Clean, efficiently laid out.
Breakfast was satisfactory - nothing special but crowded and out of several things.
First floor room was a little loud.
friendly staff, very clean. Lack of quality restaurants and late night food was disappointing.
No hotel bar
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location to restaurants and shopping was excellent.
The pillows were not very comfortable. But I asked for an extra pillow at front desk and was content. Next time, I will not forget my own pillow.
Arrived evening of Oct. 17 th.. Upon entering the room, my wife pulled back covers on bed and found hair on sheets. Called desk and was moved to another room. Went into the bathroom next morning only to find water leaking down from ceiling onto the vanity. Contential breakfast at 7:30 am was next to nothing. Since we were in town for another night, I walked across the street to the Hilton Garden Hotel to check it out, was greeted at desk by very pleasent clerk who invited me to check out a room if I would like and also check out their breakfast bar. Both outstanding! Moved over to the Hilton and had a very pleasent stay. When in the Atlanta area in the future, will stay at this Helton. THIS HAMPTON INN SHOULD BE CLOSED UNTIL CLEANED UP. I HAVE ADVISED ALL MY FRIENDS STAYING IN THIS AREA TO AVOID THIS INN.
This Hotel provide very good service to business professionals
A VERY RUDE DESK PERSON UPON CHECK IN. HANDICAP ROOM IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. PRICE ENTIRELY TOO HIGH FOR QUALITY OF THIS ROOM. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
