Pros: A beautiful place and very nice hosts.
Pros: We are allowed with animals(2 cats) for free. The hostess was friendly. Free parking. Breakfast (although for a separate and not very small fee) was appropriate (as the place is rather isolated).
Cons: The room upon reservation was called "garden view suite". In fact, it was consisted of 2 tiny rooms under the roof, where a very narrow and steep staircase led. You can call it "a suite" only in comparison with an orphanage. A refrigerator and tea/coffee maker are in the room description. None of this was in the rooms (although, in fairness, some shabby semblance of a refrigerator and a sprawling kettle stood on the landing). The furnishings of both rooms consisted mainly of beds (there were 5 of them for the three of us), very low and uncomfortable. There were no bulbs in the wall lamps, so no need to talk about WiFi. As for the view: what could be seen through the tiny windows was clearly not a garden, but some kind of dilapidated outbuildings. But the crown of everything was the bathroom. The plastic toilet seat is broken, so you get up from the toilet with it together. We have never seen such a short bath (it is not clear why it is needed at all, why not a shower). However, it does not matter: it is impossible to wash anyway. The water is either icy or almost boiling, and any attempts to regulate it are doomed. But even such water does not always flow: in the morning there was no water (even in the toilet!) for about 40 minutes (remember that the room was under the roof, and in order to contact the staff, one had to go downstairs and then climb the steep stairs again).
Pros: The only good things were that there were beds and hot water and toilet there.
Cons: The facilities were very old and poor, breakfast consisted of tea, a little bit of scrambled eggs, cheese, ham and bread. No porridge, just cereals. And costed 20 Zl for one person! There were also mosquitos..
Pros: Nature in the backyard. Architecture of the building.
Pros: Looks great from the outside and not expensive ... but nothing more.
Cons: Building from outside.
Pros: Very welcoming and pleasant hostess. Romantic mood, beautiful building. Children enjoyed a large, common area near the building where the ball could be spun.
Located in the centre of Elbląg, close to the Old Town and the Elbląg Canal, Galeona offers accommodation with free billiards and Wi-Fi free of charge. The rooms at Galeona are bright and simple, yet functional and cozy. Some come with a private bathroom or a sink and shared facilities are located in the corridor. The restaurant serves breakfast daily and there also is a beer garden available in the summer where guests can enjoy a drink or a meal. Elbląg Główny Train Station is about 1.5 km away. Free public parking and a 24-hour front desk are provided at Galeona.
Pros: cheap as chips and very nice staff
Pros: Its the place where you can stay with a bicycle while travelling around Poland. You can keep it on the first floor next to the reception so it would be safe. We were travelling by group of 4 people and stayed there for one night. Location is good, next to the city center. But you have to pay attention that most of the supermarkets and restaurants are close after 8pm. About the hotel, its and old building with small but clean rooms. For those who booked room with common bathroom it would be not so comfortable to stay there during the high season beacause the toilet and the shower are in the same room and in case its busy then you have to wait... The shower doesnt work too strong but the water is hot.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Pros: Large rooms with extra furniture. The pool and sauna are in a relaxing atmosphere. Hotel is near tram and bus stop so it's easy to come from the train station. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend.
Pros: Nice place
Cons: Everything was ok
Pros: Position, quality of service
Cons: Too expensive , fridge empty no room Service
Pros: It is very central and has modern rooms. It is clean and the staff is very friendly.
Pros: Surprisingly, my fiancée and I had stayed at this hotel earlier this month, and we had a completely different experience. The man who helped us in the spa area did not speak English, but was still so kind and helpful. And the breakfast was delightful! Also, our waiter and our wine/tartar/dinner at the restaurant were very enjoyable.
Cons: The rude woman at reception who said "You are endangering me" when I walked up to check-in. I had two flights cancelled within a week due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and was eventually forced to take two buses to get out of Poland and on my way home. This was my last night in Poland and I should have taken my business elsewhere. No one comes to Elblag for fun. I booked this hotel out of necessity. Additionally, if hotel staff feel "endangered" talking to travellers, perhaps they should consider a different job.
