10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, from the minute we opened the door. The decor, the view, the warmth, the abundance of white soft towels, throws, the art work amazing. It was all the small touches, soaps, dishwashing liquid, just made it home from home.Just perfect!!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Modern, clean, friendly.....
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great views of ski hill and spacious apartment. Really appreciated the coffee and sugar plus bathroom toiletries.
Cons: Dryer did not work well, lots of steps to get to top where unit was located.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was in the best location, the room was lovely with modern facilities, the staff were so friendly and welcoming ☺️
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location just a short walk to the chairlifts and bus stop to get to Friday flat. Rooms very clean and everything you needed in them.
Cons: There was no car parking on site for studio apartments.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Grt location & mountain views On site parking Reasonably well appointed kitchen Managers helpfull
Cons: Not sure there would be adequate heating if really brutally cold Not a big fan of the tempe mattress in main bedroom but it was okay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Central and super clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were super accommodating and friendly.
Cons: That I couldn’t stay longer
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Apartment was in a great central location, quiet at night and yet there was a bar and restaurant at the end of the driveway which was bustling at night time. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful and the view from the apartment to the ski slopes was amazing. The room had a lovely fireplace which kept the room cosy in the winter when we were there. The apartment was very spacious and had all the facilitaties to self serve. We hired a car to get there but it remained in the garage the whole time as we just caught the shuttle bus every morning to Friday Flats. The Valley Terminal was walking distance just down the stairs and across a couple of streets so was easy to access. Look no further than SnowGoose Apartments!
Cons: Nothing to not like. If I was to be picky, the ensuite shower was a little small. But who is worried about this when you go to Thredbo to Ski!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, bang in the centre of everything. Was able to park car in under cover garage. Excellent views from the loft apartment and which was perfectly sized for two people. Really appreciated the washing facilities.
Cons: Oven and heating controls took some working out. Also, there needs to be a big sign somewhere upon exiting the building not to attempt to walk down the steep driveway in winter and pointing out where the stairs are which arnt obvious. Youll fall over like we did on the frost. Double bed was 2 single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable in centre of bed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the view was amazing
Cons: lack of drying room

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent meals prepared at the lodge - professional gourmet cooking. Full board covers a good breakfast, lunch and 3 course dinner. This is a member's lodge with its own set of rules (eg children eat at 6pm, members/guests help to setup tables, remove bedsheets on checkout, no shoes within lodge). Very homely and comfortable. Don't expect an army of servers to attend to you, mostly DIY. But the staff there: Kim (manager) and her husband Gianni (the chef) and Berlinda (admin) was most helpful and make you feel at home.
Cons: the rooms are a little tiny (we had quite a bit of luggage). We took a room for 5 pax (2 adults and 3 children) and the mezzanine on second floor had a steep ladder, a little steep for my liking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great food and good location. Dinner was on shared tables and you got to meet a great group of people. Staff were friendly and helpful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Lodge was well located for all the attraction of Thredbo and the surrounding Crackenback area. The hosts were excellent and very engaged in helping you make the most of your stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic food. Great lounge area. Well organised layout and good sized room
Cons: Our names and room number were supposed to be on the board on arrival but they were not and no one available to answer the mobile numbers provided - created some confusion and a wait
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room food and location
Cons: Not long enough
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A unique experience. The food was great and plentiful. Location right in the heart of Thredbo.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic food thanks Carolyn. Very comfortable and well set out common spaces to relax and enjoy the view of the mountain. Clean rooms with comfy beds and quality linen. Would love to return in winter.
Cons: Check in was messy, no one was there mid afternoon when we arrived and our names were not on the board at reception as advised. Took us a while to make contact and sort this out, during which time we’d accidentally taken a room allocated to someone else. After that initial experience which was sorted in half an hour, everything was great.
7.5 Good
Pros: Continental breakfast and eggs cooked any style included. Making special dietary variations is no problem.
Cons: N/A Boali has a boutique style which is great for couples, families and small groups. Adults have special evening meal times separate to children and this gives parents a peaceful, kid free eating time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, food, location were excellent
Cons: Due to unseasonal hot weather the rooms could have had cheap fans .the atmosphere just to circulate the air, (but this is a very minor point)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great food, making it to dinner is worth wile!
Cons: A little bit of a stale water smell in bathroom in our room

