Pros: Hotel is clean, most staffs were attentive and helpful.
Cons: My family and I were extremely disappointed of the services provided by the breakfast restaurant. It was poor and much below standard compared to other 5 star hotels. Staff were unfriendly and not helpful, in fact rude to a certain degree. I would not recommend having breakfast or dine at the restaurant.
Otherwise services from guest services, front desk and butler services were outstanding.
Pros: BEST SERVICE~~~~!!!!

Pros: Excellent service .. I forgot my passport in the safety box
They contacted me directly and asked me how do I want to receive it.
Pros: concierge is very good
Cons: no welcome fruits, nobody helping to open heavy entrance door, poor choices for breakfast. At least for New Year they could do something nicer for breakfast.

Pros: Service, room cleanliness, room size, amenities and dining facilities
Cons: Breakfast buffet was superb!
Pros: It is very convenient. I can walk to the hotel from the airport.
Pros: It was the best option for us as we arrived on a late night flight, so we stayed there for the first night before heading into Osaka the following day. Staff were very efficient and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and child friendly.
Cons: It is quite a long distance from Osaka so it may not be the best place to base for sightseeing. But if you are on a business trip and want to be very close to the airport this hotel would be a great option.
A great choice for a stay in Izumisano, Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport is just 1.1 mi (1.8 km) from the airport. You can indulge in body treatments or aromatherapy, and The Brasserie, one of 4 restaurants, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All rooms offer LCD TVs, refrigerators, and slippers.
Pros: I got a lot more than I paid for at Hotel Nikko. The room was comfy with great dimmable lighting, quiet AC, and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful- carrying shopping loot all the way from my taxi to my room, and generally available for any questions I had for them.
Cons: One pet peeve: a power outlet closer to the bed would have been nice, but this was not a problem.

The hotel offers 546 spacious guest rooms including deluxe executive floors. 7 restaurants and bars offering International cuisines including Japanese - Chinese - Teppan-yaki - and Italian. Fitness Center Gym - indoor swimming pool - sauna etc is also available for staying guest.
Pros: Located literally next to Osaka's Sky Tower and rotating garden/restaurant. Not far from Umeda station as well. Hotel is also very nice, but best of all was the service, which was impeccable.
Pros: Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar near the lobby was absolutely great. Bartender was very genuinely kind and knowledgable.
Cons: lady at check-in office was very curt in her communication (smaller woman with glasses). The hotels restaurant does not offer 24 hour room service, and the hotel does not allow deliveries, so if you find yourself hungry past the kitchen hours, you are screwed. Concierge is off duty after 10pm, so again, any late-night info is non-existent. Location was very far from any nearby attractions, even any row of shops/restaurants.

Pros: I liked the staff. They were very friendly and they do their best to accommodate you. The facilities were good and they have everything to meet your needs. Best of all, the hotel location is at the heart of the shopping district of Osaka.
Cons: It would be great if they had a bit of variety in their breakfast buffet. It would also be nicer if you can watch TV with an option to have English subtitles at the very least. They can also improve the wifi because the signal was very erratic. Other than those, everything was great and we had a wonderful stay.
Cons: Dirty. More like 1.5 star motel.
Pros: The staff at the front desk was very kind as everyone is in japan
Cons: The entire hotel smelled like bleach and smoke. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Walls were stained, rooms smelled over bearing like bleach and cleaning products I had to leave early. The carpet smelled I felt dirty after leaving. None of the previous reviews held up to the facility. Like staying in a run down hospital. Will never book a hotel through kayak again. And I travel for work and pleasure very regularly. Might be the worst experiment at a "4 star hotel" I've experienced in my life
Located in Chuo, this hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Hozenji-Yokocho Alley and Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade. Tsutenkaku Tower and Shitennoji Temple are also within 2 mi (3 km).

Uniquely located across from the famous Osaka Castle and park in the historical district, New Otani Osaka has easy access to Osaka city center, with Osaka Business Park Station a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is located a 40-minute train ride from World Heritage sites in Kyoto, Nara, and Himeji. The renowned shopping street Tenjinbashisuji is a 6-minute train ride away.
Cons: Wifi not complimentary. At a rate of $17/day I think it is too expensive...

Pros: It is attached by a catwalk to the Rinku Town rail station, allowing it to be a hub for those flying out of Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara.
A 24/7 mart exists on the 2nd floor.
The hotel rooms are small but clean and comfortable.
Cons: The hotel was not cheap and not expensive. Perhaps if I had flown at a less busy time of year it would have been priced more reasonably, however it was a better choice than the other hotel I stayed at when I flew in to Kansai.
Pros: Air conditioned, free shuttle to airport (15 minutes or less), cozy but nice room
Pros: Close to airport, great staff, adjacent to train.
Cons: Rooms could be updated for the price.
Pros: Really good attention and professional staff.
Cons: Sorry ,but the mattresses bed was to uncomfortable.
Pros: Was stuck at the immigration for 2 hours at night. Luckily there was still a last bus shuttle at 11.30pm which I managed to catch. If not, it will be difficult to try and find my way to the hotel from the airport.