Arbiter Hotel is located in Elbląg, 2 km from the Elbląg Railway Station. It offers rooms with a TV. Wi-Fi is free at the hotel. The rooms at Arbiter Hotel have a bathroom with a shower cabin. The hotel is located within short walking distance of the St. Nicholas Cathedral, 22 km from Malbork. The Arbiter provides guests with free parking places on site and 24/7 front desk service.
Cons: The rooms were dirty and unrepaired for decades.
Cons: its old, dirty hotel with room equipment damaged or not working.
Pros: Breakfast was OK, but no normal coffee, only instant or ground coffee for self-preparation Location very good.
Cons: Coffee. Confusion about finding a reservation
Pros: As for such price for the room - it’s very good. Good view of the old town which is across the road, 2min walk. Good location of the hotel let’s you have nice walking around.
Cons: Double bed (as we booked) - means one double bed, but not two singles added together, or used two separate mattress, as it was in our room. If there is two guests- so it should be two showers towels and two face towels, but we had only two showers towels. No bath mat. Personal purely speaks english.
Pros: Good localisation, pleasant staff.
Cons: Old hotel with old used equipment. Toilet was clean overall but it was so old that was looking dirty. Uncomfortable bed. Not worth this money.
Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The guy doing the breakfast services and some of the cleaners and security guards were the only nice people doing their job. The breakfast service girls and receptionists did a terrible job
Cons: Friend's room was dirty with hair in the shower plug, lots of hair! Pillows in our room were thin and poor quality. Requested more and needed to walk around with security guard at night to empty rooms to get more pillows. Empty rooms surprised us as we wanted to change ours but were told that every room is full. Breakfast was mediocre. Out of the 14 we had probably on 3-4 days the selection and service was good. Other times the selection was lacking eg no scrambled egg left, only dirty tables left so we had to eat at a dirty table or clean it ourselves. The girls serving the breakfast did not have a good attitude. They barely got up to greet the guests and take our room numbers, or clean up at least. Not enough napkins. The receptionists were not nice when we told them that our friend's shower plug hole was blocked. They made us feel as if we are being picky and unreasonable. When we reported it, rather than apologise they just asked us if we wanted a different room in a rude tone. Yeah sure let me move all of my belongings late at night. It took the cleaners two days and two reports to the reception to finally come in and clean my friend's room. He needed to come in and shower in our room as his was in a state. My parents noted that on one of the nights someone in the room below them was super loud. Late at night. They tried to call the room occupiers to ask them to quiet down and even heard the phone ring. Someone picked up and disconnected the phone. My dad reported it to the receptionist and she said that the room in question was currently occupied by the main manager of the hotel as if that made any different and was meant to make my dad apologise for trying to get some sleep despite someone's party. My dad said he didnt care who it was, either the receptionists will talk to the occupiers and tell them to shut up or my dad will. They finally were gracious enough to sort it out.
Pros: Location in the city center, easy to go from railroad station by tram. "Budget" price friendly staff.
Cons: Furniture and other items well used, low comfort. Payment in advance, not at departure.
Hotel Sowa is located in the centre of Elbląg, close to the railway and bus stations. It offers rooms with en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, telephone and free Wi-Fi in the main building. The hotel is situated at the main thoroughfare of Elbląg, close to the exit roads to Warsaw, Gdańsk and Malbork. The Sowa has a restaurant serving Polish cuisine and excellent liquors. There is also bar and a conference room at your disposal. During your stay at Hotel Sowa you can benefit from free parking on site.
Pros: Bed and bedding. Optimal size desk/table for 15″ laptop + more. Enough space to work & eat. Perfect location. Hot water pressure. Free luggage storage in the reception.
Cons: Unusable Wi-fi, about 1.5/0.5 Mbps up/down from the table in my room. Disclaimer: Wi-fi was not advertised in the offer. No smoke detector in my room. Freshly installed fire doors were kept open, that's probably not up to code. Small shower with very narrow doors and unstable floor. Very dim lights in the main room (was OK in the hallway and the bathroom).
