Cons: For us the bed was too low but was comfy and maybe we should’ve asked for extra pillows. It’s just a personal thing.
Pros: The owner was very welcoming and had lots of time to show us around. The breakfast was amazing - lots to choose from and much of it home made. The room was spacious and the shower was excellent. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The situation was rural and very peaceful.

Pros: Very nice and cozy location in the French countryside. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, she made sure we had everything we need. Enjoying a drink in the beautiful courtyard in the evening was a bliss.
Cons: There is no restaurant at the property. Breakfast is available but that's it. There is a shared kitchen if you want to bring your own food. And if you drive for 10 minutes you can find nice local places to eat but you will not be able to enjoy your wine at dinner if you're the driver.
Pros: Everything was perfect ! A lovely place to stay, awesome facilities and a warm welcome. I'll come back for sure ! The breakfast was delicious :)

Pros: We enjoyed our two night stay at this beautiful house. The owner, Catherine and her husband, made us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast room is superb and breakfast included local cheese, cake and homemade conserves. After departing Catherine quickly rang us to let us know we'd left some clothes behind, allowing us to return and still catch our ferry. Excellent service.
Pros: An enormous family home with a real personality. It has been in the family for decades. We had the apartment on the top floor which was significantly larger than the average Parisian flat! Surrounded by rolling countryside and on high ground with fantastic views. A beautiful French breakfast. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Pros: Really kind owner. Delicious breakfast. Nice and quiet place with good equipment.
Pros: Quiet, clean excellent breakfast.
Cons: It was just a bit too far from a28 for us.
Pros: Not much. The country around the hotel was beautiful .
Cons: No window one window in the ceiling towels were thin the pillow were smelly and we're old and not cotton bet flannel or some other material of which I hated asked if he could bring clean ones he said they were fine terrible
Pros: Very calm, perfect after a long road trip. The owner are very nice people. The breakfast fast very delicious!
Pros: Very friendly hosts. Breakfast was very good
Cons: Beds not very comfortable
Pros: Staff very nice, good breakfast, comfortable bed
Cons: As I dont speak French, and they had not a word of English, communication was difficult. We booked an Executive Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, when we arrived we were offered a double, when we showed them our booking form we were given a double with a single bed in the corner. It was too difficult to complain any further so we just accepted it. However we didn't get back the difference in the price.
Pros: Excellent breakfast with home made jams. Great spread of bread and cake.
Pros: I was greeted by the friendly owners and promptly checked in and shown to my room. The host was kind enough to provide breakfast earlier than usual to accommodate me.
Cons: There was little for entertainment so a TV would benefit some however I took a stroll down to the lake and it was stunning!
Pros: Breakfast was the best thing about our stay! Fresh coffee, French bread of various kinds, homemade jam. The surroundings were beautiful with lovely walks in the area.
Cons: The B&B was advertised as a place where we could take our dog and booked on that basis. Whilst we appreciated the problems the host had apparently had with previous guests, it would have caused us problems had we taken our dog, which in the end, for different reasons, we didn't. The B&B rooms were all taken, so we stayed in the self-catering section of the house, which in itself wasn't a problem. Sadly, this smelt damp and the bed, although comfortable, also felt damp. We were glad that we had only booked for one night, although it was a lovely place to stay. The host was very friendly and helpful, however.
The ibis budget Mers-les-Bains (formerly an Etap Hotel) is situated at the entrance to the seaside and tourist resort, just 1.2 miles (2 km) from the beach and the high chalk cliffs. Pros: Bakery within walking distance, MacDonald just in front of the hotel, very good park for children just 2 km away.
Cons: Wifi not working
Pros: bed was very comfortable and we only had a one night stop off, it was just perfect for our needs. Room was spotless but we didnt have breakfast as we were going to meet friends
Cons: everything was perfect for our needs, dont need to change anything in our opinion
Cons: They were in the middle of an extension/building work when I stayed, it wasn't too much of an inconvenience as I was up in the morning when the builders started work
Pros: The staff very welcoming bed very comfortable, one of the best nights sleep in ages
Pros: Good position and clean
Pros: Excellent all round hotel. Extremely well looked after. First class in all it offers. Very good breakfast but could have a bigger breakfast area
Cons: It would be difficult to fault this hotel
Pros: Very comfortable nights sleep great beds great staff very well looked after