8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was eclectic, charming and perfect for a relaxed weekend with friends. We settled in quite comfortably. The food was outstanding!
Cons: It was a little pricey compare with more up market accommodation in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jodie runs a beautiful little escape and it's such a treat to visit her and the team including Christopher, Adam and the dog ... the food was tremendous. They're obviously pretty good friends with others in the neighbourhood including the distillery owners just across the road which is also a gorgeous stop off! Lovely retreat.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent meals, friendly and helpful staff and great service.
Cons: Poor internet and phone service in the location.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great meals, very friendly staff.
Cons: No wireless internet and poor phone reception meant I was unable to do any work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great staff and lovely cooked breakfast. Super comfy bed, perfect for recovering after a day exploring
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The heating throughout the facilities comfortable, consistent, whilst having a friendly dog around, a cat to stroke as well helped to relax oneself. The music in-house also relaxing, delightful, especially when enjoying good food slowly. Generous serves for both breakfast as well as dinner.
Cons: Bedding, although nice and warm, was heavy, weighty so uncomfortable when turning through the night. Would have preferred perhaps a light, warm quilt, but then, on the other side, perhaps in the Western world we are too spoilt.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location the view the charm and the friendly staff
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and both food and staff were excellent Definitely will stay again
Cons: Tv was tiny and the power cord couldn’t reach the power socket so not sure if it was going to be replaced by the owners? Nothing else to mention

Cons: No internet for telstra

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was generous and great selection of food. Setting was ideal for the Skitube just a few minutes down the road. Resort is very picturesque - saw deer and kangaroos around the resort. Loved the individual style of the chalets - a lovely place to stay!
Cons: The spa didn't come back to us to try and arrange a booking in spite of us attempting to contact them. The sauna and pool area could do with updating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful location! Friendly and helpful staff!
Cons: Pool and gym area a little outdated.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: everything was good though a slightly overpriced
Cons: The attached residence to the studio was very noisy as the guests had children running up and down the stairs constantly and screaming and yelling outside our studio.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location of this resort was beautiful! The views and walk paths were just great!
Cons: I booked a deluxe studio only to be put in a room that was nothing like the photos shown. I was in a room that was a part of a bigger room with other people literally a wall away. It was quite disappointing for the price I paid for each night. Also the room had a large spiral staircase that led to the loft bed that again was not described in the room description. Lucky my partner and I were fit enough to get up and down. Overall I was a little disappointed in what I got considering the price I paid for each night. My room was not like the pictures at all.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and tidy. Surrounding was great.
Cons: The distance to the snowfields.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was enjoyable. The variety of food was excellent. Staff very punctual and friendly. The walks and wild life made our stay perfect.
Cons: Nothing!!
4.2 Okay
Pros: Beautiful place but... Day 1 the gas fire place stopped working and I had to advise staff twice to come fix it. Day 2 took staff at Harro's over an hour to find chains for my car. Day 3 staff entered my room twice (without knocking) as they got the room number wrong and had to check with me what day I was there till?! They apologised and said they would gift me a bottle a wine for the hassle...needless to say I never got it. Lighting in bathroom was terrible. Lighting in the main bedroom area wasn't working after 2nd day. Staff at the Alpine larder could not get an order right to save their lives. A real shame as the resort property was very beautiful and tranquil but for the money they charged me for a 4 day stay I expected far better service.
Cons: Service, its all about the bad service. Most of the staff appeared to be under 20 or way over 60.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, only a 2 minute drive to the ski tube or shuttle bus. Chalet was clean and really spacious.
Cons: No wifi provided. In this day and age that's really disappointing. Also some things like glad wrap missing in the kitchen.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bed and linen great. Warmth and bathroom excellent. Will def stay again. Ski tube shuttle excellent, would like to see earlier pickup from 2pm from bullocks flat as this did not art until 3.15
Cons: Pool was grotty and the change rooms really unhygienic on day of check in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely stunning location, the studio room was perfectly appointed, king size bed, gas fireplace, and heated bathroom floors. The mountain view proved to provide a spectacular backdrop and was a 5 minute walk to the ski tube.
Cons: It was cold (wait, this is a good thing right?)

