Pros: My 2nd visit and delighted again. Beautiful property with exquisite furnishings and great hospitality. Delicious local cuisine. Stunning views and a very tranquil setting. Fabulous!
Cons: everything is excellent
Pros: Great host, room and bath room very nice. Evening meal was fantastic as was the wine and beer. Breakfast was basic but ok.
Cons: Suggestion: The offer of some cooked eggs for breakfast plus fresher bread would achieve a perfect score of 10.
Pros: Off the beaten track but well worth the effort.
Pros: The lady who owns and operates the hotel is fabulous. She is professional and always trying to help. We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel

Cons: Check-in felt a bit impersonal, but overall, for just €50 this is great value for money.

Pros: The owners were very friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable.
Cons: Internet connection poor
Pros: The staff was very Kind. They solved any problem and help me a lot. Also The building is very nice decorated and very confi. You can have nice breakfast for good price.

Pros: Breakfast buffet was tasty. The room was comfortable and clean. They had free refrigerated bottled water.
Cons: Didn't realize the town was a half hour from the highway. Our mistake - but, we had a good night sleep and shower
Pros: The pillow and cushion on the bed were really comfortable, and the gift for our
Pros: There was parking space outside. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Lively restaurant with choice of simple snack foods or main meal menu. Our dinners and breakfast buffet excellent.
Cons: Lack of signs to hotel, which is called the Victoria by locals, rather than the Ibis. Some noise from outside at night.
Pros: Excellent reception, with a really friendly manner. Super room, imaginatively decorated and a very comfortable bed. Restaurant staff attentive and amenable, food in the evening and at breakfast brilliant.
Pros: Very tidy, excellent value for money. The breakfast was completely adequate and tasty.
With a stay at Balneario De Fitero - Hotel Bécquer in Fitero, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Centro de Rapaces y Granja Escuela de Tudejen and Monastery of Fitero. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a library. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: There was a gym available, I didn't use it as not enough time. The single room was small but did have a tiny balcony and overlooked the rock at the rear. The food was actually very good considering the large numbers catered for and a cooked breakfast was possible as well as the usual self service choices. There was a good cafe/ bar open most of the time and lots of treatments were explained and offered. I didn't use any as it was only an overnight stay for me. There were a few nice looking bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity with good menus and reasonable prices so not necessary to have hotel meals. It was dog friendly and had good parking.
Cons: Very limited outdoor pool access times. Didn't realise not possible to swim first thing in the morning and didn't realise a spa pool was different from a normal swimming pool. People lounge around in the outside pool, unlike a normal swimming pool, it was very difficult to swim lengths and I have MS and it was actually a little too warm for me. The evening meal was at fixed time of 9pm.
Pros: Large spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the river, super comfortable beds, pleasant public rooms with a good cafe and wonderful thermal spa facilities. Expect to have to see a "doctor" but, fret not, this just involves sitting down with a sales person who gives you prices and schedules your treatments. The best priced package includes breakfast and one 30-minute daily thermal water plunge. Also, recommend eating lunch and/or dinner at the facility since the local restaurant alternatives are not great. You can book additional meals when you arrive at the hotel. Highly recommend booking the Halotherapy treatment which involves inhaling the steam vapor coming straight out of the hill behind the spa.
Cons: First of all, be prepared for an older style spa facility accommodating large numbers of Spanish pensioners who have been going there for many years and simply love it. There is a kind of institutional feeling about the place. If you are driving, the free parking lot is a long walk from the hotel, and the cool water swimming pool is across the street which is somewhat awkward. If you can get over these items, you will enjoy your stay. I don't recommend this property for families with small children.
Located in Arnedo, Hotel Virrey is within a 15-minute drive of Sierra de la Demanda and Ermita de San Andres. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Cons: No where to park car whilst booking in
Pros: The welcome and facilities, room and pet friendlyness from staff.
Pros: The staff were amazing. One case in point, when I was checking out I asked the front desk how to get to the bis station. For whatever reason it wasnt coming up on google maps and so he drove me there. He took the time to drive me in his personal vehicle to make sure I didnt miss my bus. When was the last time your hotel had that kind of service for you. The property is nice and in a good location close to restaurants, markets, cafes.
Cons: All good
Pros: Central location, nice bed, silent
Cons: Poor options for breakfast, needs a small maintenance with regards to the furniture
Pros: Great food and family run atmosphere
Cons: Nothing - lovely venue in a remote area of spain
Located in Gravalos, Balneario De Gravalos is a 1-minute drive from Sierra de la Demanda and 8 minutes from Centro de Interpretacion Paleontologica de La Rioja. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: The room had a small window so high up that you could not see out. You had to stand up on something to see out of it. Not good especially when there were lovely views to be seen outside. The room felt very closed in. It was on the 3th floor.
Pros: The breakfast is good and the bedroom with a balcony with nice views. Very quiet place. Smell sulphuric water, but that is normal if it is a natural spring.
Cons: Both saunas were not working. Temperature in the dry sauna was 45 degrees, so no sauna. Other sauna no steam.
Pros: Staff very helpful
Cons: Unable to get food in the cafeteria at 2.30 pm (open until 11 pm) but only serving drinks. Having failed to get food earlier we were unable to eat in the restaurant at night as we had not booked. The restaurant never had more than 3 couples in it the whole evening - we could see it from the cafeteria where we were able to get light dishes. The obliging waitress was trying to cope with the cafeteria on her own - with people like us unable to eat in the restaurant Disappointed that at a spa there was no pool in which to swim- website misleading with its tall of a pool - which there is but only with warm water and sprays etc. All very nice but not the same as having a proper swim.
Pros: Good with the dog
Cons: Air con in room wasn’t effective. Maintenance man looked and said it was working and marched off leaving us in hit room. Good times are limited
Pros: Modern hotel possibly from the 1970s, at the border of a very small village. Not much of a cuisine in the village, so you are left with the hotel restaurant only. Large free open parking. Efficient and very friendly staff at the reception and in the spa and very friendly but much less efficient staff in the restaurant and spa ( nearly no english spoken ). Sufficiently spacious rooms and bathrooms, all very well kept and clean including the spa. It is a health spa with hot mineral water. The spa is open only in some very exact hours, in between guests should rest. The Spa itself with hot and wet sauna and inside hot pool containing several whirl pools is included in the price; concerning this the hotel offers a _ r e a l l y _ o u t s t a n d i n g _ relation value for money. But additonal health applications are rather or even very expensive. WIFI in the afternoon rather poor, but quite well in the night.
Cons: Completely in contrast to the health spa most of the food was very heavy in calories or even in fat; many things deep fried or very fat pork. Food quality in the sense of taste rather mediocre or even poor. Breakfast buffet ok, but not too much variety. You have to book your times for the spa and for the restaurant in advance and have to respect them quite exactly. This is no problem for guests who will stay at least for one week but could be a problem for those to stay only one night. But I did really have an excellent white wine for dinner.
Pros: We were able to have our little dog there. Lovely view in daylight, quiet, nice starter and dessert for our meal.
Cons: It was soulless, smelt heavily of sulphur, because it is a spa maybe? Not overly friendly staff other than one waitress who was charming. Very tough steak.
Pros: Staff was helpful and kind.
Located in Corella, Hotel Ciudad de Corella is in the suburbs, within a 10-minute drive of Fortress of Sao Joao Baptista Church and Bodegas Chivite. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good cafeteria
Cons: Internet was not working
Pros: Not much really
Pros: A very convenient location as near the AP68 and AP15. Very large bedroom and bathroom with a jacuzzi. Friendly bar also used by the locals which gives a good ambiance. Offers good value deal for dinner, B&B. Very efficient and friendly staff. Private parking.
Pros: Breakfast at 4 euros was good value
Cons: Pillows were very soft. Disappointed no menu del dia on Sunday.
Pros: Really helpful staff and the lady next door I the cafe/restraunt was extremely helpful.
Cons: Bed was a bit hard, but a reasonable place. We was passing through and it was OK.
Pros: Location convenient for journey.
Cons: Shower was clogged with calcium deposits. No dressing table facilities (mirror). Beds very hard. Poor breakfast. No refreshments in the room.
With a stay at Hotel Alhama in Cintruenigo, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Bodegas Chivite and Fortress of Sao Joao Baptista Church. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Clean comfortable room. Good blackout & quiet at the back of the hotel. The restaurant food was OK but basic & reasonable value. Not haute cuisine but this is a commercial hotel [with a kids play area]. We booked the hotel as it is easy to find & access, with plenty of free safe parking outside. We also booked the hotel to take advantage of the swim deal i.e. inclusive admission to the nearby indoor/outdoor pool.
Cons: As with many budget Spanish hotels the state of repair of the room was lacking, One bedside lamp fitting did not work and the shower curtain rail was broken and fell down initially when used.
Cons: Book having paid extra for pool which was shown in photos, only to learn that it was municipal, a quarter mile away. No restaurant as it was closed on Sunday evening, even though told by staff that it was open. Not good.
Pros: A good place to break a long journey. The breakfast was basic but everything else was good.
Cons: The staff were great and very helpful.
Pros: Lovely friendly and welcoming. Helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and family evening out. Approx 10 miles from Bardenas Reales.
Cons: No lift or aid for bags
Pros: The location was 10min sfrom town centre, good stop off for a night, old furnishings, restaurant was recommmended by people in the town although we didnt eat there in the end. Very friendly receptionist.

