We had a nice sunny room. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping from the Hotel and enjoyed a dinner and the buffet breakfasts. no
Visited Formula 1 in Spa Belgium
The heat was ok. The breakfast was excellent
Food was excellent, good wine list, friendly and efficient service. Also liked the restaurant opening times, which allowed us a lot of flexibility i.e. breakfast available from very early till mid-morning, dinner from early evening until quite late. Possibility to eat out on the terrace. Ideal location for touring north Eifel region.
Room cleanliness, sauna facilities, friendly staff The heating in the room did not work very well and it started to freeze outside. Also, on the first evening we had to have dinner where all the clients smoked. For non-smokers it is rather a put off.
The staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and airy. The restaurant on site was very good. No
We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was great. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. There was a band playing in the room that we ate in and they were very good, very contemporary, very talented. The breakfast, which was included, was the typical German hotel breakfast, and it was very good.
Food menu is good, food & service are very good. Staff are very pleasant and speak very good English. All in all a good hotel to have a short break. A bit of a walk from the town.
great food, huge room strange room division and old furniture, no instruction on arrival.
really friendly staff! Spa/sauna open even at 21u and as long as you like. Good breakfast, many options (bread, yoghurt, eggs, jam, and so on). not really
Very affordable & comfortable Gasthof type hotel. Spacious rooms & large elegant dining room with great views & large outside balcony/eating area. Menu is varied and all meals were delicious. Great for singles & families. Short drive to Eifel National Park. Had much difficulty locating the hotel - on a residential cul-de-sac on the edge of town/On a hill and must go thru a few interconnecting streets before finding the actual street holding the hotel. Poor direction hotel signage in the main town and the road out of town.
Sauna was small but pleasant. Meals were good and staff was friendly. The Wifi was not available because only the wife of the owner had the passport and she was ill. Quite unprofessional.
A comfortable Hotel, convenient for our trip. Located in a quiet housing estate, and easy to locate. No
The food at this hotel was excellent. Very rural locaition no local shops or bars only the hotel. hotel bar resturant closed on tuesdays so can be a pain.
Management was extremely friendly. They spoke perfect English. I was informed of the clocks changing 1 hour forward, and made dinner (salad, pasta dish with Apfelshorle) since I was not going to eat breakfast in the morning, which was included with the room price. Front desk host showed me to my room and showed me where to leave in the morning. I paid for my hotel room after being served dinner so I could leave extra early before check-out was allowed the next day. Hard to navigate in the parking lot at night/in the early morning since there were no lights except the motion light on the side of the building leading to the parking lot/towards the front of the hotel.
Great breakfast, nice staff
Nice place but far away from everything
Kindness of employees and moderate prices They relatively speak only German, little English and no French....
Not very friendly, room was not clean, beds are not confortable at all.
I used the hotel for a weekend visit to the nurburgring WSBK meeting and found it an excellent place to stay. Great meals ( you must try the steak ), a good breakfast set me up for the day.The owner allowed me to park my motorcycle in their rear garden and made me an early breakfast on race day which allowed me to get to the track in good time via some great roads which added to the experiance. The room was clean and comfortable and after a days racing a few beers etc what more could a motorcyclist want ?