Pros: Very clean, friendly staff, good location

Cons: I just wished that the the property has shared soap facilities in the toilet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place rocked. Manageress was wonderful. Helped with information, great tips and solved a number of other issues we had unrelated to the YHA. Location was great in that it was an easy walk to catch buses, walking distance to buy lift tickets and information centre. People staying there at the time were friendly and inclusive. One had been coming for many years and was very helpful. Really loved our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: cleanliness nice room comfy bed lovely staff cute rescued wombat roaming around near thredbo centre

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stunning views, historical hotel with a lot of character, lovely staff, great bar for after ski, good food, excellent location.
Cons: Restaurant cramped, crowded (but it was school hols, peak season). Noisy early evening but quiet later.
7.5 Good
Pros: Relaxed friendly staff, location, the history behind the lodge. I think that should be more prominent, history is important and it's interesting.
Cons: Perhaps the smell of breakfast invading the room in the morning, by the time it gets up stairs it's a second hand smell, not fresh.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The heater.
Cons: Almost everything including the lies the owners told us about their parking and national park fines. They said No parking ? How about only parking for staff family and friends or who ever pays the highest bid. Their restaurant opening looks right at the sauna and massage room so when you're walking back to your room in a towel everyone from the restaurant can see you half naked. Also majority of the time staff are not at the desk when they say they will be but instead drinking at the bar with friends and family.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality was exceptional
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the first point at check in with Lisa we felt welcome and at home. We were pleasantly surprised for an upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The service and hospitality from all staff was exceptional and the restaurant meal was some of the best tasting food we have had at an establishment. The atmosphere was fabulous, room and facilities clean and comfortable and a memorable short break for hubby and I. It was so good in fact that we booked again on checkout and no doubt we will be back again. Our new fave Snowdaze hang! Thankyou to management and staff

Cons: Blinds were not great at keeping the outside light from shining through the edges.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness , bed was comfortable , breakfast was awesome
Cons: Stairs are a little bit of a challenge . No bus after 5.30 pm
9.2 Excellent
Pros: My friend and I spent 4 nights here and loved it. A cooked breakfast was included in the room price which varies each morning. The facilities including the shed for storage of skis/snowboards and the drying room were useful and the lounge was very cozy. Underfloor heating in the toilet/bathroom was appreciated. We had a great time and would recommend to other travellers!
Cons: If you're sensitive to noise, ask for a room further from the stairs as noise from people climbing the stairs tends to carry.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Heated floors, heating was great all round. House breakfast was great. Storage facilities were great. Bed comfy,
Cons: Too many stairs. Room was small even for a single.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly service, excellent cooked breakfast, bbq facilities. Nothing is too difficult for Greg.
Cons: The room we stayed in was a bit too small. Free parking facility would be very good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, great that breakfast was included. Room was very clean and had everything you need. Heated floor in bathroom was great too.
Cons: I was a bit cold during the night. I added the extra blankets from cupboard and we turned on the heat , however the bed being so close to the balcony door without double glazing, I could feel the cold coming in through that door all night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We were only expecting continental breakfast and it was full cooked breakfast every day. View of mountain from room and breakfast room was incredible.
Cons: The dry room was too small for the amount of ppl staying some days had to bring wet ski clothes to room to dry.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hot breakfast each morning was great. Staff were very friendly. The shuttle bus stopped directly downstairs from the lodge.
Cons: The stairs leading down to the shuttle bus were very tiring especially carrying ski gear. But on the bonus side, burnt off the calories from drinking.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice property and the manager was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast cooked fresh for each person.
Cons: There are quiet a few stairs.
7.1 Good
Pros: The property was a warm and comfortable stay with an amazing view of the slopes. I had the single room which was really tiny but it was all I needed for a 2 night stay. The hot breakfast was cooked fresh each day and fresh fruit and cereal was the perfect way to start the day. The bus stop is directly at the bottom of the stairs so an easy ride to Friday flats. Access to the village is super easy to find from Winterhaus it’s very central to all.
Cons: The stairs to the property can be pretty tiring to climb but not too bad if you just take your time.

