Nice room and attentive staff, Breakfast included No safe in room
Can't say enough about this hotel. Fantastic!!! Everything exceeded our expectations!!! Will make a point to stay here again when in the area. No complaints.
Nice beds to sleep on and very courteous staff . Easy to find location and a decent breakfast
Very we'll kept and clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Bathroom a little small but ok.
Chris at checkin was very helpful.
The hotel was comfortable and clean, convenient work space in the room, pleasant family-friendly breakfast area. Easy to get to from the interstate, but not so close as to have noise. I would stay here again.
My daughter and I stayed her for two nights because we got sick on a driving trip. Our room was very very comfortable. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. We barely left the hotel because we weren't feeling well so it was very nice to have a comfortable room to spend our time in They could use a few more waffle makers for the breakfast area, they were really backed up. Also probably not an issue for people actually there to do things and leave their room, but the television offerings were a little sparse, would have been nice to be able to rent movies or something through the tv.
Clean, new hotel, close to interstate, great breakfast, friendly staff Air conditioning unit was very loud...need to replace or turn down fan for quieter operation
The room was comfortable and roomy. The beds and pillows were excellent
Modern, comfortable, good bed, quiet, friendly staff, near a Crackerbarrel. Needs more room outlets.

Convenient location just off the Interstate. Hotel Employee at the registration desk very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast really needs improving. Cold hard boiled eggs don't satisfy at 6:30 am. Yes, there was make your own waffles and the inevitable biscuits and gravy but, some bacon or sausage with scrambled eggs would have been very welcome.