Pros: Rooms are basic but with all comforts (radio,TV,AC,fridge). Staff is very polite and helpful. It's actually like lodging in a hospital/abbey
Pros: The staff were welcoming, the accommodation spacious and clean. It was easy to find. Althought the restaurant was not open for evening meals, the receptionist offered to provide a salad and cheese and ham bocadillo. We were also provided with a light dessert, wine and coffee. Very good value, and appreciated. It meant that we did not have to get back into the car and drive into the nearby town. Breakfast was average but adequate.
Pros: Welcoming staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and good food. Excellent value for money.
Cons: Can't think of anything other than the harsh lighting in the dining and bedrooms!
Cons: Poor room isolation. Location of the hotel is poorly indicated.
Pros: A good driving stop with clean comfortable rooms and excellent staff.
Pros: The staff were very, very friendly and helpful. We were offered an evening meal when we booked in,which we were not expecting as we believed that there were no restaurant facilities. The staff were aware that we were vegetarians and the meal that was provided was excellent, the best pasta we have had in a very long time! The hotel was clean and the grounds were peaceful just what was needed after a long drive. It was very god value for money. We were very impressed
Cons: As the rooms were tiled sounds travelled, we could hear other guests talking, moving around, moving chairs etc.
Pros: Room etc very good. Breakfast choices and quality very good.
Cons: No evening meal facility at all. Wrong address for sat nav, it kept sending us into Corella. Needs sorting.
Pros: A very nice and friendly hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are excellent and the gardens around are pleaseant. Easy access and parking and free wi-fi. Good stopover for travel between the Costas and ports in northern Spain or onward travel through France.
Cons: Restaurant closed on Monday evening (the hotel was very quiet) but easy to get into Corella (by car) which is worth a visit. It would have been nice if the hotel was busier as it was just a little too quiet.
Pros: The peace & quiet
Pros: the menu del dia was exceptional value A great place to stay. Only open two months when we stayed and simply terrific value. Reception even leant us a lap top for a couple of days for free
