Fantastic hotel, great location on the beach, two other beaches within a 5 minute walk. Quiet location, but everything you need within half an hour. Not full of Brits, mainly continental guests.
Good rooms-excellent position of the hotel (good vievs) Food very average
one of the best hotel cheap and very good location to water sports and everything ....the fooood is soo goooood i really recommend this hotel the beach need more cleaning
polite staff, rich gourmet, luxurious swimming pool and roof garden bar, facilities in the room, relaxing environment, close to the eivissa
breakfast staff and content coolness of the environment The most expensive and the worst Gin and Tonic at the roof bar in the world!!!
Nice and helpfool staff, interesting design of rooms.Good bar at the roof Area around the hotel is not special, far away from the city.Beach wasn´t good.
Please note: I left after four nights because of a change of my plans. The hotel enjoys contemporary luxury styling and relaxed ambience in an attractive location. Metal bed in room. No towel rails in bathroom.
We really enjoyed the level of service by all the staff at the hotel -- it really increased the enjoyment of our stay. We also enjoyed the comfort of our room and the location near the water and town.
All good except for the service charge to bring ice to the room. 5 euros!!! That was a little disappointing but other than that it was incredibale... Lofvely rooms with amazing views. We will be back for sure...
Friendly staff at reception always hepful and with good, relevant information. Large room and just right the sence of comfort. Given the hotel was empty could have put people on different floors and not have the feeling we were all in a small space.
Very nice design hotel / very relax atmosfear / super deluxe junior suites with nice light systems / glass wall bathroom / beautifull view from terras / really great rooftop lounge bar and swimming pool / friendly staff / ... Distance from Ibiza town / afstand van Ibiza stad
modern design and location. The pool was very nice The gym is small and I the cardio machines don't work well..
Great new hotel in an excellent location; most of the staff were very helpful and warm. Super comfy beds, excellent showers and excellent breakfast open past noon. Some teething problems being a new hotel
Very good location and high standards of service. Very cold during stay (February) - heating very noisy, not enough bedding and no spare blankets
The Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are to a high standard. It has a nice poolside area with very good service. The poolside restaurant is also good at lunchtime. I felt that the atmosphere in the Hotel was totally sterile.I was there in the height of the season and it was fairly quiet. The public rooms and terraces are outstanding but most of the time, they are deserted as are the restaurants with the exception of the poolside. The Hotel needs to promote itself more to create a better ambience particularly, considering the cost.
The facililties were excellent, the rooms spacious, the bathrooms modern and extremely well appointed. The restaurants provided a good range of high quality food, although we were disappointed with the Asian restaurant Monsoon both in terms of quality and staff. The pool area provided enough space and comfort and the location was within easy access to the main shops and restaurants in the town. The staff were always able and willing to help. I thought the staff could do more to control the minority of guests who behaved like package holiday makers in reserving pool areas and loungers for hours before the intended using them. There were also a minority who should have been told to wear shirts when in public eating and drinking areas.
Everything. High quality high class beautiful accomodations
Easy going, nice and attentive personnel. Very good breakfast buffet and nice seating. I was amazed by the culinary quality of both restaurants. We arrived on a Friday at 23h30. We booked for a half board package. We did not get any credit (not even a drink) for the meal that we could not consume on Friday. Is that normal ? In many other hotels, there is more flexibility for people who can only fly in after work ...
The location is excellent. Easy to get everywhere and it is in a relatively quite location. Next year we plan to go back to Ibiza and will be staying at the same hotel. The apartment itself was spacious and the sea view fantastic I found that when room service came to clean, they did not do a very good job
Everything one of the best in Spain. No
Apartmentwas so comfortable for us:We r four in our family one child of 9 years and one of 2 years/ The sea view was amazing!!!!!!!!: We saw sunrice which was treat to our eyes. The beach was so close that our children really had precious fun
The location The card key system was useless and the staff unhelpful
large rooms, good price, beautiful views they didn't clean the rooms very thouroughly
friendly reception very noisy during the night. Hotel is only nice for young people that like to party
Clean, good pools and good views of ibiza town - accessible to nightlife but quite quiet if you needed it.
Central location for town, nightlife and beach Not well equipped as an apartement
The only thing i liked about this hotel was the location & beautiful view from our balcony. The sunrise first thing was so beautiful I visited this hotel twice in 1 year three years ago & found it outstanding.Sorry to say but the hotel has gone downhill, very disappointed as we chose this hotel due to past experience to celebrate my mom's birthday. We will not return!!
