walk from train station and 5mins from busy café/bar area i.e. good location. The staff were friendly and provided a kettle for my room without any fuss.
Cons: One point to consider is the hotel is in a walking area i.e. you can't get a car to collect you directly at the hotel. This was not an issue for me but it might be if you require to be dropped directly at the hotel e.g. if you have walking difficulties. It is only 1 min walk to the nearest street so it should not be a problem for most people.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: No air conditioning not really accessible not even 3 stars would never return to this hotel
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It is quite quiet and we have a good breakfast there.
Cons: everthing is good.
6.3 Good
Cons: NO airconditioning on a 35 degree day-it was an unusally hot spell for Reutlingen
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Matress/ bed in the room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A nice big room with 2 easy chairs and a good bathroom. It had a huge TV.
Cons: The staff in the breakfast room spoke no English. I would have thought that in the tourist industry a basic amount of English would be desirable.
7.5 Good
Cons: Reception was empty twice when I needed help. Parking is not part of the hotel and Sundays is closed (which we were not informed at check-in time, nor when we asked for instructions) For this type of hotel I would expect better service and employees to be reachable.

Consisting of 2 guest houses, the Hydepark provides spacious rooms equipped with high-quality furniture, comfy beds and an en suite bathroom. Internet access is also available for a small fee. Take some time to discover nearby attractions, such as the Schloss Lichtenstein castle, or enjoy a hiking or cycling trip along the area's well-signposted trails. Alternatively, play a few games of skittles at the Hydepark's on-site skittle alley.
6.8 Good
Pros: Quiet and spacey.
Cons: At internet it said wlan was free, but that was only true with a German phone company. As we don't live in Germany, we was supposed to pay via PayPal, but it did not function.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: this hotel made an arrangement with me, allowing me to shorten my stay, but after the checkout (where I paid for 3 nights instead of 3) they charged me axtra amount without myy permission and despite what we agreed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Our bungalow was wonderful. We had privacy, kitchen facilities, and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also good.
Cons: Although online it indicates that free wifi is available "throughout the area", there was no internet in our bungalow nor the possibility of a router. Internet, however, was available at the actual hotel from what I understand, but I believe it was not free.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Not much!
Cons: It does not fulfill a 3 stars hotel if you look at "European Hotelstars Union". Our room was small. An overweight person woud not fit into the showerbox with closed doors. We thought we booked hotel on a nice country side, but it is situated at the enterace of an industrial area. The shifts change around 01-01:30 AM and started around 05-06:00 AM. The traffic to and from the industral area went on both sides of the building called "Gästehaus" were we stayed. The hotel enterance was on the other side of one of the roads to the industrial area. The reception opened at 07:00 AM and closed at 09 AM. Open again around 02 PM,(14:00) and closed between 8 and 9 PM (21:00). You could get breakfast, but you had to order it the day before to get rolls for the breakfast. Then no service at all until 4 PM (16:00). You had to leave the room until 11 AM. If you need to go in to you room after that time - forget it. It was electronicly closed and no people in the reception to help you! I would say this is not a hotel for tourists. It's more a place for closed parties like for example a wedding. No systematic complaint management system.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The kindness of the stuff
7.0 Good
Cons: very bad wifi connection - slow and disconnections
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the staff was extremly friendly and helpfull, great hospitality
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, clean rooms, quick check-in and check-out.
Cons: Very small room, located in a separate building along a busy noisy road. Hotel looks classy on the pictures but the room didn't have the same feeling. Not worth what we paid for...
4.3 Okay
Pros: Not much. The staff was worse the 2.day
Cons: The same as the first night when I wrote: It does not fulfill a 3 stars hotel if you look at "European Hotelstars Union". Our room was small.
