Pros: Very very good location. I studied there and I know what a good location in Rouen is. From our room we had a view to Palace Justice. 10 minute walk from train station and walking distance to any sightseeing in Rouen. Room was nice and clean. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend to others with limited budget.
Cons: No elevators. Reception desk doesn’t works 7/24, though it was not a problem for us.
Pros: The location is fantastic - right in the middle of the historic city centre and opposite the stunning Court of Justice, one of the most beautiful late medieval structures anywhere. The hotel building, from the same period, is quaint and charming. As things go in France, the breakfast was above average.
Cons: The wifi did not work properly (save in the staircase, not the most convenient of options...) and the room furniture was very flimsy indeed and certainly not 'design', as rather boldly stated. No staff on location on a Sunday night - all I got was a room key, in sharp contrast with the services mentioned on the web.
Pros: Very well placed in the center of the old town, behind Palace de Justice, a short walk from Cathedral and metro stop. Clean modern room in a nice old building. Very good price.
Cons: Rooms at second, third and fourth floor without elevator and narrow staircase. Good only for people travelling light. No reception when the bar below is closed. No WiFi in my room even if a router was in the corridor, but good in the bar. Some small maintenance problems
Located in the heart of Rouen's historical centre, Les Initiés is just a 10-minute walk from Rouen-Rive-Droite Train Station and 1.9 miles from Kindarena Stadium. Hôtel Les Inities is just 493 feet from the Gros-Horloge and a 5-minute walk from the Notre-Dame Cathedrale. It is an ideal base to explore the historic capital city of Normandy.
Pros: It was right for 4 adults but generally acceptablr
Cons: There are openings in the swinging doors to the shower area that created a problem with privacy. We had two teenage girls and two men.

Pros: We loved the breakfast which was included in our hotel price. The breakfast room and incredible fresh foods, choice of coffee, fresh fruit and service were the best I've experienced. We stayed four nights and breakfast each day was a highlight.
Cons: I was very upset as this should be rated as a two star hotel. The building, the elevator, the entrance, the hallways, the rooms, the service, the amenities were two star. I was going to call to complain but we were on holiday and I decided to write.
Pros: Location; size of room; cleanliness
Cons: breakfast too expensive
Room was somewhat small and only marginally met the 'superior room' qualifications for which an extra 40 Euros were charged.
Pros: Near the Cathedral
Cons: Finding how to get to the on-site parking garage by GPS was essentially impossible. Direction need to be provided on the hotel's website. Too many pedestrian-only and bus-only streets that GPS does not fully recognize.

Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out L'Auberge du Plateau, which serves French cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. Other highlights include a terrace and a garden, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Cons: Basic bordering on frugal. Food was below average, certainly not gourmet.
Pros: The breakfast was very good indeed
Cons: It was like a motel. No-one was in on the day we arrived, and we had to use a previously emailed code on an entrance door combination lock. Our keys were left out on the reception desk, and we saw no staff at all until breakfast the following day. The restaurant was advertised as of high quality, and this contributed to our choice of hotel. However, the restaurant was closed, even though menus were visible at the entrance gateway and within the hotel itself. We had to go to a local creperie to have a less than satisfactory meal, and this was a very disappointing outcome. The rooms were adequate only, and the overall cost was equal to that paid in Bayeux the previous night in the Novotel Hotel, which was luxurious by comparison.
Pros: nice place overall, pretty hotel, not far from seine, etretat and seine-maritime tourist spots. good breakfast.
Cons: watch out when wind turns - refinery fumes rather ruin the ambience. gravenchon has very little to do wrt food, bars etc.
Pros: good breakfast - pity it's not included though - clean rooms - good location for seeing the seine valley, upper normandy and the odd trip to rouen.
Cons: premier rooms are pricey - oil refinery is a bit of a surprise and a bit noisy at night despite being quite a way off. not much wrong with the place though.
Pros: Good sized room; pleasant immediate surroundings
Cons: The restaurant was closed during our visit (no advance warning given) The proximity of a large oil refinery would have put us off if we had known about it, although it had no impact on the hotel or our stay
Cons: no evening meals even though we requested them in our booking, restaraunt closed sat&sun

Pros: This place is very quaint. It is in a great location next to the cathedral and is clean and comfortable despite being obviously very old (and by that I don't mean worn down - I mean that you can tell the building has been there forever but it is well taken care of). There is a nice court yard/patio with a very friendly cat and a nice breakfast. Would stay there again 100%
Cons: The key system is a little old, other than that, everything is great!

Pros: The owner was really friendly and his hospitality was excellent. Fresh croissants for breakfast and plenty of bread etc. Lovely setting and well signposted. Good sized room for a family. Good location for a stop over on way to ferry port.
Cons: The room could have been cleaner, bathroom was clean but round the edges of the carpet could have been cleaner and although no smoking the room smelt of cigarettes and there were cigarette burns on bedding and carpets.
Pros: Nice situation in lovely countryside with fantastic views. Fairly basic room but ideal for short stay, we had a fridge in the room which was very welcome. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
Pros: Good value. Spacious room, morelike small apartment with TV and fridge. Stairs ok for our under age 10 kids. Well signposted from road.Good apartment for looking around Rouen. Would use again.
Cons: Quite difficult to find the area of Rouen it was in. We needed a code to get in the grounds and we could only get throught the gate initially by waiting for another car to come out!
Pros: Great owner - a real character and very helpful. The hotel is very unusual consisting of several small chalets well out of town on the top of a hill with good views. Lots of donkeys and horses nearby. Very basic and simple but clean and fine for an overnight stop on the way to the ferries. Several restaurants in the local shopping mall nearby which were fine (c2 miles away). Very good rates.
Cons: The code to get in was wrong and could not get hold of anyone to get in for 30 mins - had to climb over gate in end.