Very friendly and helpfull personell and staff. Upgrade to a room with sea view, thanks! Internetaccess by WIFI very poor in our room, much better internet-reception in the corridor. Need for upgrade to today standard
Excellent setting overlooking the bay both when at the poolside and at breakfast. It is in a quiet residential area (Siesta) but 15 mins walk to the Santa Eulalia resort with restaurants, bars and beaches. The hotel is small and feels exclusive, but I would say charming rather than luxury. Staff friendly. No problems getting sunbeds. Very clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Good indoor pool and jacuzzi. Not many of the rooms have balconies, although this wasnt a problem really. There isnt really much communal areas - eg reception/bar but we tended to go out in evenings rather than stay in hotel.
The staff were very attentive throughout the stay. The rooms large and comfortable. Well maintained pools. Excellent breakfast. Brief but well chosen Italian influenced a la carte menu at meals with excellent Italian coffee. Easy access on foot to Sta Eulalia. Over the top decoration in the hotel, although for some I'm sure this adds charm. Too much dark wood in the rooms for a Mediterranean hotel.
I enjoyed talking to the staff member Sandra. She was very pleasant and helpful.
ok location, value for money ok the bathroom has a poor apparance and seems not clean, an low cost hotel indeed.
Clean facilities, helpful staff and comfortable beds.
Nothing at all! This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks travel in Spain. The staff was very unfriendly, not polite, with no willingness to help, the answers like "it's not our business", "we cannot help you with this", " you can do it yourself" were a usual thing for them. The room were not clean, once it was not cleaned at all, we had to ask several times to clean it before they started doing something. We will never stay there again and will never advice anybody to do it.
lack of services, too much noise, hotel staff not customer focus
Nice, clean budget hotel. only 10 min walk from space. very thin walls so if you have noisey people in the next room you can hear them a little. Also we want to leave our bags there untill our plane that night and told us we could leave it in a hall way but we didnt really feel it was safe to leave them there. They need a safer room for people to do this..
I really like the pool and the location of the hotel.
Nice breakfast, everyday cleaning, no problem with parking. No free Internet even in lobby.
Location was good The hotel staff was the worst. The were unfriendly and completely useless. This website says check-in is at 12 - it's not! It's after 2 pm if you are lucky. Once we were in our room there were hairs all over the room when we checked in. The pool was ok, but they didn't have enough lounge chairs most of the time, and roof pool that was advertised wasn't even open. You also had to pay for everything, there was a deposit to get a hairdryer which would have been fine, but then they charged you per day to use it. This seemed a bit over the top.
Nothing in particular The hotel services and staff are not guest-friendly.
The best was the location. We love Playa den Bossa. The staff's command of language was poor. Sometimes they were rude.
Polite, helpful well mannered staff. Excellent buffet food.
The situation is the best thing: directly on the beach and also by the bus stop that takes you to Ibiza city in 10 minutes. Service!! Was very bad! I made a modification to stay 1 more night one week before arriving, I sent Booking an email plus an agent called them to tell them that we were staying 1 more night. They said it was ok. We arrived and paid for the 3 nights upon arrival, I still had to explain that I had extended to 1 night. Still the 2nd morning the cleaning maid opened our door to chase us out!!!!!
The hotel is situated in the center of Playa den Bossa, with direct access to the beach. The bus station is in front of the hotel, and pubs and shops are on the same street. It's walking distance to Bora-Bora and Space, and most of the rooms have very nice sea view. Being so close to everything, the hotel is very noisy. The planes are passing by, the street in quite near, and most of the people who stay there are there for the clubs. So party, and you won't hear a noise. We were only disturbed on the first night. Food is ok, you can find something to eat, but I think breakfast is poor, not having any salads or vegetables. The cleaning of the room is done just to be done. We were not satisfied with it. But for the price we paid, and the location and view, I would go there again.
Location was good. WiFi in the room was inadequate - major turn-off... I bought a dinner one night and the all-you-can-eat didn't include beverages (like fucking water and soda) - non-starter when considering a return...
our hotel door handle fell off twice, after staff said they fixed it so we were unable to get in our room for hours! The reception staff were very rude and unhelpul
Good views, good buffet with good choice, friendly staff. Easy access to airport Sun loungers worn out
Room smelled like pee and was very small and in poor repair.
I like the location, the food was very good I recommended all inclusive is the best deal, most of the rooms had a very beautiful view, was quiet noise in the night time but we must understand is Ibiza, ask for me I dint mine about the noise, but if you are looking for some quiet and peaceful place Ibiza is not the right place for you, anyway I had a great time in the hotel algarb good memories thank you to all Algarb staff One of the lift was broken, and the other two was always busy,i was in the 5ft floor so was quiet hard to take the stairs, but for me this was not a big deal, but this was a big problem for the elderly.....
