Nice situation, by lake in wooded area. Hotel rooms were artistically decorated. It must once have been a lovely hotel. Shabby room and furnishings. No door between bedroom and ensuite toilet/shower area. Note this hotel has no star rating. Restaurant was not open for evening meal.
Very nice accueil, so good breakfast, the same for dinner, you may spend some time with the hotel host in the evening, with a glass of wine The dog is snoring in the night
The house is situated in wooded area in quiet location with lake near the house. You can use the private parking in front of the house. There is a fast internet connection for the free. The house is in rural and provincial style. Friendly owners. Good location to explore the neigbourhood or visiting the Brussel city. No doors between toilet and the room, no english speaking staff. Very soft, small and creaky bed.
Nice area, countryside, very quiet and restful b&b, in front of a small lake in the middle of old trees People should be told in advance that there is no lift, as most rooms are on third floor; not suitable for disabled
A relaxed, friendly welcome in a beautifully converted farm building, plenty of character & interest in a rural setting but convenient for main E42 autoroute through Belgium. Surrounded by donkeys and other animals. No
An excellent bed & breakfast guesthouse: Miguel & Brigitte were very welcoming and made our stay most pleasant. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and would go again. Two flights of stairs up to the rooms could be daunting for anyone with mobility problems.
It is a lovely countryside near other old and quaint towns and villages. It is a farm-like setting with donkeys, peacocks, chickens, and horses. The food was good and they were very flexible about when they would serve. I loved the setting very much. I am a bit of a light sleeper, so I made sure the windows were closed in the morning as the farm sounds would have woke us up earlier than we wanted.
Lovely people, good breakfast, beautiful location, pleasant rooms-if small, very enjoyable stay
The proximity to Jardin Annevoie which was the reason for our booking at Aux Anges. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there as well as the breakfast. Our hosts were very pleasant. The outdoor patio looked very inviting but the weather during our stay didn't entice us on to it. Our room was on the 2nd floor which had a sloped ceiling meaning my husband had to be careful not to bump his head.
Great looking place, very welcoming staff. The back of the B&B has a wonderful small patio with a pond. Rooms look great. GPS had some trouble keeping a signal when approaching due to the steep hill, you might want to be prepared with paper directions/map.
Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast for a really modest price.
