10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about it!! I’ll be back soon 😀
7.0 Good
Cons: I reserved a room at the Marriott Marquis downtown which I have stayed plenty of times in the past, but the most recent experience was horrible. They lost my booking information.i had to re book, froze my debit card. That they ended up charging twice. I used another card and they didn't take out the money until Tuesday. Now my account balance is negative and I have to wait 3-5 days before the money is refunded into my account. Such an inconvenience. All in all I was charged THREE times. It's really sad but I will not be staying here EVER again. Oh and it was me and my wife's anniversary so good job Marriott
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view. The room. The staff. The scenery. The location. The pictures on the website are actually what the hotel looks like.

The shower handle was broken and while in the shower my husband and I was burned because the handle was lose and fall to extreme hot water while we were showering. I reported this to the manager and nothing was done.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The bed and pillows were my only excitement of my stay being that I’m 9 months pregnant !
Cons: Staff was very rude including the manager he stated whether something was posted or not it’s the rules after his director just told me it was CLEARLY posted (No floats) not to mention that it’s 8am and we are the only ones here and last night no rules were enforced what so ever guest were carrying bottles around drinking straight from the them and poring shots down each others mouth smoking marijuana girls were dancing on guys faces while my 9 yr old was asking numerous questions about this behavior and there was even a guest smoking a cigarette in the elevator I honestly feel like we were being attacked I brought my kids out and rented a room for them to swim and enjoy some time out apparently it all went wrong and it was the worst stay ever!!! Pros: Beautiful lobby, room and amenities
Cons: Nothing to mention
7.0 Good
Pros: Perfect location.
Cons: Two of the pillow cases had someone's makeup on them--they weren't clean. In the middle of the night, when no one was moving, the motion lights repeatedly came on. Critters? Malfunction? Woke me up. Should've blocked them with dirty pillows.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: location

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool area.
Cons: There was nothing not to like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff and hotel. Many thanks. It's one of my favorites.
Cons: no
6.0 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the view. I liked that they had security. The location is great.
Cons: I found hair in my shower. I didnt like that they took a $50 dollar per day deposit. Most hotels just keep your card for incidentals but this one charges your card $50 per day up front then tells you they're going to refund anything left. No bueno. What if I was on a strict travel budget. I expected it to be a little more lavish than it was. If the restaurant and bar were open, I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise, but this hotel is average at best. The energy here seems sketchy, like a lot of high grade prostitution probably goes on here. And when I first got there my room smelled stuffy. It just wasnt for me. But again, the bed was comfy. And it seemed to be very clean and fresh. Also, I thought there was going to be a microwave in this room, and there wasnt.

Cons: Self parking was a nightmare. Key exit did not work the whole trip and it took anywhere from 2 - 5 minutes for someone to respond to open the gate
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing really. Its old and needs to be updated.
Cons: Old needs to be remodeled. Electrical components falling out of wall sockets.

Cons: The room was very dated and not four stars. Loud traffic noise couldn't sleep. Sunday went down for a coffee barrister was very rude. First driver took us to galleria and did not pick us up. We had to take a cab back after waiting 45 minutes.
1.0 Poor

Cons: I didn't like that room service came to my room after 11 pm, the breakfast was too high and not good. I also didn't like that i didn't have a microwave in my room and my frig was full of items to charge me for.