Pros: I liked the location
Cons: The manage made NO time for us, didn’t show us around the building, didn’t explain even how to connect to the wifi nothing on the spa not even a good morning or hello how are you going how is your stay, are you comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Nice staff and great location. Mountain view room was newly renovated and had a great view.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We come to Thredbo every year and have stayed at almost all the lodges & self catering apartments in the heart of the village. This was our first time at Bernti’s and compared to the other lodges in the same area, Bernti’s is definitely one of the best. Very clean, large comfortable room with a mountain view, continental breakfast included. We also had great dinner at Bernti’s restaurant, Zack’s Grill. The whole lodge is very clean and everything in excellent condition-seemed to have been refurbished not too long ago. Also a great location, friendly staff, especially our waitress at Zack’s grill, probably one of the best and most professional waitresses I’ve ever came across in Thredbo.
Cons: The only thing I was surprised about was the lack of a hairdryer in the room. We had to go ask for one. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and types of accomodation in Australia and all over the world and especially those who charge over 200$ per night all had hairdryers. Either fixed to the wall in the bathroom, or in the cupboard or drawer. I think if an establishment is going to charge 500$ a night , it should have all the basics in the room, including a hairdryer. Especially in a ski resort town where it’s icy cold and hotel guests surely all have a shower after a day on the slopes and will need to dry their hair. Going out with wet hair will just make you catch a cold and international visitors can’t be expected to bring their own hairdryers as it’s not practical with the difference in voltage between certain countries and visitors can’t be expected to ask for such basics and most well travelled guests who can afford the expensive rates will expect nothing less.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The location is fantastic, the amenities clean and very comfy, but the staff are gorgeous! Joy was a joy, and her, along with all the other staff there made us feel so welcome. Cons: The rooms and en-suite are small, the heating hard to adjust, and the walk uphill from the shuttle drop off point is steep which makes it unsuitable for families with small children, people with injuries or older people.

Pros: The whole overall feeling of this hotel is first rate, I love it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great food, value for money rooms, awesome service
Cons: No car parking
6.3 Good
Pros: We thought the staff were absolutely lovely. Extremely helpful and kind. The dinner at the restaurant was great and very convenient.
Cons: The rooms are very outdated, small and in desperate need of a refresh. Beds are uncomfortable and old, pillows are horrible and I woke up with such a sore neck. There are no mattress protectors on the beds. There is only enough parking for 3 cars so we didn’t get a car spot and had to park our car ages away and get a bus to and from the car. I was expecting a car spot so this was annoying. The breakfast is very basic. Same thing every day. No offer of pancakes for kids so I had to go out and get my son breakfast daily as there wasn’t anything he liked. The noise from the room upstairs was loud. You can hear ever foot step.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The place was clean and tidy and provided everything you need to enjoy your time on the slopes
Cons: There was no drying room which made getting everything ready for the next day it a little bit harder as the rooms were quite small
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Service was outstanding
Cons: Limited bathroom facilities
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful, superior room size was a good and dinner was delicious.
Cons: Only minor issues were the lack of shower pressure (and temperature control) and limited parking at the venue, however there was plenty of overnight parking in the village. These issues wouldn’t deter me from going back
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room was very comfy with a great view! The restaurant on site was absolutely delicious!
5.0 Okay
Cons: We booked twin beds and when we got there they were blaming me for not selecting twin beds. After showing the email they went ahead to blame booking.com for not sending them the details. We paid $15 each per breakfast and said our booking was without breakfast. And on top of that the $15 we paid only entitle us for cereal and toast. Not even eggs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant meal was fantastic.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location, staff, microwave in the room, clean bed shits, very good room service with personal touch, good customer service, breakfast included
Cons: Small room, noise from other rooms and restaurant, old, no basic cutlery, slats lose on kids bunk beds, mattresses caving into free spaces between slats, not enough power points even for provided appliances (what if you bring your own chargers and devices), flaking off paint in the bathroom, no separate drying room for ski clothes

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and dinner really nice, staff friendly, courteous and very helpful. Whole place has a great comfy vibe!
Cons: Kids ran amok during dinner service. Not staff's fault, parents need more control!
7.9 Good
Pros: Setting was beautiful, the cabin was cute, the breakfasts were good. The chef was friendly and the log fire was awesome. Price was great.
Cons: Lack of communication regarding dinners (left us off the booking sheet the first night and contrary to website info, the chef informed us that day that the kitchen was closed on Monday nights). No staff around to ask general questions or report faulty lights in the cabin, or give us the run down of the place when we arrived. Wrong key given to us, poorly marked bushwalk trail (markers just stopped on a loop trail, we turned around) just no one around to ask questions in general. The owner (?) was away (we think?) but no one else "looked after us" or checked in to see if all was ok. Just seemed poorly managed overall
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I actually loved that there were no tv’s in the room. It made everyone go out and socialise around the fire.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, value and friendly staff.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Communal lounge was fun and friendly
Cons: Room was ridiculously small for a family of 6. No area to dry personal items. Bathrooms damps so towels stayed wet. No laundry facilities.

