They’re is rabbits and a cat living on the property, it’s my highlight!!
Poor bed, mattress on the floor, dirty shower and washroom, no doors in the rooms so no privacy at all, way too expensive for what it is... the location is far from everything... Jason the owner is great, thank you!!

Jessen (the owner) is a really nice guy who is always around to help you, he gives you really good tips (activities, restaurants, etc.) and takes good care of all his guests I liked the location of the guesthouse because you are right in the centre of the town (shops, restaurants, bus station, ATM are close by) and you can still relax in the garden (in one of the hammocks) without hearing any sounds from outside Loved the rabbits! I would recommed this guesthouse to everybody, felt welcomed right from the beginning and hope to come back some day!

Jessen, the host, is extremely welcoming and knows so many tips and tricks for Sri Lanka! He made me feel very comfortable and suggested some great activities! Couldn't recommend this place enough.

The owner is really kind and made our visit to Kalpitiya worthwhile! He made a lot of great suggestions for our trip and he took us on a great jungle tour. The room itself was nice and cosy.
