3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The bakery items were recycled for at least 3 days. Staff were courteous, polite & trying to be helpful.
Cons: Cleanliness was POOR. Maintenance was NON_EXISTENT. I was charged even before I could check-in and it was explained as being merely a "Hold".
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We love the location and have stayed here several times.
Cons: This is something small but there was a desk chair in the room we stayed in, that really needs to be replaced, it really takes away from the room, but overall everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything except for below.
Cons: Wish the bathtub was a little deeper
6.0 Good
Pros: the staff
Cons: too far from the airport XNA and the drive was on a back road and it had too many curves and dips.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about our stay was good. Nice and clean room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk people very nice and very helpful.
Cons: AC is a little noisy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Facilities were beautiful and breakfast was wonderful.
Cons: I mistakenly booked a king suite for 3 adults and 2 children. The desk would not even entertain the idea of helping me by switching a room. Reason was she said we booked thru a third party, yet you still got payed! Won’t stay in a hotel that isn’t willing to help families out, especially in a mistaken situation, we just wanted a room with 2 double beds.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Rust all over marks all over the halls
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located to the U of A. Rooms were clean and check out/in was easy.
Cons: King bed was a bit too hard for my liking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing!! Spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was already set comfortably!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the roominess of the space, I am uncomfortable in small spaces. The bathroom was larger than normal, so my husband was pleased with that and the full kitchen. Having a full couch was a plus.
Cons: The hot water side of the sink was leaking and I put some a pair of shorts on the counter and they were totally soaked. I was unware of the leak until it was too late. I did report this leak to the front desk, I am talking about Room 203. Hopefully, this leak will be fixed before the next customer stays in the room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room size was amazing. I loved having a ceiling fan in the room. The beds were fairly comfortable. The bathroom was great and the towels were wonderful. All in all it was fantastic. I will definitely be booking here again!
Cons: It needed more and fluffier pillows

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully restored, lovely large rooms, beds, linens and super comfortable bedding.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were large and well appointed. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Carnall Hall is a perfectly renovated women’s dorm at the edge of the University of Arkansas Campus. It was built in the early 1900’s and is named for the first University of Arkansas female professor. It is very close to downtown and the Walton Arts Center. It does have a very good restaurant and a very nice bar. The atmosphere is elegant, but not too dressy. A wonderful place to relax.
Cons: I can’t think of one thing that could have been better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's charming and comfortable! It has a nice morning coffee and tea service.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. Literally 100 yards from where my name was etched in the sidewalk as an Arkansas graduate. Bed and bedding was VERY comfortable. Remarkable building seeing how its over 100 years old. Loved the history of the building in photo's in the 1st floor hall.
Cons: The room did not have enough overhead lighting. One window had no covering which meant early morning light lit the room very early. You will grow old waiting to use the elevator.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location staff very nice food good
Cons: Our room was small. But clean

Cons: AC unit was noisy but it kept the room cool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great! I always, always enjoy the stay at the Hampton Inn because it is a quality hotel with exceptional service. My dream home aaway from home.
Cons: The day that I got there, it was raining. The next day during the morning it rained as well. I had no frowns on my face because it didn't create a leak or puddle in my room, but only limited my outdoor activities.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a very typical Hampton Inn. The room was clean and up to date. Staff was efficient and breakfast was good.
Cons: No
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Convenience Sofa in room
Cons: Ac could have been better Felt damp all the time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for a University visit. Very cordial staff. Always friendly, helpful. Sweet cleaning staff. Great breakfast.
Cons: Can't think of anything. Oh, maybe the pool being indoors, however, I'm sure it is indoors because of location. Just never a fan of indoor pools.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Close to work
Cons: Housekeeping did not clean my room the whole 3 days i was there. I had to go to front desk after work and ask for linens. And for the trash to be taken out.for ----a night i was expecting better service.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was terrible, the worst was the eggs - funny taste, undercooked? Spices? The fresh fruit was terrible; fresh fruit was obviously old and past its expiration date. The tub in room would not drain fast enough so while showering the tub would fill up with shower water - gross. The mini fridge wasn't cold enough and trying to adjust temperature was useless since the temp knob wasn't working. Wanna call the front desk?? Had to dial desk multiple times in order to talk to someone. Called 4 times only to get answering machine. Finally got a staff member during 5th phone call. Tried to go downstairs to complain about mini fridge and tub but there was no one at front desk. Waited over 5 minutes then gave up (I have better things to do than wait around for someone. Btw I was not the only person that went up to desk and gave up after a few minutes). There was no call bell or other phone number to call especially since Front desk phone wasn't being answered in a timely manner in the first place. The only good thing was when I initially called (5 times total) to tell front desk lady that mini fridge was not cold and there was water under it and on carpet. She quickly gave us a new room. She apologized and was nice about it but new room had all the above issues.
Cons: See above review.
4.3 Okay
Pros: I suppose the location. After that first nightmare might and then the clerk raising his voice at me, it's hard to be positive. We always choose Hampton inn. Doubt we will again.
Cons: Sheet and mattress pad had lost elasticity. We slept much of the night on bare mattress. I requested next morning to have them changed. The desk clerk, Ron, actually put his hands up within a foot of my face and was very rude. I asked to see the manager and was told he would not return for several days. The breakfast chafing dish was empty and had to wait. How can we get a refund for the first night? The bedding was changed out and was comfortable last night. We are in our 70s. My husband has cancer. This was supposed to be fun but it was not. Please advise!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Breakfast food could have been of better quality
5.8 Okay
Pros: it was near my destination
Cons: hard to navigate the traffic/directions to and from the hotel if you are not a local

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, economical. Everything met our expectations. This is not a 5-star hotel, but it doesn't skew expectations, either. It was perfect for what we wanted.
Cons: Remote didn't work for TV was our only complaint.

