New design features white marble walls w/ copper accents, modern lighting, and revitalized bar area. The new menus feature an array of delicious items including the inaugural Oysterology program, a variety of raw & hot oysters with innovative toppings, flavors & signature oysters. The M&S signature oyster, Johnny Shucks, are harvested from a proprietary oyster bed in Chesapeake Bay, practicing restorative oyster farming. Adding to the innovative seafood program, guests will find fresh & sustainable fish such as True-Striped Bass, Pure Antarctic Salmon, Hawaiian Seafood and Caribbean Cobia. Guests also enjoy beyond organic vegetables from the award-winning Chef’s Garden in Milan, Ohio. The new programs focus on seafood & produce that are not only healthier for the guest but healthier for the planet.