Pros: Not far trom the central part. There are small caffee with fine dishes and good prices. There is shop in the next building and super kebab is opposit the hotel.
Cons: Very small tible and big tv.
Pros: Stuff was very friendly, but hotel really needs renovation.
Cons: Room was from 80s, needs renovation!

All the rooms come with a shower, a TV with satellite channels, a phone and access to the internet. The guests can rent bicycles in the hotel, as well as enjoy a meal in Żuławianka restaurant, where breakfast is served. Hotel Żuławy is located 3 km away from the Elbląg Główny Train Station and 2 km from the centre of Elbląg's Old Town.
Pros: Breakfast is very basic but you get what you pay for.
Cons: The receptionist tried to persuade our friends to pay for an additional bed and breakfast even though in the confirmation it explicitly was written that additional bed and breakfast for child is already included in the price. It worked out in the end and we didn't pay extra but it was nerve wrecking....
Pros: Kind and tourist-friendly staff. Comfortable beds and spacy rooms. Location is quite well.
Cons: Additional payment for a car spot on the parking.
Pros: Bike friendly area
Cons: Bedlinen and towells dirty from last guest. Receptionist was not helping to find a solution and not offering anything else to compensate.
Cons: I have marked on a website We will be paying in cash, hotel charged my credit card anyways. at the check-in i asked hostess about it she just shrug and said nothing, she also barely spoke English, so it was hard to get information from her. the room - i asked for two twin beds - and i got two single ones and some "sofa"... not what i have ordered. furthermore - there were no toiletries in a room, they did provide half used role on toilet paper. TV was broken, standing on a broken cupboard where fridge USED TO stand. Overall - poor experience
Pros: Breakfast was nice and good.
Cons: Shower was broken and not usable. Booked beds configuration was not given. Beds were amortized and springs ruffled out. Staff hardly speak English. Asked higher price than booking confirmation was.
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: The room was quite dirty, sticky 'things' on the closet, the sheets were stained and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Pros: Good (buffet) breakfast, on site restaurant (but closes at about 9 pm), parking.
Cons: No bath/shower gel in the room.
Located in Elblag, Hotel Młyn is a 3-minute drive from Chrobrego Mountain and 8 minutes from St Nicolas Cathedral. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: great location and staff
Cons: Street (paid) parking only
Pros: Smiling staff and helpfull at the restaurant even that mainly german/polish were the spoken languages. Good breakfast and dinner. Quiet room. The hotel wrote 1 week before my booking date that there was a wedding party at the hotel, so I downgraded my room to the other building with no A/C. Thanks for that possibility
Cons: Arrived quite late so I did not have time to use the spa. No safetybox in room.
Pros: Everything was good
Pros: The breakfast was exceptionally good. A large variety of choices. Everything was fresh. The bakery items were delicious. I wish American hotels were more like you.
Pros: Spa and overall feeling.
Cons: Bathroom cabin needs repairs. Air conditioning was broke.
Pros: The historic buildings have been well restored. Interesting to read about the renovations. Pretty restaurant. Decent vegetarian meal options in restaurant.
Cons: Very few staff spoke English. The restaurant staff in particular spoke almost no English. The Jacuzzi was broken during our stay, the steam sauna was being repaired and we had to wait an hour to use it the only day we had two hours of free time. And the staff refused to turn on the sauna before 17.00 saying „it’s not possible“. In every hotel with a sauna we’ve ever stayed at in any country the staff has put the clients first before rigid inflexible rules. The pool is a good size but there was nowhere for me to sit to watch my children. There were pool toys piled on the only available plastic chair.

The rooms are spread over 5 floors, which are all decorated in different colour schemes. Pros: Perfect place, comfy room, nice breakfast.
Pros: Lovely staff and excellent breakfast.
Cons: Room was great and the only thing that disappointed us was lack of the fridge in the room.
Pros: Very good location, pieceful place.