Pros: clean and efficient
Pros: The room was cool at night.
Cons: There was too much noise from other guests in corridor and the only English speaking to channel was Russian Television news. What ever happened to BBC News 24!!!!
Pros: Not a lot
Cons: Didn't like the location , to noisey
Pros: Kettle in the room, easy to talk with reception in english..thanks.
Cons: perhaps bigger towel...being picky!
Pros: tres light
Pros: Croissants were lovely and fresh.
Cons: There wasn't a tea making facility in the room. the bed was hard.
Pros: The staff was nice and welcoming. The building is secure with codes (parking, building’s entrance, room etc.) The location is perfect if you want to travel around the area (Le Tréport, Saint Valéry-Sur-Somme, Mers-Les-Bains, Abbeville, Le Crotoy etc.) There are a lot of little brochures on a stand that you can take with you (Maps, things to see and learn about the region/area). The desk office was closed when we arrived, so we had to go through a kiosk machine outside of the building. The kiosk allows you to get a receipt with all the codes you would need to get in (parking, hotel and your room). It was very easy to use even with our booking reservation :)
Cons: The room was kind of basic, but because of the value, it was expected. (For example; No kettle with coffee and tea, no pen with a little block note etc.)
Pros: The check-in was easy and the owner of the hotel so friendly and welcoming. The hotel doesnt provide keys for therooms, instead you get a unique code for your room. The room was comfortable. It wasn't fancy, but functional, clean and airy. The shower was not disappointing - nothing worse after a long journey than a rubbish shower! Breakfast the next morning was lovely - plenty to choose from to make a delicious continental breakfast. Hot food was not on offer but that didn't bother us at all. Checkout was easy peasy - we just said goodbye and walked out to begin the rest of our journey. The hotel is ideally placed for the ports - 2 hour drive to Dunkirk and an hour and a half for Calais.
Pros: Breakfast was good & plentiful. Very convenient position for our journey each way. Loved Le Treport just down the road. Handy supermarket fuel station next door & decent restaurant at sise of Hotel.
Cons: Like to have a kettle & coffee facilities in room. Noisy motorbike "Jack the lads" circling the local supermarket carparks etc. during the evening.
With a stay at Domaine de Joinville & Spa in Eu, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Theatre du Chateau and Musée Louis-Philippe. Featured amenities include multilingual staff and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location, the building, the garden, the pool were great. Very kind, helpful and friendly personnel.
Cons: Not a fan of French breakfasts, especially when they are so expensive.
Pros: Comfartable and peaceful
Pros: Convenient en-route location and hotel setting.
Cons: First room allocated was noisy due to jacuzzi above. relocated to Duplex in the Park, which was much better. Only electric radiator, no main heating available. Dinner choice was very limited, although chef did accommodate dietary issue. Aperitif and wine prices were very high. Staff shortages meant long waits to get in room, get food service and pay the bill.
Cons: Booked a bouble bed and ended up with 2 singles pushed together Cups in room was paper cups and never got any clean ones One drink each a day and no milk provided
Pros: A little bit old fashioned room, but correct furnished and clean. Large bathroom. Parking in front of the entrance.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was very good with large selection of food and drinks, but quiet expensive if you do not have a big morning appetite: 17.00€
Pros: Very comfortable. Very good evening meal and helpful waiter. Lovely setting. Very quiet.
Cons: Breakfast was very limited for €18 person- no eggs and limited meat. No staff around in the morning to ask. It was the least satisfactory breakfast of our stay in France.
Pros: Breakfast was ok. location interesting. didn't look at the spa was which was all extra!
Cons: We only found out on arrival that our room was the cheapest in the hotel. The bathroom was extremely basic, hand shower with no shower curtain, making it impossible to use without flooding the room!!! We tried to upgrade but no other rooms available. On arrival after our initial disappointment, asked for tea and coffee. took ages to arrive, very clear the lady serving was well out of her depth, both were like dishwater,
Pros: Hot water was a difficult amenity for the hotel to provide.
Cons: No hot water at times. Bad breakfasts
Pros: Staff were friendly.
Cons: Shocked that the restaurant was full! I only saw a handfull of people in the restaurant. After a long day of work, I had to eat from a very uncomfortable position in the lobby. No table in the room where I could sit at to work or eat either. For such as beautiful hotel I will never recommend to my colleague and NEVER my customers as I would be ashamed of myself. Business unfriendly.

