Pros: Clean, modern,
Pros: Very good location on the Jucar River with nearby public park. The setting is at the bottom of a canyon at the top of which sits an 11th c. Castle; the houses of the town spill down the hill from the castle to the river, and the rocks look like layers of sponge cake riddled with caves. Convenient parking nearly at the door of the hostal.
Pros: a very good breakfast considering the sum paid. Dinner was also excellent. more a three star hotel than a Hostal.
Cons: everything was great
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The hostal was in an excellent location in a beautiful picturesque village. The room was large and very comfortable. There was a big balcony with furniture and a lovely view of the castle. The bathroom was large and clean. The air con was very efficient and the WiFi good in all areas. The food in the hotel was good and well priced.
Cons: The only slight point I would make is that though the breakfast was good and plentiful it was exactly the same each of the 3 mornings we were there.
Pros: Enjoyed the breakfast and the location of the hostal is perfect. Some great wine producing areas to explore and interesting villages also.
Cons: Nothing to dislike whatsoever, some perhaps would like a cooked breakfast ?
Pros: Position and the room
Cons: Breakfast could be better.

Pros: Very modern, clean and in a stunning location.
Cons: No shade on balcony/ terrace. Full sun all afternoon so couldn’t sit outside. An umbrella would make a huge difference. We paid more for a Spa Hotel, but it was an extra €20 per person just to enter the spa, and use the pool and sauna, for 1 hr and 1/2. Very steep! No drawers at the side of the bed, only 3 in the room. 3 hangers each. It was a good job we were only staying 2 nights. No shelf to put toiletries etc. Very modern with the sink in the room, rather than in the bathroom. But nowhere to put things. A small shelf at the side of the sink, under the hairdryer, would be great. It wouldn’t cost much per room, to add on what I’ve commented about, but would make a huge difference.
Pros: Breakfast was OK not the 'fantastic breakfast' that we had read up on! But adequate. A little disappointing, but did not spoil the experience. A very good hotel location wise and offered a good place for our stay in Alcala de Jucar. Would we return .. YES. Loved the outside space, and the hotel was extremely good, great pool.
Cons: We understood the reception would speak English - not on our visit, but we managed with Spainish. Could be a little different for people that do not understand Spanish.
Pros: Hotel is clean and the view from its restaurant is very good.
Cons: The air-conditioner did not function very well.
Pros: Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location
Cons: Only the pillow - which was too firm for me. Otherwise it was perfect.
Pros: Very comfortable. Helpful staff. Good location. Clean.
Cons: Breakfast very limited.
Cons: Breakfast and staff
Pros: Great terrace attached to the suite. Very comfortable bed. Lovely staff and very nice pool area
Pros: Facilities and the outside area was very nice. The pool situated close to the river and many big trees made it feel like a green oasis. Staff was nice and breakfast terrific with many alternatives.
Cons: We chose to eat dinner at the hotel. Sitting at the terrace was great, but the food was not that impressing. Unfortunately we struggled with the language and there was some misunderstanding.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly, and always remembered us and our room number but make sure you speak enough Spanish to get through the reception process. The spa was incredible.
Cons: There were some ants in the room. The minimalist design was beautiful, but lacked functionality at times (no place to put the soap on the sink, not enough storage for clothes etc)
With a stay at XUQ Grupo de Alojamiento Turístico in Jorquera, you'll be 13.7 mi (22 km) from Roman Bridge and 13.7 mi (22.1 km) from Church of San Andres. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Views. Charming interior. Very kind and helpful owners.
Pros: Fantastic location - and a small apartment comprising 3 conjoined caves, well fitted out and charming. A beautiful terrace area surrounded by greenery and views of the gorge. Temperature was stable and air was fresh inside the caves. An outstanding experience and different.
Cons: Ask the owner for directions - we didn't have any except the address which was misleading to Google and us. Once we had directions it was easy. In our apartment, HÖHLE, there is NO WIFI. At all. So just plan on a peaceful technology free experience. Bring your own food and drinks as none is available on sites. It's an 18km drive each way to Alcalá del Júgar. The water is safe to drink but I didn't like the taste.
Pros: The quietness , if you want to get away from everything for a short break this place is ideal so tranquil . No traffic or any noise at all . When we entered our studio the table was laid with cakes etc and a candle and a bottle of complimentary wine ,very clean , very different . Our hosts were very helpful . Will definitely recommend to others . Hope to return .
Cons: No Wi Fi , no phone signal or very difficult to get . Maybe a problem for some but it all added to the laid back atmosphere . Definitely need Tom Tom to get there really off the beaten track . Not recommended for elderly or infirm , some very high rock / steps inside and out .

Pros: Unexpected sunny terrace in the morning and evening. Lovely large space and amazing location. Wanted to go and explore straight away but also felt at home and could easily stay for several days in this property.
Cons: All good. No bread knife!

Pros: Extremely clean, comfortable and polite helpful owner. Extremely good value for money - If English - he even had Tea!!!! Breakfast continental type but I am sure if you asked for something else he would supply it. Toasted cheese and ham sandwich for lunch when we arrive (3 euros I think) - well worth it - very tasty!
Cons: Cant think of anything
Pros: The room was a bit spartan but clean and beds were fine. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food selection was not rich but tasty and fresh. We spent one night here and found it satisfying. It was worth the price.
Cons: The heater (heating/cooling A/C) started with difficulty. The shading of room lights was quite unpleasant
Cons: For the price it was very good value room cvery cllean could have done with another bedside table owner very pleasent
Cons: Check in said 1pm. We arrived after 2 to find the room not ready but they did it immediately while we went for a walk.
Pros: Quite friendly, flexible and helpful staff. The room and place in total was quiet. Unexpectedly clean bathroom! for such crappy room. Relatively close to the center.
Cons: The room had some mold and smelled moisty. I reserved the room for 3 people, but the third bad was kind of for kids, not comfortable enough. For the price/quality relation it's Ok, but the breakfast was poor