Pros: Location
Cons: Pool was close during corona
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The nice helpful folks
Cons: Bathroom a lil smalll
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Parking situation is terrible, not to mention the payment machine was broken and made our stay non desirable from the start. Somehow we ended up with a handicap room, which we did not need and did not book. Hotel would not reassign us to a regular room. Pool, bar and restaurant were all closed. Just not a great experience all around!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Great Location
Cons: It’s highly overrated, and over night parking is 40.00 per car, and if you planned on leaving/exiting frequently or more than once unfortunately it’s a must. No belt hops Nothing was open; room service, kitchen or pool etc. (We will charge that to CORONAVIRUS) Should have stay at LA QUINTA or DURAY For price and tbh only stayed here because St Regis had no availability.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The decor
Cons: The staff was awful
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Pool closed, room hot, impossible to get toilet paper.
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel amenities were fine, by and large. The location is excellent for shopping, of course.
Cons: Ah, let me count the ways: - There’s some sort of disconnect over self parking, which results in a higher/incorrect(?) charge for already expensive parking. Notably, using the app-and-text method results in a different charge than if one uses the parking machine in the parking garage. Because parking is managed by a third-party, there’s no recourse, at least not an easy one, for any charge adjustment. - Repeatedly, they were deficiencies with the breakfast experience. Of course it’s not included, but that’s not an issue. Instead, on several days items that were listed on the menu were not available thanks repeatedly, they were deficiencies with the breakfast. Of course it’s not included, but that’s not an issue. Instead, on several days items that were listed on the menu were not available (eg, croissants, other breakfast breads). Hardly catastrophic. Far worse, though, was that my significant other was not served adequately or treated with appropriate respect when she ordered breakfast: The coffees were a third under-filled, a request was needed to top them off; the breakfast tacos were tossed up (served) on the bar some distance from her; she was simply told that there were no breakfast breads when she attempted to order them, with that explanation or apologies; and was told she could not pay with cash or credit card, but only a room charge, without explanation. Her suspicion was that she was not treated particularly deferentially because she was not yet dressed for the day; a businessman being served concurrently was treated much more respectfully and deferentially than was my guest. - There were overcharges on the room bill, which required correction at check out. Of course, the “convenience fee“ for the area shuttle bus was neither needed nor welcome. - No one inquired about how we enjoyed our stay, or sought any feedback, including at checkout. - There was a good bit of noise from adjacent rooms, as well as quite a bit of street noise in our (8th floor) room. Although the room was generally clean, the towels were not absorbent. We joked they seemed “coated in Scotchguard”. - The public-area bathrooms in the lobby were not clean or well stocked, and the sink in one of the bathrooms didn’t work at all. - Finally, we sometimes experienced that special arrogant hauteur that staff sometimes affect in high-end hotels. Instead of being generally warm, friendly, and helpful, several times staff seemed curt and uninterested in assisting us. Certainly never welcome.
5.0 Okay
Pros: No
Cons: Location
4.0 Okay
Pros: Didn’t eat breakfast, too expensive
Cons: They didn’t have the room I originally booked , I was told the hotel was overbooked & I had to settle for an accessible room on a lower floor , it was my anniversary so that was devastating!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to where I needed to be.
Cons: I only used the hotel to shower and sleep. Did not have time to check out the bar, pool, or restaurant.

Great overall vibe. Our friends had a small but well-apportioned corner room with windows on two full sides and an amazing 20th floor view. Pros: Daniel at the front desk was exceptional!! He was so helpful with everything I needed including trying to get my phone service and Wi-Fi set up, he was extremely cordial and welcoming. I could not have asked for a better assistance and service at the front desk.
Cons: I didn’t like that there was no way for me to make myself a cup of tea or hot chocolate late at night or in the wee morning hrs.
5.0 Okay
Pros: There is nothing special about this hotel except that you can get there by subway from the airport. The price you pay for that is way too much.
Cons: This is an expensive hotel. I realize that the Covid-19 issue has caused a change in certain amenities. But it is absolutely ridiculous that this hotel does not have significant dining choices available. It does not have room service. You must order your food and stand there (no where to sit while you wait) until it is ready, at which point you take it up to your room and eat it. And there really is no good spot to sit and eat it in your room. There is no desk type area to sit at, which is ridiculous since everyone is using the internet for something. And by the way, this hotel does not have free internet. Every hotel I have every stayed at in the last 10 yrs. has free internet. And the bottle of water in the room ?? It cost $5.00 if you want to drink it. Which you will, since the vending machine is completely empty out in the hallway.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I needed a quiet place to study for exams. This location was excellent. In addition, there were multiple restaurants just steps away. The breakfast was thoughtfully arranged with a nice variety of options; the seating was adequate for the number of guests in attendance.
Cons: The only recommendation I have is to keep up the great work! The property is well-maintained, the employees are friendly and helpful; the rooms are well-appointed. Well done!

Cons: The mattress wasn't quite as comfy as the one I slept on at a different La Quinta suite in Houston some months ago, but it was OK.