proximity to JMU price, smell in room
The room was cold and dirty and infested. I refuse to stay there and yet the property would not give me my money back. I won't be using this service ever again.
THE ROOM WAS PERFECT. THE LAYOUT AND THE SITTING AREA IN THE WINDOW THE KEY CARD KEPT DEACTIVATING BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GREAT.
The room was nicely decorated The sheets on both beds were dirty, no one cleaned our room during our stay, they gave our room to another person during our stay who actually managed to get in (we had one night left of stay). The night front desk man was very unprofessional.
The room was very small. There wasn't space to lay out my things such as make up and hair care. The sheets and comforter was paper thin and the pillows were flat. They only had one server at breakfast which made that a slow and irritating process.
The room was really nice No
Inexpensive, clean, very friendly staff, comfortable bed Breakfast is included but they were out of what we thought was bacon and they didn't refill the eggs for quite some time. Kind of makes you wonder if the staff scarfed up all the bacon.
Staff, comfort bed, clean bathroom.... After I stayed here I trust more about Kayak reviews. I don't have any complain at all.
Very friendly quint
This motel was in a good location for a visit to Bridgewater College. It is also nice to find a motel with all no smoking rooms. There seemed to be a slight musty smell in the bathroom, could have been from the wirlpool bath.
the building did not seem to be a hotel, very nice. we felt at home straight away. na
ver modern facilities
The layout of the rooms, the staff, and the convenience when you're working around Harrisonburg.
Check in staff could use customer service training. Snary & rude. Bathroom floors very slippery when wet.
Calm and relatively quiet considering the noisy highway just close by. Very good pricing for the services offered. I definitely consider returning back if opportunity occurs.
This was a challenging stay. We stayed on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The walls were paper thin. All night you could clearly hear the people in the room next to us and above us. Some of the noise was unfortunately what you could imagine. We almost left in the middle of the night. Not worth the cost
This is a GREAT hotel for those of you traveling with a pet. The room was on the first floor right next to the designated area for walking your pet. It is REALLY nice. The room was nice and clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again! Also it's in a great location surrounded by places to eat. Two thumbs up!
Very clean, well appointed room. Good variety for breakfast. Clean well taken care of breakfast area. Will return, if in area.
Very easy check-in with larger pet, $10 for pets and not restricted to specific rooms. We got more than we expected.
An older hotel that had been somewhat updated. Bathroom still had hair in it from previous occupants. Front desk help was not very professional.
The hotel was very clean and new looking. They had a small, but adequate, continental breakfast with waffles, donuts, bagels, apples, oranges, boiled eggs, coffee, 2 cereals, milk, OJ, apple juice, muffins. We took our 2 small dogs and the hotel has a nice courtyard area to walk dogs and had a 'doggy station' with bags and trash can. Very pet friendly. Our children liked the hotel too.
Excellent location to shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was neat and clean. I was surprised as the room rate was much lower than others in the area. We would stay here again.
We have stayed here three times and we always feel safe and comfortable here. Rooms are clean and hotel is pet friendly - the main reason we stay here. I only wish they had a better place to walk the dogs - we were relegated to a small patch of grass behind the dumpster. At any rate, it is conveniently located just off the highway and close to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
I have a pet, Chocolate Lab, and we were on the way home to visit my parents. The room was very nice. I would stay again if going this way.
This is a beautiful hotel! There is an amazing courtyard that my dog loved. They even have a pet station with bags to clean up after your dog. The staff was very helpful and the rooms clean and very modern. The whole hotel looked brand new even though the staff told me that it was not a new property. Got more than what I paid for!!!
The room was surpisingly clean... looked like the place just opened or something. They allow pets for $10 extra, so it was nice to bring our dog... they have a little park area with the baggies and trash for the pets to use the bathroom. We were very thankful for the wireless internet also, very handy to find maps online while visiting! The continental breakfast was nice had a variety of things including fresh waffles. Would definately recomment and stay here again!
This Comfort Inn is nice with indoor access rooms, pretty lobby, decent rooms, and good breakfast. We especially liked the waffles!! Although we did not travel with pets, it was nice to find that they are a pet-friendly site. And it is close the beautiful Massanetta Springs and Massanutten Ski Resort. If you stay, check out the farmer's market's near the Harrisonburg Exit and in Dayton. Also in Dayton, the Old Mill building with gift shop.
Staff were very nice and accommodating. Extended stay hotels are a little different. No ice machines. Not so bad, but an inconvenience. Price was high for this hotel.
Size of room was good, suite was usuable Bathroom was very dirty, toilet didn't flush well, no ice available
Has a stove, kitchen sink, dishes. Perfect to make my own food to fulfill my dietary requirements. Bathroom toilet hit the wall everytime I sat down.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was very clean. The bed was too firm, and I hadn't realized beforehand it was an extended stay motel.
We enjoyed the pool while on our stay. The hot tub was not working at the time. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. Everything was available. Check in and check out was quick. We did have a room off the elevator during our stay. It was very noisy until 10 pm. There was a soccer team staying on our floor and the kids were running up and down the halls till after 9:30 pm. Not ideal for getting a toddler to sleep. The parking lot at the rear of the hotel was also noisy and could be heard through our window.
Breakfast was finished before 8
non-smoking room, smelt like smoke....window left open and pollen everywhere....room served its purpose but would not come back.
location is convenient just beside of the entrance of highway. poor cleaning Coffee milk is opened and messed up. shower is not with hot water
king size bed was available needs updating in fixtures/furniture very limited choices for breakfast
Good water pressure. We weren't expecting a boutique hotel for that price, but the hotel was undergoing renovation and the first room they gave us had no electricity. We moved. Keys did not work. Walls are paper thin. Towels paper thin. Restaurant closed during renovation so we had to walk to sister hotel next door for included breakfast. After renovation it may look better - it was pretty seedy - but had we known we would not have stayed there. Staff was accommodating.
I was just very impressed by the quality of the room for the prce that we paid. I'm used to having to pay at least double to get what we got at the Ramada in Harrisonburg
Breakfast was bare bones continental, but edible. Hard to mess up fruit and yogurt. The toast was stale, but jelly helped. Almost everything was poor. We had 'non-smoking' room that stank of rug shampooed smoke. We were told that was there shampoo and the manager pointed to the door symbol 'See - Non Smoking room'. The smell was horrible every time we stepped into the room. People partying out on second floor first night. Key card lock did not work until carding in 4-5 times each time. My wife and I travel a lot. This was not a technique issue. A maintenance guy came up the second day and it took him 5 attempts. This is no better than a 2.0 only because room had no bugs and there was a minimal breakfast each morning.
The B&B was charming...part of the Manor House was built in 1790, the 'newer' portion in the 1800's. The decor in our 1790 Suite was a floral pattern in hues of blue. There was a private balcony & the sitting room was equipped with TV, books, etc.
The hotel was very clean and up-to-date. The pool and hot tub were clean and in very good condition. Our stay included a hot breakfast that had a good variety of items to pick from and it was well stocked. Our only complaint, if you could call it that, was the flavor of the eggs in the morning. They tasted a little sweet. Everything else was perfect.
This place needs torn down Air conditioner banged all night. Toilet ran all night. There were bugs on the floor and on the pillows. And the place was filthy.
I was located in a convenient location I was old inside, not updated in years.
Location was very good coming and going. The refridgerator door did not close and the closet door did not close.

The location was very near to the event I attended. Internet connection was come and go; staff gave me a number to call to fix the problem--it was a number to a scam operation. The bathtub had no stopper, so it was impossible to take a bath, you had to use the shower.
Great location, close to many things, kids loved the pool , staff was friendly , I wasPleasantly surprised with this hotel! We even had family who switched to this hotel after problems with theirs , highly recommend
Old and dated. Not well kept. Non smoking smelled of cigarettes. Smelled
Staff was friendly and the room was available on a very busy weekend. Parking was extremely limited so guests were forced to park in 'No Parking' areas or on grass.
was pleased that the room was clean although automatic door closers did not work well. Doors slammed a lot. was disappointed in the breakfast. Juice machine was a joke!No flavor to OJ and only water came out of Apple. Stop advertising what you don't have!
Nothing. Clerk charged 50 for a pet fee. I reluctantly payed it. We then went into our room and found a crack pipe under the mattress. I told the clerk and all he offered was $15 off of our rate. We quickly received a refund and drove 2 more hours.
Close to our event, a few minutes away. We had to really pull up on room door handle for it to click. Tub didn't drain. People above us on 2nd floor soundied like King Kong stomping around. Mattress not the best. For a 1 star, you get what you pay for, so it was ok. Free basic breakfast stuff.
Location Everything besides location. After driving 10 hours I wanted a clean room to shower and sleep. The room was dirty. Bathroom had nail clippings and hair on the floor. Shower had mold in the caulking. The toilet paper was empty so I changed it
