Pros: The Majestic Roof Hotel is an amazing residence for a Chinese traveler like me, for several times, I stood at its balcony to look Southward to appreciate the green mountains and Northward to enjoy the canopy of the bush, and got intoxicated by the laid-back pedestrians on the Frome street, it’s amazing that Austrians can wear shots in Winter time. Every staff member here is sincere and hospitable, and the house-keeping ladies can be the representatives of this friendly city. I highly recommend the salmon lunch served at the restaurant next door, for 17.5dollars I enjoyed the most delicious and nutritious western dish I had ever had.

Thank you so much!
Cons: Found the bifold doors to the bathroom a strange feature. Being family, it was fine for us, but in a twin room like we had, I can't imagine all guests would be comfortable not being able to lock the door for bathroom privacy, as well as it not being sound proof. At. All.

Pros: Check in was excellent and bed was very comfy
Cons: Shower was not good, barely any water pressure and kept turning from hot to cold by itself
4.5 Okay
Pros: The bathroom was a good size, and the hotel and room fitted with my overall needs.
Cons: When I arrived there were hairs in the bath and the tv didn’t work. I was moved to another room, but the tv was still on an “analogue system which is being transitioned”, which meant the picture was beyond horrible and didn’t even possess all the free to air channels ... Not a major issue, but for a apparently five star hotel? During my stay, somehow, a bottle exploded in my room fridge. As I discovered this, there were already shards of glass OUTSIDE the fridge, leading me to believe someone from the hotel cleaning staff had opened the fridge and somehow not noticed the bottle, spilt and frozen contents, as well as the broken glass. I informed reception and it took over 5 hours for someone to come and eventually attempt at cleaning up. I say “attempt”, as after a cleaner had been in the room, I still found shards of glass not only outside of the fridge, but also in other parts of the room on the floor - how was this even possible!? Addded to this, the tired, chipped, scratched and overall OLD furniture in the room, plus two single beds being shoved together a king bed does not make, I was exceedingly disappointed with this so called five star hotel ...

Pros: We would like to congratulate Peppers on an outstanding hotel experience. We were wowed from the beautiful front doors. Lovely airfreshener as you walk in. Glamerous foyer and lifts. We have both stayed and worked in many a hotel over the years. we both have a background in 5 star hotels. First impression out of the lift on level 14 was wow, such a quality build and spotlessly clean and undamaged . We can not compliment enough the cleanliness of room 1408. Usually in every hotel things are missed from housekeepings cleaning given the little time the cleaner gets. We went through the entire room from skirtings to ceiling vents, high dusting, under beds and glassware . Who ever is cleaning this room should be highly praised for their work. Well maintained and no marks on any of the walls. A shout out to housekeeping managment for quality control. Even the cleaning trolley in the morning looked like it had just come off a factory line so neat. Boy we have seen some trolleys that show the cleaners really dont give a damn about presentation. Highlights of this room were the amount of windows, and fresh air, the bath was big enough for two people and the water pressure in the shower was exceptional. The spare clean blanket wrapped in plastic in the cupboard was great to see. The bed linen quality was A1 . Bed comfy as could be. Clean fabrics on bed cushions and runners which are often covered in hair and never laundered. Lovely towels thick and thirsty. We have reccomened everyone now to your hotel . It was our wedding anniversary and you guys gave us a bottle of sparking to celebrate, such a lovely touch. Thankyou so much for a wonderdul experience. The breakfast area was so lovely a great set up nice and spacious with out having tables sitting on top of tables. Nice color scheme relaxing and peaceful. Great range of provisions. We want to come stay again and try level 18 view. Thanx to all the lovely staff across the board who served us with Peppers pride.
Cons: The hotel is perfect we would just say if anything the coffee machine in the breakfast area made really weak hot chocolate and really weak coffee . But its not a complaint more a personal taste thing.

