10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing. Although we had our own car, the hotel will give you a lift to nearby restaurants or attractions. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable with lots of little extra amenities.

Pros: The reception from time we arrived was great. There on the boys at the front door and Danny our driver was excellent.
Cons: Nothing
4.3 Okay
Pros: Neighborhood. Close to a whole foods.
Cons: Room service choice was lacking some vegetarian options. It’s the 21st century. Bring some non animal food options and healthier choices to your guests, other than the usual Caesar salad. Bathroom not cleaned one day during my stay. Sheers missing on windows the first night. had to request a change of room. Decor dated. Elevator noisy and slow.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed was amazingly soft and comfortable!
Cons: Parking
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing, comfortable stay in the heart of Dallas! The facilities were super clean and our hotel room was gorgeous - every part of the decor was well thought out and the bed was SO comfortable. I also really loved our balcony and the Nespresso machine that came with the room - it was so nice to be able to read a book & drink a cup of coffee while looking at the downtown skyline. There's also a great rooftop on the 8th floor....very relaxed, chill vibe. I highly recommend all around.
Cons: There was some construction going on in the lobby which wasn't a big inconvenience but still a bit of an eye sore. I would also recommend better wayfinding signage in the lobby to make things easier to spot, as well as better information regarding available parking for guests who aren't doing valet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Facilities were exceptional. It was just a couple of blocks walk to my son's condo. Will definitely stay with you again! HIGHLY recommended!!
Cons: The lack of parking could have been an issue, but we luckily found a spot on the street right next to the Canopy!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent view. Right in the middle of uptown. Very very nice. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and quiet.
Cons: The GPS sends you to law offices instead of the hotel. About a 8 minute drive difference. So make sure you put the actual address in your GPS. Do not search Canopy by Hilton.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful new boutique hotel in great uptown location. Very spacious room and comfy bed. Roof top bar very cozy with great Dallas views
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Horrible experience. This hotel was price gouging during a unfortunate power outage!! The room was tiny and had views looking AC machines/ gravel for close $300 a night. Housekeepers were still cleaning rooms at 7pm and the narrow hallways were filled with the cleaning carts. To top it off- WiFi was an additional fee. We were so unpleased with everything that we checked out 1 hr after checking in. It was a horrible experience to an already unfortunate situation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room-clean and quiet
Cons: We ordered a hamburger and fries last night at the bar. It was awful. Would stay away from their food here.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, comfortable bed, clean room, gorgeous rooftop pool
Cons: Service was not great at Texas Spice when we stopped by the bar - bartender was very friendly once he served us, but it wasn’t busy, it took at least ten minutes to acknowledge us and then he took the order and served a person who arrived after us before helping us. The cleaning crew didn’t include shampoo in our complimentary daily toiletries. Not sure if you were out or what. Still a wonderful stay - just explaining why we rated good overall vs excellent
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, AC sucked in the room....it was hot!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our favorite place to stay in Dallas. Plenty of dining on site and pool is excellent
Cons: None
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and the view from the room
Cons: Breakfast buffet
7.5 Good
Cons: Lobby bar charged my room after I paid cash for my drinks.
6.3 Good
Pros: The restaurants were good.
Cons: We rented a deluxe king room and were given a queen room. We called down to change it and they wouldnt. We managed, but the queen room was more expensive then the deluxe king.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the room. Amazing view, very quaint. Great experience all around.
Cons: Nothing was bad. It was all fantastic!
5.5 Okay
Pros: The hotel itself was very clean and nice. Very upscale.
Cons: The AC couldn't cool the room below 70. On top of the high price of the night, you have to pay extra to park and have to pay to even use the WiFi. Basic ammenities that every other hotel has to make the stay convenient. There were hardly any outlets in the room. You have to charge your phone across the room from where you want it. All in all you would think that for the money you're paying to stay there, they would offer a little more.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room: very clean and fresh. Bed: comfy and no worries for problems. Friendly staff and valet parking was so easy.
Cons: We did not get to swim as the pool was severely over crowded. We need a larger pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love this hotel
7.5 Good
Pros: It was very clean and the staff were friendly. Javier at Texas Spice was the best waiter I’ve ever had!
Cons: The hotel is not kid friendly. The rooms have nothing to break up noise at night ( such as a fan in the bathroom or sound machine), so the last night My husband and I woke up to the girl next door having 3-4 orgasms at the top of her lungs, it sounded like she was in the room with us, thankfully my kids didn’t wake up! However , I let them know real quick with a knock on the door I was extremely unhappy. Needless to say they shut up! I understand the hotel cannot control other people , but a super quiet room is not ideal for a hotel, due to outside noise. The bag checks before going outside to the pool were probably better than the airport. A little extreme if you ask me. I would say this hotel is for business people who think they are high class and want to party and hook up...not families!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and lovely room. Valet and door staff were exceptional the best we had in our 21 days in America they really looked after you - we didn't have to open a door for our whole stay! Rooms are spacious although we had a view of a building site we were not expecting much for a downtown hotel so at least we had a vista
Cons: Our only issue was that our luggage took half an hour to reach our room and if we had known we would have taken it up ourselves. The front desk manager was very apologetic and brought it up himself after two calls enquiring after our luggage had been made. There was a large conference there for Mary Kay affecting all hotels in the area we discovered, but even so extra staff should have been put on duty to cater for this. Also the lifts appear very slow although there were five lifts we were not convinced that they were all working. This may have been due to the Mary Kay factor however.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service was incredibe, comfy beds, champagne at check in. We also loved the spa and pool area.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and the size of the rooms were very spacious.
Cons: I wish the bistro had more mainstream menu items.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Amazing hotel. Pricey, but worth it for a fun night in Dallas.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Adolphus is a beautifully appointed luxury hotel that has everything needed for a wonderfully relaxing, special stay. We especially love the ambience in the common areas and the rooms are also beautifully appointed. Everything about this historic hotel is perfect.
Cons: The parking fee is a little high, but it is convenient and overall worth it. The valet staff is great to work with.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at in all of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The room was exceptional and the staff was as great. The food was very good.
Cons: The only grip I have is the elevators would randomly change the direction you are going in. For example me and my wife was going up to our floor when all of the sudden the elevator stopped on the 11th floor then took us back to the ground floor. We had to get off and try again. This happened three times while we where here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional helpful and accommodating staff! Atmosphere of hotel is beautiful and luxurious.
4.5 Okay
Pros: OK
Cons: xtra charges.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, great restaurants (including a coffee shop off the lobby), great concierge lounge, and incredible service
6.8 Good
Pros: The hotel itself is very nice, elegant. A lot of history and nice interior decor.
Cons: The valet service was slow. The advance notice system (text) that they told us to use wasn't working. When we asked, they advised it hadn't been working in a while. Yet this is what they told us to use upon arrival. This caused a delay in getting to our event. Room service was out of apple juice. And coffee mugs apparently, as our order of two coffee's with breakfast resulted in a single mug. The french omelette with broccolini was made with onions instead of broccolini. Housekeeping cleaned our room, yet left our dinner tray in the room all day instead of removing it when they cleaned. The trash wasn't emptied on any of the three days we stayed. The door to our bathroom didn't have a latch so wouldn't remain closed. All of these are minor I admit. One or two is even expected when you stay at a 2 or 3 star hotel. But this is billed as a 4+ star hotel. We stayed here as we were looking for a more elegant atmosphere than a Courtyard or typical Marriott property. We won't be returning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Accommodating staff, good size room, two excellent restaurants, valet parking, easy location

