Pros: The location is great
Cons: Pool was filthy and beverages expensive
Pros: Room No.2
Cons: Lazy camping is no-go for the cost
Pros: Location is very nice, and the staff is friendly and kind, but not qualified.
Cons: The management of the hotel is terrible. The provided services are very poor, with the only aim to save money and without interest to the quality. They are only interested at your payment (that is very expensive), without paying attention to the level of the services and the quality. Try to find other options, otherwise you have to accept big prices for low quality.
Pros: The restaurant Africano chef went well above & beyond, the food was made of our taste ,the service was second to none as all the staff were friendly & keen to help.
Cons: In the bathroom the ventilation was slightly poor,& there no hand towels
Pros: The welcome was excellent with clean towels and juice Due to easter there was a nice live band The desserr buffet was amazing. Too much to choose from. Good location for the boat trip.to the falls and access to the game drive network.
Cons: The swimming pool was not very clean. The gym was very small with only.three machines. They could.relocate so you have a better view while working out. No wifi in the room and very slow at the reception area
Cons: No Internet, mosquitos in the room, very expensive
Pros: The location is great as you are close to one of the greatest parks in Uganda if you go on a boat trip to the falls go in by boat and back by car that way the trip is great the food is very good
Cons: the view from the hotel and the room was obstructed by trees would be better if they keep them short no money exchange in the hotel, all in Ugandan shilling buying diesel can also not be payed in dollar
Pros: Location, staff, and the view were really good
Cons: Food wasn’t good at all, we have paid for full board though we had to pay extra for the coffee and soft drinks. We have paid extra money for a room with AC but the AC was working 50% of the time Woke up early in the morning and hole-ways were super dark
Pros: Fantastic views all round. Staff are very caring and helpful
Cons: There’s no WiFi in the rooms- only in common areas. The room had only 2 electric sockets which makes charging all equipment overnight tricky.
Pros: The friendliness of workers to be in particular Ivan a beverage supervisor if I haven't forgotten. He was so lively
Cons: Non accessibility of the room before 1:00ocklock is a bit disturbing in managing a One's day time
