Pros: Location easy to find - nice and tidy.
Cons: Could not get heat pump to deliver any heat given the coldest night of the year to date - took it up to 30 with no joy. 9.5 Excellent
Pros: The fire place really set off that country feel and the shower was huge
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Kids enjoyed the farm walk and interaction with emu. Fire place was awesome
7.0 Good
Pros: Everything was clean and there is plenty of heating for the cold nights. The room had a spa bath, shower, microwave, tv, table and wifi (signal not very good from the room).
Cons: Everything was clean and the space was as you’d expect from a B&B. There are two pieces of feedback though. 1. You can here the family walking and stomping upstairs from the room below. It may be worth considering your guests in the early morning with the walking, stomping and early morning family preparation noise. 2. There were several roosters crowing from 5:15am to 7:00am. If you’re after a farm type stay this is the perfect location, if you’re after a sleep in perhaps staying in town would be best.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: hidden gem. Loved being greeted by the beautiful family dogs- a reflection of the lovely owners. We were able to come and go as we needed with good information about how to get in and out of the property and to ensure the animals stayed in. Such a lovely place to visit, calm, caring and relaxed. Able to interact with animals too- if you have left your fur babies at home, you get a welcome dose of love from the locals.
Cons: Why complain when you have such welcoming hosts- thank you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The relaxed serting
6.8 Good
Cons: the bed was too firm, plus the lounge chair was too hard.

Cons: Closeness to where I had to work and the tranquility of the room with the amazing view just made it perfect for me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location away from major townships
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very special place in the rolling green hills of NZ. Friendly animals to say hello to and very welcoming hosts! The place was absolutely stunning, especially with the outside spa where you can see the milky way...! And since it's almost winter time, I appreciated the nice, cozy and warm indoors after my spa. This place had everything what I needed. I would come back - no doubt! Thanks Jana & Sven (and their kids)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Daughter thought the shower was great, the rain head and side showers were a novelty. It was nice having a log fire, made the place toasty and warm. Coffee machine was a bonus.
Cons: Everything was ok, probably a bit dated but it was still fine. The "couch/bed" could have been better but we were there for only 1 night.

The view of the Lake was stunning! To be honest, the house itself EXCEEDS the pictures. 10/10 review of facilities incl bathroom & kitchenware. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean. Thank you so much for having us!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really just needed to sleep before competions, but all three girls were so excited when we arrived. It was great and we would stay again.
Cons: The bed in room 5 was very hard and the pillows were very small but everything else made up for the hard sleep.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Overall well presented home .
Cons: Unfortunately our room was not made up correctly. No top sheet on bed, no bath matt (which I feel is priority when there are tiles on floor to prevent slips or falls on wet tiles when exiting shower) & no hand towels. There was also long black hair on shower walls obviously from previous occupant as I have blonde hair!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Super clean.
Cons: Getting in was a bit confusing, as they send you the code through the website.
7.5 Good
Pros: location

5.0 Okay
Pros: good location.
Cons: I had no cell phone coverage at all in my room. The room was hot and the fan was noisy when I had it on. The fridge rumbled all night. The motel was hardly full yet the rooms either side of me were used and one had a smoker. I had doors banging from either side till late. Why not stagger the guest in rooms so they are not next to each other. I was put in a disabled unit so open shower,

Cons: definitly didn't like having to wash dishes in the bathroom. Have never had to do that in my life..the dishcloths were grubby and there was no plug. the carpet wasn't very clean the walls were very stark and there was a filthy serviette on the coffee table with the wifi password on it
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The place was grubby with dirty shower and bits of rubbish in a corner. No hair dryer supplied. Heating a bit substandard.
Cons: As above
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Private despite being in family home with other guests also. New house in a quiet area, very close to motorway, clean and tidy room for night. Tea and coffee facilities, not full cooking. We could hear a little movement around the house from other people although it wasn't bad.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The privacy. Staff very friendly. Comfortable bed, nice little lounge area
Cons: One bathroom between 2 rooms which is no problem but both sinks are in the bathroom so if you want to wash your hands or fill up the jug or brush your teeth etc you have to wait until the other guests have finished with the bathroom. Would be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom that way you can do your hair and makeup while your waiting to use the bathroom and also each guest doesn’t need to be in the bathroom as long either. This is a small easy fix that would make things a lot easier.

Pros: The only thing I liked about this place was the view.
Cons: The room is really small, would have expected more for the price of it. The lady checking us in does not speak English and had to use a phone app translator, very awkward. Also there was no milk or sugar in the room to make a coffee or tea. Didn't try to ask as they don't speak English.

Pros: We kept feeling confused because we were so comfortable it felt like home. Super cute room and was great to have our cats with us. Location was nice for us but for some would be too far away.

Pros: The bed was comfortable. The alpacas and ponies were cute.
Cons: The advertising suggests there is a pool? There wasn’t one, it has been filled in with dirt and grass. The communal kitchen wasn’t clean enough. The garden needs proper maintenance.