Cons: The help couldn’t keep up with the breakfast crowd.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: staff security
5.5 Okay
Cons: Booked a King but given a queen. Night staff was unfriendly
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The check-in receptionist was friendly and competent. For my review of the breakfast, see next question.
Cons: The breakfast was the worst I have had at any restaurant in many years. The scrambled eggs were egg substitutes, not real eggs, and they were barely warm. There was a waffle-making station, but no waffle mix left. The orange juice tasted like water, almost no pastries left (we ate at 8 a.m., well within the "6 - 9" breakfast time), and the only plastic silverware visible were the knives - forks and spoons were out. Evidently the front desk receptionist was also supposed to take care of the breakfast area, but that person was gone from both places for 15 or 20 minutes at least. That tells me the hotel was understaffed for that time of day. We ended up going to a local restaurant to have breakfast. For this reason and the room rate, I probably would not stay at this hotel again, There are plenty of other hotels in NW Arkansas.
7.0 Good
Pros: Was very nice breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice! Even had a laundry available. Definitely recommend.
Cons: Not a thing!

Cons: Hot tub was broke
6.8 Good
Cons: A/C wasn't working very well and we spoke to staff on the phone to see if we could check in before 3pm and they weren't very helpful
6.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Handicap accessible features were well thought-out.
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable. Outdoor basketball court (which was right outside our window) is open until 11pm. So, if you have an early morning or like to go to bed early, definitely look elsewhere. The 11pm rule was not enforced, and the players were even louder in the hallways once they came inside.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was SO much better than other places......even a veggie scramble.......and I am a coffee snob. I grind my own beans each morning so it was not THAT wonderful, but it came close. Usually at the breakfast of other places, I taste, then throw out the coffee.
Cons: I do believe I liked it all.

Pros: Front desk staff was very nice at check out. He even let us go ahead to breakfast several minutes before it opened, since we had somewhere to be.
Cons: We wanted to reserve a room where four adults could sleep in one room, but we're told this was not possible at this location.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Basketball court and mini putt was amazing feature. Breakfast was awesome. Suite was more than expected. It had silverware, cooktop, dishes, large fridge, everything. Residence covers all the details. My favorite hotel of 2018!!!!
Cons: The lady tried to close down breakfast at 915. There were 10 people in line waiting on waffles. She barely spoke english, and kept saying "no more" in her mean grandma voice. We're like lady its 915. You cant bring out more mix. Its just water and flour. Finally the lady at the front desk mixed us up some and all was well, but jeez grandma... we just want waffles.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel is under major renovation. It was loud, had no official entrance. I had a non renovated room and it had lots of little holes and chips in the paint. My shower would not drain. I tried to move the stopper several times and it did not work. gross
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really cool, trendy hotel. Room was updated.
Cons: Lots of construction going on. Also the room didnt have a microwave or small fridge. Those are handy to have with kids.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Big room, good shower.
Cons: Is remodelación time, too noisy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Faculty was friendly.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location is very central to downtown Fayetteville
Cons: There was a lot of construction: the pool was closed, and despite being told there would be no construction on Saturday, we were woken at 7am from drilling
7.5 Good
Cons: I booked a room for my 90 year old mother-in-law, who needs a walker to walk. I specified an handicapped accessible room, and even came in and talked to the desk to specify it needed to have a walk-in shower. She was given a room that had plenty of room for a wheelchair, a nicely low bed, but a shower in the bathtub she could not use. How can a room be handicapped accessible if the person cannot get into the shower? The addition of a sliding shower chair might have made this usable. All our efforts to find her a suitable room in the hotel failed.
4.5 Okay
Cons: it was undergoing a remodel and I was not told-would have stayed somewhere else.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Massive construction, don't book now until complete
5.5 Okay
Cons: It’s under renovation with no warning
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The price was wonderful.
Cons: Room was noisy in that I could hear the neighbors. Also the fan on the ac did not have a constant run setting. This helps me to sleep.
7.5 Good
Pros: The view
Cons: That’s I was lock out of my room for like a hour because the kept trying to give me keys to get them but I had to keep going down 15 floors and they didn’t work I set my plans back about an hour and I was very frustrated that nobody came up to the floor to actually help I had to keep traveling 15 floors down and 15 floors up
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Despite the construction, staff member did everything to accommodate my staff which included upgrading my room to an executive king suite.