3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Two good things - the valet staff was efficient and quick There was a patch of grass across the street for dogs
Cons: The entire staff seemed put off by answering any basic question of ours, they weren’t knowledgeable about the simplest of things like what time check out was even!! We were put on hold so they could check... meanwhile i could hear the other line going off in the background. They just wanted to switch over to a more important guest. The spa flat out lied to us about their availability. When we tried to push our checkout time by 30 minutes after enduring all of this so that we could go to a neighboring spa it simply couldn’t be done. The shower was broken, my fiancé fixed it, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, my fiancé attempted to fix it but then said “honestly i should Be paid for fixing all of these issues”. We asked for a dog bed. They offered it at check in but they were reluctant to send one up in the ten minutes it took us to change our mind about wanting one. It was disgusting Don’t ask for the dog bed. They apparently offer free car service in 5 miles. Don’t even bother. They won’t answer the phones to call you one. We had such high hopes for this place as we visit the spa and CBD often. This was our first and LAST stay at the joule. You’ve lost two customers that used to sing your praises.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the underground bar it’s a must to attend every time
Cons: What’s not to like?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful, professional and helpful - great personalities! Apple TV in the room was a surprising plus.
Cons: Laundry service could be better - T-shirt’s could have been better pressed / folded. Dry cleaning / hanging clothes were fine.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The accomodations were great! Love the location & uniqueness of the hotel! Plush bedding, and spacious!
Cons: The staff & service was a bit lacking for a high end hotel. The “city view” was of an adjacent building.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Connie was super helpful. The airline had lost my luggage and she helped me every step of the way in arranging my shopping trip to make up for the time until it arrived. I felt at home!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: well appointed. helpful staff
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing
Cons: The room
9.5 Excellent
Pros: What a beautiful city centre Hotel. We were made to feel special from the moment we checked in with a nice glass of bubbly pink Champagne. The room was magnificient in a sleek modern way.
Cons: The view from our room was rather sad as we looked out on a rather messy roof top but then it is in the middle of downtown. Breakfast was a bit of a let down it was good but not quite to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the overall vibe, the super friendly staff and great food on site!
7.5 Good
Pros: the hotel was like “meh”.
Cons: Just seemed more pretentious than anticipated. Plenty of design elements, but what statement does the hotel make
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Service was wonderful but the food made me sick and I spent much of my night on the toilet.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We loved how welcoming the staff was! They knew who we were as we walked in, and completely took care of any request we had! Even going so far as having pie from emporium pies brought in before we got there! the best hotel in dallas — hands down.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like in our stay!

