location cleanliness not so good
none! The hotel is very old, it seems like they never changed their furniture! Its completely different than the photos. I believe it does not deserve a 4 star ranking and its so expensive for what they provide. The worst thing was that they did not recognize the on line booking at the beginning.
The hotel is old, they have small old TV, they charge my master card but they don't have the invoice,
it is nere to the shopping aere and the food was good bofea. About the Hotel they have charred me aster money for Efter while oared paid it for breakfast .
not much to like about this hotel. Just fighted for a good discount due to no internet at my room and problems with it in the lobby as well. swimmimg pool and surrounding below any expectations , no internet access and they blame Booking.com for not updating info
Location, location, location Staff is efficient but not affective. Should do more in time management.
Leaving was the best thing. However, the staff were quite friendly and were honestly trying to be professional, but we got the distinct impression they were given very little to work with. The sea views were OK-ish - as long as you kept the windows firmly shut! The price - even for a 'suite' - was absurd for a stay in such a shoddy establishment, especially as breakfast was SR67 pp extra. The decor, Sybil Fawlty would have instantly rejected as way too naff. The rooms were bordering on filthy, with bath/shower facilities more like a 2-star, carpets that had evidentlyly witnessed the reign of at least three Saudi kings, and tatty curtains which reminded us of cheap student bedsits. The claimed WiFi in the rooms was too weak to be picked up by my (new & fairly powerful) laptop, and the AC, while theoretically user-adjustable, remained far too cold for comfort. Buffet dinner turned out to be the scant, cold leftovers from Iftar buffet 3 hours earlier. Overall, a dreadful place!