Breakfast area enormous with large central dining table, a grand piano, fireplace, outside terrace and grassy area. Close to amenities, a number of nice eating places and patisserie and Boulanger is next door. Street parking free outside property. Pool table.
Cons: Shelving inside wardrobes quite dusty. Host quite young, friendly and helpful but probably will mature into a more congenial customer relations manner. Appears to run the place on his own and unfortunately was hospitalised on the evening before our next day departure. Hence no breakfast and guests had no idea where he was. As the property required cash payment on departure, we could not pay and were concerned both for the fate of the host and how we pay. We later received notification of his plight ( he was ok apparently).
Pros: Amazing house.
Pros: It's a really good place.
Pros: The secluded garden was a delight, so peaceful. Breakfast was lovely and our room on the top floor was bright, quiet and spacious.
Cons: Bookings has the wrong map address and it took us half an hour to find it!

Pros: Very quiet and comfortable
Cons: Bathroom lighting could be brighter
Pros: The customer services of the front desk, especially the nice touch that one lady could speak English

Pros: The room itself and the dining room were great, and a little surprise after the outside, which was a little tired. Overall, this was great for what we needed on the long trip to Brittany
Pros: It was ok, the bed was quite comfy.
Cons: The room smelled bad of some kind of dampness. The cost of breakfast was extortionate at €13 per person! Not impressed!

With a stay at Bellevue Beaurivage in Mers-les-Bains, you'll be a 4-minute walk from Mini Golf Mers les Bains and 6 minutes by foot from Mers-les-Bains Beach.
Cons: Breakfast was strange - buffet was ok ish but our table had been set miles away despite no other guests in dining room at that time. Staff unkempt and didn't feel hygenist. Public area didn't feel clean. Bit shabby generally. NegatI've response to dog despite saying it was a pet friendly hotel when we booked.
Pros: Very Friendly people and management. Very good breakfast.
Pros: The location
Cons: The size of the room, mediocre cleanliness and tv too small and very poor reception In general , far too expensive for what it is. Moreover, the food was really mediocre .
Pros: Staff was very kind. The food in restaurant very tasty and they responded my dietary requirements (lactose free).
Cons: The bed was worn out and needs a new mattress.
Pros: The location, right on the seafront on the main Mer Les Bain beach side.
Cons: On arrival, no elevator! That info could have been told in the Hotel ad and they couldn't find our booking from Booking.com They gave us a room on the second floor and when we opened the door, the room was already occupied and we gave the poor lady in the room the fright of her life. The staff quickly gave us another room on the 3rd floor. The shower hose was broken, we had to do with it. The following day the key card didn't work, we could get back into our room( fixed quickly....). In the restaurant, we got served the wrong food twice, my ''Moules Mariniere'' was the worst I ever had. And the table next to us Had to wait an hour 10 minutes watch in hand. Despite all of this critics, we had a swell stay in Mer les Bains and the staff was friendly.