Pros: Great location!!!!! Beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms.... there are cute coffee shops and a ton of restaurants in walking distance. I felt like I was at a resort in the middle of Dallas!
Cons: I liked everything
5.5 Okay
Cons: There is a real sound issue in the room. Doors are very noisy and not enough sound proof. Don t expect to sleep beyond 7am. The sound level in rooms is worth of a 2 stars hotel not a 5 stars. Complete turn off is you think quietness is part of a luxury experience.

Cons: nothing comes to mind
7.5 Good
Pros: That it had nobu in the lobby, great restaurant and perfect for my arrival
Cons: Would have been nice to have staff at the pool for drinks etc
5.5 Okay
Pros: Decor Neighborhood offers a lot of restaurants and bars. Not far from downtown Dallas.
Cons: My room wasn’t cleaned until late in the day. Not really practical for guests who after a day of work or playing tourist go back to an unclean room. In room dining’s option is dated and doesn’t offer enough vegetarian options; just the Caesar salad. And a grilled cheese. Disappointing for an hotel that wants to compete with the Ritz just located next door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was super stoked during my visit to Dallas. First time in Texas as an adult and I made some good decisions for my stay and destinations.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The architecture of the building is beautiful. The room was very large and the AC worked great!
Cons: Parking was a little pricey but about what you expect for a downtown hotel.
6.8 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed. Nice concierge the evening we checked in.
Cons: No extra toilet paper in the bathroom only a mostly used roll on the holder. Also ran out of facial tissues. They couldn’t print me a receipt. Held an extra $50 but didn’t tell me up front they were doing so.

Pros: Everything!!! The whole place was SO much better than I thought it would be!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the character of this hotel, and the staff was nice. The room was really big.
Cons: The shower is just a half door of glass, so water got out no matter how we angled the shower head. Not a big deal, though.

