Friendly staff with clean rooms.
Nice very good standard hotel with nice breakfast, they asked if I would like them to make me an omellete. Staff were very freindly. It's about 10 minute walk from Ogulin train station.
4-Star rating for this hotel is a joke. Hotel was run down, overpriced, and staffed by a bunch of teenagers. Our room was hot and we couldn't get the air conditioning on. I tried front desk... no one there. Finally found a member of teenage staff downstairs having party with friends down in kitchen area. Turns out you have to "request" air conditioning be turned on. When we checked out we discovered that the rate we got through booking.com was higher than the posted rack rates. Place was a rip off.
Personnel exceptionally helpful. Hotel location bast in Ogulin. Hotel is clean and comfortable.
The hotel is very centrally located in the small town of Ogulin. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The Hotel is in a convenient location in the town centre near to the railway and bus stations.
Extremely friendly staff, excellent room, very clean, very nice location, city of Ogulin and its surroundings very nice. Highly recommended Nothing
Staff were friendly clean and tidy close to the Rail Station
full absence or service, from reseption up to a beach.
Luxury, well designed and spacious apartments. Wide range of sport and wellness facilities (tennis, bike, volleyball, water sports, spa..). Numerous and nice indoor / outdoor pools with enough sun beds. Very nice gardens around the new apartment areas. Limited, insufficient number of sun umbrellas at the beach / pools. Some parts of the resort (e.g.: around the tennis courts or around the Spa) are uncared with uncomplete construction areas.
I liked the facilities and did not mind the walk to and from the different areas. The dining room buffet was really good. Baggage service was slow. We had to call twice for baggage pickup upon checkout.
Nature, silence and the most idea of all of that working together with luxury and design. The hotel is not finished yet.
Very nice, beautyfull hotell, perfect spa, good food, excellent view Spa shouldn't be accessible for kids under 16
comfort only. It seems food is good but too expensive. beach is far and a lot of infrastructure work to be done.
novi spa was a beautiful hotel, even though it is still under development there are many things to do and see. the restaurants and bar served lovely food and drinks. i loved the indoor and outdoor salt water swimming pool, everything is state of the art and you feel very special staying there, the rooms are modern and beds very comfy. it was particularly difficult to be served in the bar even though there were only about 10 people there that night. she did however make a-class cocktails that were worth the wait in the end
Spa is very nice and pool, restoran kukuriku and lounge bar, room is also comfortable Many thing, staff is not proffesional, missing staff, confusion every where,
i liked the food, the staff came in really handy when i nned to get help with the local area, and they all treated me and my family like people i wish the hotel was a little more knowledgable about the other areas and where actual sandy/soft beaches were located. and if the website sayd that there is going to be bathroom supplys, to make sure before the guest arrive that there actually is supplys in the rooms.
Best hospitality I have ever experienced. The guest is the main priority in this homely, intimate hotel. For a nominal cost we were cooked a gorgeous 3 course traditional Croatian meal. Not a typical hotel - Japodi manages to combine the atmosphere of a family B&B with the high quality of a hotel. Beautiful surroundings and very close to countless natural attractions. Owners are very helpful in providing information on the area and fascinating anecdotes. topped off by a very friendly and welcoming golden retriever (Don). An unforgettable stay.
Special is the word that comes to mind when we think back on our stay at Agrotourism Japodi. Robert and Jagoda are not only two of the nicest people we've ever met. They are the perfect combination of gourmet cooks, wine and Croatia experts, and just great people. We've never felt more like we were staying with old friends than we did during our stay. The food they cooked was some of the best and freshest we've ever had. The rooms are great and the feel is so comfortable. Sitting and chatting on the big comfy sofas was great. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. We're not big on repeats in our travels, since there is so much in the world to see, but this place and these people are an exception to that. We plan to visit our fiends at Agrotourism Japodi again!
The room was unusually spacious, everything new and modern including the bathroom, all very clean. We arrived late at night and could still check in. Had a nice and filling breakfast downstairs in the cafeteria for 35 HRK extra. Staff spoke English.
Hotel Ravna Gora was met our needs perfectly! The hotel is right off of the highway, so you do not even need to pay the toll to exit. The room was incredibly clean and had a simple but pleasant design. This hotel is perfect for a quick stop while traveling.
The hotel is on the highway, at the Ravna Gora rest area, and thus ideal for a stop-over on a long trip. The building is new and the rooms are simple and clean. The hotel info incorrectly gives the GPS coordinates in the village of Ravna Gora - ignore those coordinates and do not get off at the Ravna Gora exit (if coming from Rijeka)
nice, new hotel, located at Tiffon Gas Station directly on highway A6