Pros: This was one of the best apartments I have stayed in. All of the questions above have scored top marks. The staff were just amazing and so helpful with anything I required. The bed was so comfortable!! The apartment was furnished with beautiful paintings, glass ornaments and sidelamps. ie it was aesthetically pleasing and made you feel that you were a valued customer. Proximity to Rundle Mall and trams was so convenient. If I ever go to Adelaide again I would stay there and would recommend the apartments to anyone.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. Maybe the bathroom was a little small as the toilet was hutched up in a corner but you just deal with that as everything else was just beautiful.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. This hotel has 4 meeting rooms available for events. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and nice comfortable room. I would stay here again.
Cons: If you're not used to city sounds, I would suggest you ask for a room that doesn't face on to the mall. Drunks at 4am, and street sweeper (for Rundle Mall) started at 5am.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location right on Rundle Mall and near the Art Gallery, Museum, University and shopping. The room and bed were very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. My room was very quiet. There is a restaurant on site which I did not try but the room service was good.
Cons: The room had no welcome folder so I had to ask about phone numbers and extensions to get the front desk, room service etc. The towel and room service rules were a bit confusing. The hotel requested that you take a card to the front desk if you wanted room service. I think that a hotel room should be serviced daily especially to empty waste bins. To promote a "green" standard towels can be dealt with as in other hotels with a sign to indicate they can be re-used by not putting them on the floor.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, awesome location
Cons: That you had to take a paper to reception to receive house keeping. No water pressure in the shower.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location. Large rooms. Recently refurbished.
7.5 Good

Cons: That there wasn't a tv in room or bar fridge. But still room was comfortable and clean.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: good place to everywhere
Cons: breakfast only have pancake, hope to have some more food
6.8 Good
Cons: As one would expect, it was pretty loud
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent knowledgeable and helpful staff, great location in the heart of the CBD, very convenient amenities (kitchen, game room, internet in lobby). Much quieter than expected, and saw numerous families (with young-adult kids, no small ones) there similar to ours. Dated and worn facilities but very clean and well maintained. Reminded me nostalgically of my college days. Great deal for the price, and would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. The self-cook breakfast deals at the front desk are a big help to travelers on a budget.
Cons: Aircon was a bit challenged by hot days, but still was adequate. The family room had the potential to be a bit tight for 4 adults (including 3 women) with a week's worth of gear, but everyone kept their kit consolidated and we made it thru just fine.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and being close to the city.
9.5 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, Staff, Cleanliness
Cons: Breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The luggage storage.
Cons: I wish the staffs could be more friendly. There is no proper breakfast, free tea/coffee like other hostel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Some of the most helpful staff I've encountered - not that I had necessarily big requests, but they were more than happy to assist me - even at all sorts of hours during the day and night. You won't be at all cold at night during winter with adequate blankets provided. Well stocked kitchen, utensils-wise. Lots of storage space too! Free pancakes for breakfast with a range of toppings to spread. Individual storage lockers in bedrooms each have a power socket within so you can charge your electronics inside whilst locking the door.
Cons: The pillows on the bunks are too soft - they don't rest your head at all well. The air-conditioner in each bedroom is very noisy, oscillating slowly between quiet and loud regularly at night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and had a decent layout/size kitchen and lounge area. Was an easy place to meet other travellers. Complimentary pancakes were a bonus. Great location!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: view
Cons: more variety of tea and coffee
7.5 Good
Pros: Location & proximity to cafes & town centre. Secure building and good parking. Access to beach.
Cons: No clothes airer as not everything can go in dryer. Lack of instruction manuals for dishwasher & washing machine. No light over dining table. Had to have bathroom light on to see while eating.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Sensational location with very relaxing views of the Marina precinct. So central for all restaurants and shopping. We used our apartment as our very comfortable base to further explore the Fleurieu peninsula and Adelaide hills.
Cons: Unfortunately there wasn't any indication (either written, or in the online pictures), that the apartment included a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom, with seventeen stairs to reach it?? Very difficult challenge for a Femoral Amputee. However, as a more suitable apartment could not be sourced at this time, we elected to stay, as the view and proximity to central Glenelg, far outweighed the disadvantages.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and responsive manager to small plumbing issue. Included parking on site a bonus.
Cons: No WiFi or pay TV. Queen bed mattress needs replacing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, comfortable and very well treated thanks
