Cons: The 6 hr delay. Which was only announced at check-in. No explanation, no apology. But a warning to be back like 2.5 hrs before the new ETD, otherwise you'll be left behind! No useful updates from the main office either. Had to call the airport information centre of Aruba to find out whether yes or no, or what time EXACTLY the flight would be leaving. They (Insel Air) are ALWAYS delayed, like 3 out of 5 times. Therefore I don't understand why the f&b voucher had to be HANDWRITTEN. The lady took like 7-8 minutes p/p per voucher. Absolutely ridiculous. They should have those vouchers pre-printed. For all the delayed flights they have on a daily basis. After standing in line forever to check-in, another endless line for this voucher which gets you pretty much nothing.

My fly was good
Pros: I like the crew and the fly was ok
Cons: The communication between the crew in the plain and the crew in the airport bough said different indications about my transition to the other fly

Crappy airline overall
Pros: Nothing at all, delays and huge long 1.5 hrs wait for bags
Cons: Huge delays on each flight, long, long , long delays waiting for bags, will NEVER fly this airline again, false advertising of flights, booked non stop flights, the my do not have non stop flights to Aruba, no updated online flight info

Pros: Insel air cost me an additional 1500.00$ to get home cause u delayed flight from Curaçao to Miami by 10 hrs leaving me stranded in Curaçao and missing my connecting flight from Miami to Mexico City and beyond