Cons: It would be nice to have a drink in the evening in the hotel or outside (bar was not yet there opened)
Pros: As English folk it would have been nice to make tea/coffee in the room. Only 1 english speaking tv channel-BBC News
Pros: The best breakfast is Poland

Pros: Good breakfast and good location
Pros: Very nice place to spend a night after crossing the border. Use it 5 or 6 times already. Very reasonable price, nice rooms, small but very good and enought-to-eat breakfast.
Cons: church bells, but it is not hotel's fault
Pros: Good welcome Clean tidy Room Great breakfast
Pros: Average (little bit tired) place. Their best days are probably over. Bed was good, lighting sort of good. Location in center city has it advatages and disadvatanges. As well narrow building having interesting architecture details. In center there are couple of restaurants (I would suggest Propaganda for local cuisine and laughtful menu).
Cons: Humidness. Room was strangely moist. Narrow house between another houses prevents natural ventilation. Center square has it own bad influences to well-stay: crowd of noisy people at evening and noisy fontaine (which works until midnight).
Pros: Ideal location for visiting customer and local restaurants. Great value for money. This was my second visit within the last 4 weeks.
Cons: Duvet size on twin beds
Pros: Location is excellent, with parking on the street outside. Even better if you like church bells at 06.30.
Cons: Staff rather un-communicative to the point that they would not even look up or recognise you when you entered the hotel.

Cons: Sleeping right at the train station can be very noisy, even though it is to be expected.
Pros: Yes very good and happy
Pros: If you need to be at station then this is super convenient. And it's surprisely quiet.

Cons: The cleaning of the room could perhaps be inproved.
Pros: Great location, the boat to Elblag canal tour is just around the corner. Breakfast was good.
Pros: The room was okay, but the restroom smelled pretty badly, it was quite hot in the room no air conditioning, at breakfast there was a lack of utenciles/bowls. The experience was okay, the place was comfortable, and nice, would probably stay here again.
Cons: The lack of AC, the breakfast servuce could've been token better care of overall a pretty good experience.
Pros: Very good
Dwór Bieland is a 19th century manor house surrounded by a large park with 2 fish-ponds and many streams. It features elegantly furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LCD satellite TV. All rooms at the Bieland are fitted with a private bathroom and a view of the park. Each has a working area with a desk. Some have a terrace exit and a seating area. Dwór Bieland is located within an 8-minute drive from the strict Elbląg city centre. Malbork and its famous Castle are just 35 km away. Free parking is provided on site.
Pros: The very friendly couple who own the property have renovated this beautiful old Prussian Gutshaus with good sense for its ambiance. A delicious breakfast and other meals are served in a tastefully decorated dining hall. Rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the park, and well maintained. Even though we arrived late in the evening, the owners arranged a wonderful 3-course dinner for us. The location is good for exploring the many historical sites within 100 kms, returning to a peaceful and relaxing residence in the evening.
Cons: It surpassed our expectations.
Pros: very nice tasty breakfast, house has a lovely big park, a pond, big parking space for cars fenced in. good beds slept like a child. lovely renovated former manor. great place to stay if you want to visit beach, elblag canal with boat lift, statthof consentration camp, malborka teutonic fortress is a must to see. if you drive to stegna and further out on peninsula, enjoy krynica morska, you can almost reach the russian border, last stretch by foot (maybe not good idea to push your luck) and from beach on seaside you can see the lights from kaliningrad in horiszon at night.
Cons: no complaints at all, was very enjoyable stay.
Pros: Nothing to like here.
Cons: This was a little motel straight from hell. The couple who run the place for the owner do not want to bother with clients. They have no idea about hospitality. After a long drive, we arrived two hours before check in and were not even allowed to park on the property. We were the only guests there, since obviously nobody picks this place anymore. Completely nothing in the room, no fridge, no teapot/coffee, not even water to drink provided. Musty smell of old museum, squeeky floors and "slip and slide" rug at the bottom of each stairs. One of us fell while caring a luggage down the the stairs. Plenty of cats wondering around so watch out if you allergic . We received accommodations at the top floor/attic which was unbearably hot, so we decided to leave a day early and told the keepers the first morning of our stay. The owner insisted that we pay for the full stay, so we did and the cost was about $200 USD a night, which is outrageous for what we were offered. If this was not sufficient the owner made a nasty remark about one of us going for a cigarette (outside the property). Since smoking on property is prohibited. Hard to believe but we were being watched! If you are for a thrill of a Bates Motel form a Hitchcock movie, you be at home here.
