Family room was comfortable with older children. Room did NOT smell clean nor fresh and housekeeping single attempt did not fix the odor. Extra charge on stay was corrected and still does not make me eager to return.
The water area was not a big as some other locations, IE no wave pool, fewer slides, but enough for our kids who are 6 and 9, not to be bored during our two day stay. Upon arrival, the lineup to check in was ridiculously long with only three employees working the desk. Both the male and female locker rooms smelled terribly and we're absolutely filthy. Guest services, once they answered the phone, could not care less. Rooms were run down but the bed was comfy. The pillows felt like old bricks. Trying to reach front desk was like playing a shell game: unwound call, they would eventually answer, out me in hold, I would get frustrated, hang up, call back, and this went in for three different voices until I finally went to the front desk for help. Cleaning ladies were great!
Excellent facilities with a lot of family things to do. Every little things cost money. No free breakfast.
Great choice winter of activities. Skiing, cross country, dog sled, snow shoe, sleigh rides, kids activities. The rooms and the facility is very clean and well maintained. Crystal Mountain Staff is exceptional with their customer service skills which makes it even more of a pleasure to stay. Did not dislike a single thing about this resort
Have been to C. Mt. on a number of occasions... GREAT Nordic trails, Good Golf ( Mountain course ) and Good Mt Biking trails limited options for eating, and a bit of a drive to find OTHERs.
location They had some wedding guests and they were partying in hallway till 2 am. Complained to front desk 2-3 times, they didn't do anything. So noisy and annoying.
Staff was friendly and efficient. View was fantastic. Rooms were very nice! Breakfast was of mediocre quality. Price was quite steep for a 3 star (it is an honest 3 star however!)
Very nice and luxurious but a bit expensive at times. Gorgeous setting
Pool, coffee shop...all great. And retail shops if you need it for last minute gifts. The fitness center and spa are great and the grounds are amazing for runners/walkers. Beautiful property with everything you need right on site. Food is overpriced and not that great.
room was spacious with a great view (tower) , comfortable bed, friendly staff, breakfast in Sweetwaters was sub par hash browns tasted old breakfast came with biscuits and gravy all on same plate gravy on everything. Breakfast service stops at 11 am (too early) I thought a $20.00 brunch should have prime rib. Toilet in room was kiddie sized