Great staff obviously well managed. The piano player in the lounge area was excellent. Ski and boot lockers were very conveniently located near front entrance. We got a car park right outside the hotel
Cons: Our room wasn't ready at 3pm and we had to wait an hour before being relocated to a new room.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing we like everything it's horrible
Cons: The place exactly different with the photos. We haven't heater which is the weather under 3°.the place was not safe at all. And no staff from the cottage and the owner very rude. We can't complain and they don't care. That was our bad memories in entire life. Worse ever. Don't come to this place.very bad
7.9 Good
Pros: The place was very comfortable. It was an awesome weekend away!! Will need to head back later in the year to do another weekend with a couple of more friends!!! :)
Cons: Nothing.. phone reception.. Who needs it? No one does!! It was a non-contactable weekend away from all the big smoke!!! Can't wait to rebook and take more friends up!!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was a beautiful property and the cabin was cozy and comfortable. The horses were amazing to be around and it was an easy drive to Jindabyne.
Cons: There was no cell reception. However there was plenty of WiFi provided in the cabin.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere is magic, the fireplace, warming cottage
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing property in the middle of nowhere. I was a little worried it would be cold due to location and the amount of windows but it is so well build we were never once even chilly. Very well stocked kitchen. Will definitly be back.
Cons: Quiet disappointed that the price quoted by booking.com was not the actual price we were charged. We were quoted $1250 and were charged $1500. Were given the option to cancel but because we had already booked our accomodation for the journey and due to the number of people staying and everything else in the area being fully booked we had no choice but to deal with the added expense. Please double check the price before booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is spectacular. Despite a bit of distance from town, the settings/hospitality of the place, area, wildlife...the whole stay experience is a 5*treatment. All is well functioning and practical, the fire place adds a magic to this special peacefull place...Thank you for having us! Bathrooms were immaculate, beds havenly comfy...the laundry room was very handy to us...the space of whole place is incredible. The view is beautiful. Owners are very accommodating, kind and caring.

7.5 Good
Pros: Great little spot to stay and ski in Thredbo. Friendly and homely, although can be a bit tricky to find the first time around.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: How warm and hospital everyone was also the majestic view of the mountain. So close to everything, relaxing and warm rooms.
Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hot showers
7.1 Good
Pros: Showers / bathroom was really good and clean really happy - Had a good view of the ski mountains - Really close to ski mountains like 8-10min - Heat was really good for our bedroom - You can use the kitchen if you need to - I needed to make short our trip and Jenny was really helpful
Cons: Its really hard to find this place. Should have more details for check-in but Jenny and her partner was really helpful - We could hear every door open and close in our room and on next day all kids playing - Figuring out the deal with the car parking was a bit of a headache. There should be instructions about where to park and how it works - Room was tiny and the bed was small - lots of slipery stairs
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, warm & cosy classic 1950s ski lodge with great fireplace in lounge, helpful, friendly managers, small enough to get to know the other guests, can choose to eat out with easy walk to restaurants or cook for yourself in the kitchen which is perfect after a big day on the mountain and you don’t feel like heading out. wifi good. Ski bus stop right outside, great views of mountain and ski runs.
Cons: Rooms are very small but they are warm, comfortable and now sound proofed.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The hosts were weird Small and very cold livening space Which the managing couple occupied most of the afternoon and evening Woman lay on couch man played his guitar meaning guests were unable to relax in the space given the rooms were so small would have been nice to have another area to relax
Cons: Hosts occupying living room Cold
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location. Very close to the plaza and eateries. Hot water that lasted the whole family. Friendly staff.
Cons: No Parking.
6.3 Good
Pros: I like that the accommodation provided bread (with a toaster), cereal and drinks (milk/tea/coffee).
Cons: I didn't like that there was no parking and that I had to drive to the overnight parking area and eventually walk to the skiing area as I didn't want to wait for the bus.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location close to everything
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastic, we made a mistake with our booking, not booking enough beds. In peak season a room was available and we were accommodated at no extra charge. While the decore fits in with the design and era of the lodge, it was spotlessly clean, comfy beds and great bunk beds. The caretakers created a very friendly and inviting environment for the guests to be together.
Cons: The rooms are very small, not enough space for the extra luggage needed on a trip like skiing. Having space under the bed for bags could work (when bases next need upgrading).

