Cons: The buffet was poor and the lighting in the central atrium was not comfortable during breakfast. Furniture and design was good.
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: The girl at the front desk was beyond rude. On her phone constantly and had no customer service. Our room was out dated and sheets were dirty. Pool was dirty and so was the surrounding area of pool.
Pros: The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Would have liked to have a mini-fridge in the room. Could hear a lot of noise from the upstairs room.
Cons: The front desk staff honored non of my request, and the housekeeping staff was very rude, not wanting to give extra towels when asked for. I have stayed at the Hampton before and have never had this problem. Don't know if I will stay again.
It is not worth---- Super 8 is just as good as this rare substandard Hampton Inn. Disaapointing. Never again.
Cons: I was totally dissatisfied with my stay at Hampton Inn Valdosta. The area is bad and the parking lot unsafe. The shower curtain wouldn't close. The AC was not directional. No or very little AC was used in the common areas. Cig smell in my nonsmoking room.
Pros: Great location
Cons: We had NO hot water. Had to take a shower in what felt like ice water.
We had a nice stay in a clean room, went up there to go to the Blue Springs. We have stayed at this Hampton Inn before and that is why we went back. Rooms are always clean and the staff are always nice and helpful. However the reason for us going up there was the Blues Springs and we had told the staff at the check in that is what we were up there for. They didn't mention that the Blue Springs was close due to all the rain up that way for the last three months. We got up on Monday and again stated that we were headed to the Blue Springs no one said anything. Got there and the ranger told us that the springs was closed because they had been flooded out four times in the last couple of months. We could go in and look around but couldn't go in and swim. He also said the bugs were bitting bad too. We ended up walking in and taking a few pictures before we got eaten up. Drove all the way back to the hotel and said something to the girl at the desk about the springs being closed and she said yes I know. My question then was why didn't you tell us that before we drove all the way over there. Well that is what I was thinking in my head. I never said anything to her out loud. Still the hotel it's self was fine and we tried to find something to do. No luck there either. So if your just driving through our you are there on a weekend when the Wild Adventure park is open then this is a good place to stay. It's also a good place to just rest for a night before moving on down the road.
Cons: The food needs improving for their free breakfast.
Overall review was very good. New furniture in the lobby and the eating area. We stay here every year on our way back to Fl.
Pros: The staff and service was very good.
Cons: The carpet needs to be replaced in our room.
Nice hotel and great breakfast. Just a bad experience with the room's maintenance being the door wouldn't lock. I think they just needed a new battery in the door lock?!
Pros: Inside rooms and great breakfast
Cons: The first room we were in had a broken lock on the door so we couldn't lock the door when we would leave!! When they changed our room the second room didn't have a microwave or fridge. Was not pleased with the customer service we received.
I got charged by the hotel because they told me they did not get paid by Priceline. One of the lady (front desk manager) informed me that it was my responsiblity to ensure that Priceline pays them! I showed her a Priceline receipt that I had already paid for the room. She stated that the hotel computer did not reflect this fact. I will be contacting both you (Priceline) and the hotel (again) to rectify this double-billed situation. To add insult to injury, her front desk billing ($ XX) was a lesser amount than the Priceline ($XX) 'deal' that I booked. I will need to be reassured as to WHY I should remain a Priceline customer.
Pros: Room size and cleanliness.
Cons: Front desk staff. Specifically, one lady staff.
shower went from hot to cold. Breakfast was another mess, counters were dirty, toasters were all stuck with bagels and bread, tables were not cleaned. Very disappointed
Cons: no coffee or hot water for tea, smoke smell that they tried to mask. Bathroom floor had dark black hairs on the floor and used washcloth hung on the shower rod. night table was sticky, the air conditioner banged all night long. Didn't get a good nite
We picked this hotel while taking the kids to wild adventures. The staff was friendly, everything seemed very clean. It happens to have many places to eat around it which is good(cracker barrel, pizza hut, wendys, sonnys, chick fila, zaxbys). We usually pick a holiday inn but I found that I liked the hampton inn much better. It rained while we were there so we got to see every inch of the hotel for kids amusement and everything was clean. As I said the breakfast was alot more than you would expect for free breakfast.I was very impressed with make your own waffles.awesome! The fitness area was very nice if you want to workout. All in all I don't see where you could go wrong with this hotel.
Pros: The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly.I loved the free breakfast that had many selections oatmeal, cereal, waffles, yogurt, danish, bagels, fresh fruit, sausage, eggs, potatoes, juices, coffee. And apples and bananas there all day.Nice fitness center.
Cons: Honestly cannot think of anything!

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, not spotless but clean!! The rooms are old but you can tell they are in the process of updating them. We didn't hear a lot of noise and we felt safe. I have paid almost twice as much for similar or even worse accommodations.
Cons: I don't have a complaint, but a complimentary breakfast would be nice!! There are plenty of nearby restaurants to grab breakfast at but it would be a nice touch!!
Pros: Very nice and clean for the price
Cons: Bed was a bit hard but that could just be me

Cons: Why did it have a old tv and the door was hard to lock
Pros: Location, nice staff
Cons: The breakfast was suppose to be from 6am to 9am nothing was ready till 8am.
Cons: This hotel is extremely filthy and outdated.
Cons: Hotel keys was deactivating every few hours and had to keep going back and fwds to the front counter. Some of the light bulbs in room were blown. No iron or ironing board, which u booked a deluxe room so it would have both. No hot water for showering.
Cons: Not enough parking in hotel area
Pros: A view of the woods.
Cons: My bed made a lot of noise. Woke me up during the night several times. I guess the springs were broken. When I woke up in the morning I discovered the hair dryer was broken. The breakfast was the worst of my entire trip.
Pros: Location only. Because it was convenient to my mother's home.
Cons: EVERYTHING! First, the room was half cleaned. The bed sheets were not straight and tight, there were bugs in the room, and to top it all off, the cleaning staff stole my Bluetooth earplugs. I am 100% sure of where I left them & the room wasn't rented.
Pros: the price
Cons: breakfast. Mananger not avalable.
Pros: Location, room and staff.and breakfast.
Cons: Have nothing that I can think of
Cons: Pool way smaller than featured on website, tv's coke in very staticy and only got 4 channels to actually work, staff terrible charged my card twice and could not give discount bc they shut down pool, even though nothing was wrong with pool. Terrible......
If this was the only hotel available I would stay again, but that would be the only reason.
Pros: Location to our desitnation
Cons: Was not clean, had coke bottles in the window seal upon arrival and no clean towels the next day for our 2nd day stay.
