Pros: The house is very beautifully renovated. The garden is well maintained too. The hosts are very nice and caring. We loved the breakfast and cake prepared by them. They also recommended us routes for hiking, nice restaurant for the dinner and the national park visit next day.
Pros: The hosts went out of their way to help everyone. Lovely home made cake on arrival, also coffee and cake while relaxing in the garden on the next day. Freshly squeezed orange for breakfast
Pros: Perfect to disconnect! Super friendly, breakfast is amazing and the whole place super cozy!
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: The owners are very helpful and the homemade breakfast is delicious.
Pros: The property was located in a beautiful scenery in the nature, it was a beautiful renovated property with a touch of personality in every room. It was clean and nicely decorated. The common areas were located in a nice garden where we could sit and sip a glass of wine looking at the sunset and chatting with the owners and the other guests. The owners were like family: they took care of us when we arrived From a long drive, they gave us tip to enjoy the area and they were attentive to any need. They also woke up early to let us enjoy a gorgeous breakfast before we left early for the next destination.
Cons: We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. We loved The family spirit and the care.
Pros: The place has a superb location to explore the Fragas do Eume. The owners are absolutely adorable and they will go the extra mile to make sure that you have a great time. The highlight of the day is the abudant breakfast with locally produced food and the cake to take away for your walk. Highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: Out of our two-week road trip in Northern Spain, this was by far our favourite place to stay. Juan and Flor have beautifully restored Flor’s family home to a comfortable, hotel-quality guesthouse with an incredible garden and terrace area. The rooms are clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms, and the suite has its own sun deck. The hosts treated us as if we were family and we only wished we could have stayed for longer.
Cons: There is nothing we disliked; however you should take into account that the guesthouse is in a remote location inside a national park so you should take this into account.
Pros: Perfect location that is tucked away from everything. Total peace and quiet. The host were extremely nice and helpful of which they came and help us with the luggage and provide us umbrella as it was raining when we arrive. They then offer us tea and snacks. The room was nice and comfortable. We've had such a good sleep. They also prepare us such an amazing breakfast. Was absolutely full before leaving the place. Would definitely come back for longer next time.
Cons: It's a perfect place to be. The only regret was that I was only there for 1 day.
Pros: Very friendly and comfortable place to stay. The staff are amazing and the hospitality was second to none. 5 stars and highly recommended
Pros: Location. Our hosts were very welcoming and just wanted their guests to be happy. The home made cakes were excellent! They offered food and drinks whenever we were around. The bedrooms were comfortable and big enough with en-suite and we enjoyed having the room with the roof terrace, shame it rained! We had use of the large sitting room with lovely log burner and plenty of seating for all of us staying there.
Cons: We liked it all but we were cross we hadn’t learnt enough Spanish to communicate well with our hosts. They would have liked to help us more in getting the best out of their area of which they were rightly proud of. We will know more for next time.