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location fantastic, bar areas great, library area great, restaurant food and staff lovely. Our room was pretty squeezy for 3 but the view from our room was fabulous - especially when it started to snow. Our bathroom was so teeny tiny and definitely could do with an upgrade. Spent some lovely time at the spa - massage and facial
Cons: size of bathroom - however toiletries were nice and thought the space for tea making facilities in room was pretty small.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Great restaurant. Happy and friendly service.
Cons: Breakfast could go till 930. Plumbing very noisy.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Except our checking in experience (grumpy) the staff were great. The gentleman who own the hotel came and thanks us for staying in his hotel whilst we were dining. Breakfast was fair but the hot food wasn't... hot. The dishes in the restaurant are overpriced although really nice. Our room was really small but comfortable with a great view.
Cons: The most disappointing aspect about our stay was that we felt we were considered ONLY when doing a financial transaction. No one care to clean the snow off the steep driveway to ensure safe access to and from the hotel reception. The morning we were leaving 30cm had fallen during the night.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Parking Beds more comfy
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Location. 30 seconds to the heart of the village. Balcony of the bedroom was huge and had a great view.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing stay at House of Ullr. It was really good value for Thredbo, fantastic location and amazing, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very simple, but styled effectively for the space. Pictures are accurate. It was clean, warm, and close to everything, which were our main requirements given we spent most of our time on the hills and in the village. The manager was super nice, and even let us leave our luggage in our rooms on checkout day as no one was booked after us! Getting to take a shower after riding all day before we started the long drive back to Sydney was glorious! Will definitely stay there again when we're back next season.

6.7 Good
Cons: someone sleeping on floor , To many people per room 5 people two seats works well
5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel is perfect for skiing being by the lift station.
Cons: Cooked Breakfast, always freezing cold in serving dishes! No sleep, very noisy hotel, school parties, and functions at hotel, people arriving at 3am. Guest lounge, bar never open. Hotel bar shut for private functions at times. The ski storage room for equipment, was meant to be secure, but the door was always wedged open with a bin, so no security.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The position is great
Cons: The rooms could do with a face lift repainting and the bathroom vanity need replacing I’m sure they could get a good deal on the number of vanity’s required for around $400 each installed as ours has cracks in it! That one night Accomadation $400 per night. Otherwise present.
7.9 Good
Pros: Just literally seconds away from the mountains! Parking is very nearby too - but it does get full during the day time but definitely no problem at the night time. Staff were very nice, helpful & friendly too! The room was small for 4 people but still very cosy for a night's stay! Very convenient to have their restaurant right above too. Our family enjoyed our stay :)
7.1 Good
Pros: The easygoing environment and how friendly the staff where rooms where very clean and maintained well
Cons: The dry room was to small for the amount of guests there are and due to this my partners new gloves were taken/ stolen by someone even though all our stuff was put together, and the bed was quit uncomfortable as well.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, nice to be on the mountain right next to the lift. Good showers
Cons: For the price, I think real coffee should be available at breakfast, not just instant. The rest of the breakfast was good though.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very close to the slopes which was really handy
Cons: The mattresses were really uncomfortable
5.8 Okay
Pros: the location was amazing. Easily accessible. A bit crowded at times but that was ok. Breakfast was a wonderful assortment.
Cons: Why do you organise kids to be upstairs. Every movement is heard in the rooms downstairs. They jump run and walk everywhere in boots. Super annoying and not very peaceful especially late nights and early mornings.
6.3 Good
Pros: We were there at the off season, so it was all very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for trekking. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The dinner selection was a little poor, and not much else to choose from.
5.2 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: not enough facility for kids, like play room, pool was closed and cold anyway, very noisy, not much privacy
6.7 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable and warm room. Friendly, helpful staff. Handy location regarding other facilities in town. Sitting at the foot of Australia's highest peak - unique.
