Laid-back, clean, great location in the Centro near Play Norte, cheap.
Staff seemed a bit disinterested, no water dispensers, wifi is slow and barely works at night.

OK room, substandard shower
Super clean room and friendly staff. Nice position close to the center and the port but on a quiet street. Quiet air conditioning.
The shower was almost completely worthless: only 4 or 5 holes of the faucet were working so it took forever to take a shower. The bad was pretty small, a bit smaller than a queen. The wi-fi worked only 75% of the time.
