extremely courteous staff, appreciated the check-in phone call once I was in my room, as well as their help with talking me through early check-out. Ice machine on second floor was broken, needed to get ice in lobby., which wasn't a big enough inconvenience to feel the need to mention to staff
The staff was very friendly and the hotel room had everything you need but jumbo the size! I'll definitely be back Don't get me wrong the room was clean but I wish someone took the time to do the finer details such as the sink faucet. Little things like that but then again I am a neat freak
Very clean and the staff was awesome people.
Breakfast was included Gate Location was in an area I felt uncomfortable in. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Front desk staff and check in seemed unfriendly.
Not up to standard compared to other Hampton Inns in which I've stayed. Generally more run down (things like chipped floor tiles, old carpet, etc) and didn't "feel" very clean.
Spacious No refrigerator or microwave in siute room
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were excellent. Professional and courteous. The room was rather dirty. I knew this was a older establishment, but there doesn't seem to be much attention to detail in linen cleaning. There were hairs dirt and holes in the sheets. The hotel is in need of a renovation. Not typical of most Hamptons previously visited.
The hotel was easy to find. The Keurig in the room was a nice touch. There was mildew in the tub.
The staff had wonderful personalities. The rooms are very clean. And complimentary is great!!!! No complaints.
Location in town The room smelled like a sweaty gym bag
Very friendly and a outstanding staff Everything was great
Upon checking in, staff was not very friendly. I found a used syringe cap. As a nurse I know it was not a diabetic syringe cap, as I was told from the staff. I had not stayed at a Holiday inn express in a while and will not consider it again. I can handle the rudeness, but cannot handle sleeping in a dirty room. The only reason we did not leave was due to necessity. We were tired and could not drive any longer.

Elizabeth was very nice on the phone. The location was convenient to the fairgrounds and Martin's restaurant and bar (which was where I was headed that night). The place is run down and in need of a renovation. Finishes were old and not particularly clean. Just a used and worn out feeling to the whole place. It still cost +/- $90 per night, which I thought was too much.
The breakfast bar wasn't good at all. There was not even any water to put in the oatmeal, there was syrup, but no pancakes.
Original concept 80's "comfy" Staff friendly but minimal Conditopn of facilitiy. Rusty, dirty, dated, lacking ammenities
Easy checkin, checkout. Friendly staff late at night when we checked in. Good breakfast menu.
Waffles Breakfast, egg patties unappetizing
The location was nice and the staff were very friendly. We had a great time on our vacation. In the bathroom, there were some areas that needed a little repair. Other than that, it was clean.
The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast was okay. The pool area was in need of repair. Lights were broken and the pool was dirty. The view was terrible.!. The fence around the property was in need of repair. Our refrigerator did not work and the front desk did not offer to do anything about it.
The Location Rooms need remodeling
Not one thing. The Smell of room. Dials that did not work on A/C.
It was one of the lowest cost places in this location. The room had two queen beds and an aisle on both sides of the beds. One nightstand between the beds. There was a big empty armoire that was not needed because the hang up space adjacent to the bathroom was adequate for all of our hang up stuff. Could have used more drawers. Sink is outside the bathroom, but sink counter area is very cramped for four people. Air conditioner really worked; had to play with the setting when the room got colder than the refrigerator. NONSMOKING is great, but smokers at the entry door stink up that area. Toilet valve was broken so the toilet ran constantly. Fortunately, it didn't get stopped up too! When we arrived, we put our travel ice chest contents into the refrigerator. It was then we noticed the refrigerator was warm. Played with the thermostat, but eventually determined that the refrigerator had been unplugged from the wall, probably so housekeeping could plug in the vacuum. Housekeeping came while we were getting ready to go to lunch, and we told them to come back in 10 minutes. They never came back. Breakfast was a waffle iron, bread, cold cereal, OJ and some fruit. Fortunately, waffle house is one block away.
The rooms were clean. The beds were hard as the floor and the shower did not work in the bathroom.
Close to the interstate. Everything except being close to interstate. Room was dirty, area was not safe, staff was rude, if it was not late and I was on the road 12 hours I would not have stayed here! Also cockroaches in rooms.
It was a very big room. My wife suggested we invite guests. ha. King size bed. The sink was very slow to drain. I let the attendant know at the desk when we left and she said, 'I'll get right on that.'
ABSOLUTELY nothing! The lobby smelled, the individual at the front desk didn't speak English well, she barely understood what I was saying, it was cold and the heat didn't work past 3 on the dial, the door looks as if it had been kicked in, there was no iron in the room!
It was clean and people were friendly. No complaints
