The downtown location is a bit far from my house and they don't offer a pick up /drop off to there. It would have saved me $25 in Uber if they picked me up and dropped me off. (the location closer to me has poor service and no selection for vehicles)10.0 Wonderful

Pick up and drop off were both quick and efficient. Staff was very friendly and professional. The car was clean and ready to go. The value for my money was excellent. This was one of the best car rental experiences I have had. I strongly recommend this location for excellent everything!Cons:

The staff at pickup were knowledgeable and helpful. They didn’t push unnecessary extras and made sure that the car check was up to standard. The car size was exactly what we wanted.Cons:
Pick up took longer than anticipated and the drop off required us to go into the office just to drop keys. Online reservations with pre-determined times for pick up and drop off should not take that long.6.4 Okay

I booked a car through Kayak with Alamo. I spent $35 on an Uber from YYC to the pick-up location just to find out the location had shut permanently. I was on a tight schedule after just missing a flight for reasons out of my control. This will be my last time booking anything through kayak. I recommend going directly through another company if you want to save your time and money and actually get the service you are needing. Extremely disappointed.7.6 Good

Very Friendly helpful staff in Winnipeg, however the van we rented was not up to highway standards. the back wiper didn't work properly. Not worth the price we paid. There was no staff to return the vehicle to, was difficult to find return location.10.0 Wonderful

Couldn’t find the shop easily because it was named discount rentals with no street signage of europcar. When we arrived they didn’t have the car we ordered and uphold us to a truck. That I was three hours late to get the car shouldn’t have been an issue, my planes were delayed so I was delayed.10.0 Wonderful

We were allowed to drop off at 40 Hopewell Way NE. a location closer to the airport. Tony He and Ravdeep Singh were professional and cordial. They proceeded to inspect the vehicle and process through. We were shuttle to the airport immediately. ALL RENTAL EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE THIS WAY. EXCELLENT!Driving Force

I rented a Yukon XL and it was a 2018 with 2K km's. It was loaded with everything including a DVD which was great for a long drive.Cons:
They overbooked my reservation that I had for 6 weeks. They tried to slough off a Ford Transit instead, but after I refused they miraculously found my reservation at another location. I had to drive there to pick it up, but after that all was good.6.8 Okay

Long wait for the shuttle pick up and no way to call if you don't have a travel plan for your phone. We needed a Suburban size for 6 people and we got an Armada. We barely could fit all our luggage.9.6 Wonderful