Pros: A perfect hotel and family home of character.
Pros: Historic property and quality hosts
Pros: The building itself and its surroundings are fantastic. All facilities are well-maintained and very comfortable. We did not expect such a great value-for-money ratio!
Cons: There was really nothing we disliked.
Pros: The park is nice, rooms too, not more, not less ...
Cons: For an one-night-stay (and booked with booking com) it is simply the wrong place. They don't like this type of guests and they show it to you quite clearly. (I guess it's too much work in relation to the chargeable amount of money). Breakfast was offered only in two "time-slots": from 8.00 until 9.00 or from 9.00 until 10.00; no "discussion" about 9.30 etc. The staff argued in a way that it seemed they have forgotten who is paying them at the end of the day.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling and hiking. The hotel is 3.6 km from Elbląg Canal, 6.1 km from Lake Drużno and 5.3 km from Elbląg Railway Station.
Pros: Location was beautiful and the whole building and rooms were out of this world
Cons: Nothing - Just wish it was closer to Ireland for another visit
Pros: We chose this hotel because of it’s convenient location on the way to Gdansk. It exceeded our expectations! We were 5 family members and a dog and we all stayed in very comfortable family suite with 5 single beds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Pros: Very nice people, amazing place, excellent breakfast
Pros: Guest house is in a very good condition and clean. We felt very welcome there. We were travelling with a dog, and did not experience any discomfort or restrictions. Breakfast was also very good.
Pros: Service is great in this hotel. We came later in the evening and the hotel organized normal dinner. This is not normal and therefore the hotel is also recommended for Business trips, when you don´t know, when you will arrive. Thank you to the hotel Team.
Cons: WLAN was not working propper
Pros: Great breakfast. Great location.
Pros: Amazing breakfast, good location and clean rooms, everything has multiple choices, good quality. Recommended!

Located in Elblag, Hotel Młyn w Elblągu is a 3-minute drive from Chrobrego Mountain and 8 minutes from St Nicolas Cathedral. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Cons: Had a seat directly beneath the television. Bumped our heads every time we stood up
Pros: Amazing castle with all facilities of top quality
Pros: Good swimming pool and jacuzzi with free towel on demand Great breakfast Elevator from room level to pool level Unlocked TV (HDMI input possible) Fast Wi-fi (40 Mbps download, enough to stream in 1080p) Check-out: just throw room card in the box Working air conditioning Very comfortable bed Quiet location
Cons: Fire doors were held open on my floor (they had "always close" sign on them) Location: 9 minutes from tram stop / 4 minutes from bus stop, Both very infrequently serviced (another bus stop 14 minutes away with pretty frequent service) Maintenance could be improved, e.g. my room had one of the light switch that had to be balanced precisely on the middle or it would kept on. Some furniture had stains on them. Room was pretty quiet but not soundproof. Central vacuum was pretty annoying in early morning hours. The only Jacuzzi was occupied most of my time here, they could add another one.
Pros: Rooms were clean staff really friendly good food and also liked the swimming pool and other facilities :)
Pros: rich breakfast, nice environment, good WiFi, swimming pool with SPA area and other facilities is OK!
Cons: exterior is much better than interior.. heavy traffic in the swimming pool and SPA area..
Pros: Hotel is in an old-style building with a beautiful architecture. It is an old mill, but few years ago was fully reconstructed and refreshed. Room was quite small and dark, but to spend a night was enough. Big bathroom, with a window. I liked the fact that it was possible to rent for free bathrobes and slippers. Tasty breakfast and with nice restaurant for the dinner.
Cons: No kettle in the room and very small TV. Aqua SPA experience was slightly below my expectations, with a quite cold water and with fully occupied saunas. It is because it is also available for people outside the hotel
Pros: Comfortable room. Nice place. Good food