All the rooms had a small balcony/terrace. There was not fridge in the room. Housekeeping department unprofessional. Cleaner ignored signs at the room door. Although sign said do not disturb, cleaners came in several times without knocking at the door!!! Noise they made in the corridor was far unnecessary, shouting from one end of the corridor to the other, disturbing guest trying to rest.
Location Cleanliness of the room
Nothing Basically a prostitute hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was alot nicer than the pictures.
Very efficient staff and excellent selection of food at both breakfast and dinner. Dated decor, paper thin walls (consequently very noisy but this in part is due to the lack of consideration of other guests), plastic glasses and plates at the poolbar - a bit much for a 4 star hotel. Dining atmosphere like a canteen - very rushed.
An excelent view with each day a nice sunrise. Very friendly hotel staff. And very important, private parking for free. No.
great location, spotlesly clean, happy staff ,good varied food would return..we had a wonderfull room overlooking the sea. all this with just a two hour flight from Exeter...not easy to swim in the sea as it is quite rocky but within a ten minute walk you have the beach. not at all..no faults
Room was excellent, 2 seaviews, as requested, each for single occupancy. Buffet of a high standard, and the food was not cleared away until it was time for it to close - at breakfast or dinner. Staff very helpful. No mad rush to get a lounger, as people complied with the request not to book beds and not occupy them. It seemed a little far away from the marina and the town but once we got our bearings both were very easily reached on foot.
The buffet present at the breakfast and the dinner the organization of parking in the pinewood
A very good choice of buffet food for both breakfast and dinner. There were plenty of sun loungers. Very friendly staff. Did not like the small balcony with safety grill which looked like prison bars. Room is compact and walls a bit on the thin side. Gentlemen were allowed to dine in shorts at dinner.
we loved the excellent breakfast in the hotel, the kindness of the hotel personal. The hotel room was clean. The service of the floor manager was very good no
Beautiful location, very comfortable & relaxing stay. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Entertainment was poor.
Stayed at the hotel 20th August for 4 days and loved it. Place is very clean/ smart and right on the coast. Balconies overlook the sea and crashing waves. Harbour location is close and area is quiet/ smart. No
it was close to the beach evening bar staff were not welcoming
Close to beach and bus to town centre A long way from the town centre, too far to walk
Pool and efficient staff and proximity to the beach
Night porter and reception staff were very helpful to us. We were made very welcome even though we arrived at the hotel at 1am to store our bags in advance of our next day reservation. We were in and out of the hotel at unusual times but any request was dealt with professionally and with helpfully. It did seem a little expensive for a relatively late booking but, I guess it is high season!
pool poor variety for breakfast
The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The facilities are well above average. Rooms luxurious (we were in room 33.) The top floor rooms have minimal view but the otherwise exemplary surroundings more than made up for that.
We really enjoyed the fabulous location, luxury and service. You get a really peaceful night's sleep even though the busy bars etc. are just 5 mins away!
Excellent service, quiet safe hotel very well located, and anything you need they will take care of for you. Other than it being a bit pricy not really.... the service was excellent
Lovely well thought out luxuries and sweet efficient staff . Picked us up from restaurant to take us to the airport! Restaurant too small and outside terrace a bit cramped!
Privbacy, quality service, quiet.
Fantastic holiday experience! Friendly and helpful staff, luxury room, good location... I can not wait to visit again!
The beautiful bathroom, the extremely helpful staff and excellent service such as parking your car is there wasn't an available space. Nothing - it was wonderful
Very nice freindly and supportive staff. Restaurant recommendation is wonderful, we really enjoyed there. The sea view from the room isspectacular and the hotel is very close to the Ibiza old town by walk. Best Recommndable place for relaxation & night life. Nothing special
The fact that it is near town but not in town and seaview rooms have an excellent sea view. Parking was easy, and has a good shower. Staff at reception, mainly one that claimed that the Hotel was his house was rude, I booked a Hotel, not a room in somebodies house. Keys to the room had to be reissued everyday as they never worked. Money up front for the entire stay. Mini bar was never refilled during the stay.
View from the room was amazing Bed was terrible, we booked a double but only 2 singles pushed together were available. Room was far below 4 star quality.
Very modern hotel and very good breakfast that was included. The rooms were nice and kept nicely No iron in the room. The beachfront was closed and the beach was ugly that was probably why it was closed. The pool area was kind of small.
Being in Ibiza, you usually hardly remember a hotel. Torre del Mar has a great location in Platja d'en Bossa - right on the seashore, 20 min. walk from Space club and 15 min. from Bora Bora beach club. Rooms are comfortable, staff is very helpful. They have a nice outdoor swimming pool with a tower in the middle - hence, the name of Torre del Mar
The concierge was very helpful at all times I think the rooms could have been better cleaned
calm location, what is rather exceptionnal at Ibiza, near to the boat transfer to Formenterra, good breakfast, very nice garden and swimming pool
Good location, beautiful view from sea-view rooms, nice pool and good breakfast. Very expensive but that is Ibiza! Decor is a bit dated in the rooms, although the communal areas are nicer.
