nothing hotel couldnt find our reservation when we arrived late at night after travelling all day. did not let us use telephone to find out from family avbout reservation..hotel under renovations that woke us up at 8 am and then staff returned to ask for blinds open at 10 am..then front desk staff..who was manager argued the validity of our complaints and told us they were un founded..after argument a discount was finally given
Right in the heart of Frauenfeld, which is a small historic Swiss town, this hotel is quite simple but comfortable. They have parking space in front of the hotel. The buffet breakfast is nice.
The staff were friendly, spoke god English and could not have been more helpful
clean room, friendly staff, very comfortable location, fair breakfast, quiet room. we booked a room for 3 people, but they gave us (apologizing for their mistake) a room for 2 with an extra bed. nonetheless, there was enough space for us. they charged us other 30 F. (20 for the extra bed, 10 for the 3rd breakfast), which is understandable, but unexpected.
Excellent rooms, newly renovated and very quiet. The breakfast was very nice and offered plenty of selection. Blumenstein is in a very convenient place across from the railway station and next to Migros and other shopping areas. Restaurant wasn't open long enough hours. I think it was overheated in the room, however I found this everywhere in Switzerland.
Great breakfast, spacious rooms, free car park, opened 24, nice new building. There are only beds for 1 person, none for 2.
Location is close to the high way, which suited us very well since we were " en route". The hotel was clean, efficient, while rooms were pretty big.
very nice staff
the breakfast was ok no public transportation, the taxi from the station makes it less interesting
Very good service, nice terrace for dinner, good breakfast, easy parking, easy access to motorway.
Nice rooms, big, non smoking rooms and restaurant People still smoke in the bar .....
