Perfect place to stay in Kaprun, I recommend it for couples. BTW there is Shataf for arab people. All thanks to Joseph and his family for the great welcoming and service.

First, I loved the location at the beginning of Kaprun and behind it located the Roll coaster and the kids play area. The apartment was huge and had amazing view of the mountain and the cable car going to up of the mountain. The Staff were amazing and super friendly. Thank you Barbara!

The facility has a great location and a big room size. The lady in the reception was friendly and answered our questions.
We arrived at 3pm and they didn’t check us in till 4. The lady who checked us in wasn’t so welcoming. I don’t think it was her job as we arrived at the reception and no one was there and they called someone from the restaurant to check us in. The room wasn’t very clean and it was in the basement we were expecting a nice view but no. And it was hot since there is no AC.