Good location nice big balcony
facilities, abilities have to rest absence of its private beach, only public dirty beach is available. Another problem rather small pool. It is good that it is May now. But when it will be July and 150 rooms are fully occupied where to swim? In one outdoor pool or in fullyloaded dirty public beach? Hotel outdoor facilities are not credible at all for the summer high season. It does not look like four star hotel.
view from tha balcony dirty rooms, old, unappealing interior, arrogant staff
Great position. At the very intersection of everything. City life, oldtown, citadel, shops, venues, port to Formentera, car and bike rents, bus stops to anywhere. All just at a few steps out of the door of a traditional stylish looking downtown hotel. View on the main square. Montesol cafe just at street level the place to chill down and see life passing by. We loved being here as a position and as Hotel traditional style and for value for money. Rooms are also "traditionally" small and the plain simple windows and glasses allow the Ibiza long lasting life noises to pour inside. We would have preferred to leave the noises out once closed the windows.
The staff were very helpful. The view of the sea is great.
Good location, walking distance to downtown Ibiza. Friendly reception. It was surprinsingly quiet (for Ibiza), no noisy teenagers in sight. Clean. Good pool. Single rooms have tiny single beds that makes the whole experince seems even more overpriced. No single room has sea view. Expensive for what it offers but in line with Ibiza prices in August.
Clean and comfortable with very helpful reception staff. Good size pool and gardens. Restaurant bland and noisy, lacking staff. Very noisy repair work being carried out over looking the pool and sun terrace.
Hotel is very convenient; 10 min walk to the old town and all the lovely restaurants. Rooms were comfortable although overall its a little dated. At the price we paid it was a good place to stay. Breakfast was average... but enough to eat if you weren't too fussed over the quality.
Excellent service that we received from hotel stuff. Our flight left only late in the evening and they let us use the facilities until that time.
Quit are so this suited the purpose, to work for a couple of hours after returning from meetings. Correct breakfast service, correct reception (Room 535) Carpet is no standard of today anymore! All in all the interior of the room was old fashioned and too dark(quite depressing) if you spend some time to work. Not adapted for business traveller. No real desk!
nothing in particular seems worth to mention, except for the nice and central location in front of the sea very bad service, poor infrastructures (the air conditioning system went off during a night, producing a terrible noise, and the only reply the staff gave was "we're sorry, we have to wait, we can't do anything")
Loved the view from room. Staff efficient.Parking easy The view from, and apparent cleanliness, of the single room booked for daughter
friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent location for ibiza town liked everything
roof top pool expensive for what it is
The distance from the hotel to the centre of Ibiza town. The hotel is outdated, we believe that the price/quality ratio was such that you pay too much money for what you get. Especialy compared to hotels in the middle east + rest of Europe we visited.
the hotel is located in a quiete part of the city and we can walk to the old city and some clubs the price
Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful & accommodating which I find rare at the end of season in tourist resorts. The location, comfort, cleanliness & facilities of the hotel were ideal for an Ibiza holiday - especially as it has ample parking. The view from the harbour facing rooms isn't great but I doubt that you'd be able to find much better anywhere in Ibiza town.
Very comfortable hotel, huge room, lovely roof terrace with pool and jacuzzi, very convenient for town
Friendly and helpful staff, much better than 2** and 3*** hotels. Water pool and restaurant on the roof. Good location. Free wi-fi in rooms. More fruits for breakfast
Old structure, but very clean.Good position near center and Pacha.
Friendly customer service, comfortable room
Very friendly and courteous staff. Over priced for what it was. I was also expecting a double bed but only twin beds on offer
The hotel was in a very good location and It was easy to get around. Staff was not friendly at all, Free parking is not an option at all as the current capacity is up to 8 cars, Breakfast is average The hotel needs renovation and it is definitely not a 4th star hotel.
the location was very good and the hotel is clean and comfort with nice reception comparing to other hotels in Ibiza. the room was nice also however the staff were not qualified enouph. i didin't like the staff working in the reception they were not kind when we arraived at the hotel. their language was poor.
We booked three rooms and we went for 8 days. I used to stay there every summer for the last 5 years. This year was a nightmare we could not sleep the rooms were all so hot because the change the AC sistem change with sensors that swift of and most of the night you wull be in an oven. talk to the manager and only received a wrong explanation. Need to really reoair the climate of the rooms. Food and concierge are good. But they save money turning off tge AC and you will mot bevable to sleep. Used to be the best hitel in Ibiza but no longer.