Cons: Nothing!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful big rooms. Comfortable beds Good food and ambience in restaurant
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent! Right in the heart of downtown! The staff was nice, the room was nice and clean!
Cons: A few things to note if you’re considering this hotel for your trip. 1. No pool! 2. If you need ice in your room you have to call them and they deliver it in a bag which just seemed like it was a try hard effort to make things seem “convenient” to the guest but I’d much rather prefer to just get my own. 3. Parking! You have 2 options drive around all over trying to find your own parking which during our stay seemed nearly impossible or pay $31 a day at the hotel for parking. 4. The walls are paper thin you can literally hear EVERYTHING in your room. People in the hallway, people watching tv above you, someone’s entire cell phone conversation in the room next to you... you get the point right? Expect to hear everything if you stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The spacious room and the customer service

Pros: The location was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable.
Cons: For such a nice hotel, the absence of a pool was a turn off and will probably keep us from returning in the future.

Pros: I loved how spacious the room was. For the price point, I had a great room. I also loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It had charm for being a Dallas landmark.
Cons: Upon checking in and checking out, the staff seemed very unenthusiastic about being there. Their demeanor was not very welcoming. On their website, they advertised having a shuttle/ hotel car that could take guests within 3 miles of the hotel. I inquired about the service when I checked in, was told that the service started at 7am, and was first come first serve. I arrived before 7am and was told that the driver would be there any minute. I ended up waiting till 7:20am then took an Uber, since I had no idea when the driver would be arriving.

If guests want to explore the city a bit more, Hilton Anatole is just five minutes from the Downtown and Uptown neighborhoods, each with their own personality and attractions. On-site, there are plenty of reasons to stay around the hotel. Hilton Anatole's premier attraction is the Jadewaters Resort Pool. This miniature aquatic park features a lazy river, a leisure pool, a kid's splash zone, luxury cabanas for the adults and two 180-foot slides. Inside, there is the Verandah Club and Spa, which offers massages and a sauna experience. Visitors will eventually get hungry, and while there are plenty of great options in Dallas, Hilton Anatole has some excellent restaurants right on the property. The most popular is SÄ’R, an authentic Dallas steakhouse. The restaurant sits at the top of the hotel and offers a breathtaking view of the city's skyline. The menu is filled with delicious Texas steaks along with pork chops, seafood, and hand-crafted specialty cocktails. Other dining options include Terrace open-air cafe, Media Grill + Bar, Gossip Bar, and Counter Offer, the quick service bakery with sandwiches and other to-go items. Since Hilton Anatole is located next to the Dallas Design District, the hotel has formed its own art collection with over 1,000 individual pieces available for viewing. For business travelers, the hotel also features 600,000 sq ft of event space and meeting rooms.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Service was horrible
6.8 Good
Pros: Jadewaters is the only thing I enjoyed.
Cons: I didn't like the fact they didn't have a microwave in my room. The breakfast was on the other side of the hotel at the Terrace and it was not good and the staff was not that friendly.

Pros: I liked a lot about the property. My favorite factor definitely had to be how friendly the staff was! The staff was very helpful when it came to guiding me! I will definitely be staying here again!
Cons: There was not a single thing I did not like!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Definitely the pool/water park
Cons: The hallways did not have adequate AC and was extremely hot and uncomfortable walking to room. The rooms are a bit small for a family of 4 and the hotel did not have an option for 2 beds and a sleeper sofa for a family of 4 with boy & girl children.

7.0 Good
Pros: The TV was huge but the first night we only got one channel, second night all channels worked. Fortunately we were able to see the NBA finals. Shower was great. We liked the big windows.
Cons: Room was very small. The train noise was ridiculous, won't stay there again for that reason alone. Commode flushing was very loud. Lots of confusion with construction signs just trying to find the hotel entrance. There was no valet. There is a very weird smell in the lobby of hotel. They have 6-8 elevators but you had to wait for a specific elevator to get to your floor.

Pros: Always a nice place to stay. Great breakfast options and friendly staff.
Cons: Toilet water pressure needs attention.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and room service did a nice job while we were out. Nice clean modern bathroom.
Cons: I did not like the fact booking.com did not confirm my reservation with the hotel. When I arrived with my 15+ family members we had to wait while front desk searched for our reservations. This is unacceptable from you all after all the refers I give all. Luckily the front desk was polite and generous to allow us to book. I was not accommodated for the number of people however we needed someone to stay. I received confirmation from booking.com with a confirmation number that the hotel had no information about. How could this happen?
