8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, very nice house, amazing breakfast, great attention
Cons: Maybe the bathroom could need a slight update
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property is comprised two guest houses and one main home where the hosts live. We were a group of 8, 4 in each room, and everyone was very comfortable. There is a lovely courtyard where we had some AMAZING breakfasts, each prepared and served by either Joy or Evan. There is also a beautiful rooftop terrace with an incredible view of the mountains. It was very clean and close to everything. The hosts will ensure you are acquainted with the property and the city, cannot recommend enough!
Cons: Nothing absolutely loved it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely property. It is personally maintained and managed by the owners Evan and Joy and they are perfect hosts. They took great care of us with beautiful breakfasts and were accessible and friendly. Evan gave us helpful suggestions for experiencing the old city and our travels beyond. Joy and Evan have created a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere with brilliant flowering plants overhanging the stone walls and lintels. Each apartment has a cozy outdoor space with mosaic table and chairs for breakfast or relaxing. This is a traditional stone Tsfat home with stone courtyards and interiors with stone vaulted ceilings. The apartment has a kitchenette, a closet for hanging clothes and shelves with extra blankets and pillows, and it has a seating area with a table and chairs. The air conditioning is excellent although not necessary at night with the windows open in mid June. Also it was wonderfully quiet! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Artists Quarter Guesthouse and highly recommend it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about the Artist Quarter guest house! It was so well preserved... I felt like I was living in a warm cave! The best night sleep I had on the entire trip.... the beds were so comfortable! But most of all was the warm welcome we received by the hosts! They could t have been more accommodating to all our needs! Evan spent a lot of time telling us places to go and marking them out on a map! Made it so easy to get around! We loved to artist quarter and the old city. Amazing art pieces in all the stores! We will definitely return to Tzfat and the Artists Quarter Guesthouse!
Cons: Not a thing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Joy was incredibly helpful and available. Breakfast was yum!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful architecture and decor. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Joy prepared a delicious breakfast! Loved the sweet patio, loved the spaciousness of the suite. Within walking distance of all of the sights.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Joy and Evan are the ultimate hosts. Their personal care and attitude is unsurpassed! From giving directions, to planning excursions, to going the extra mile consistently, Artist Quarter hits the mark. The breakfasts were scrumptious and varied each morning. Location is superb and anyone looking for a B & B need to look no further. Thank you Joy and Evan. You are very special people!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We arrived in Tzfat around 8pm without having booked anything and after going around a few places and finding them full, we were happy to find this one online, which happened to be a few meters from where we were standing and searching on a smartphone, at 8:54 - it said you can arrive until 9pm. The place inside is simply fantastic., beautiful stone vaults and great taste.
Cons: It was on the expensive side, over 900 NIS for a suit in which my wife and I had proper beds in a very nice room, our friend a sofa bed in the (also beautifully vaulted) sitting room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hostess was a gem helping us plan day trips, places to eat and things to see. Our home-made breakfast, served each morning in our courtyard was delicious.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was charming and in a beautiful setting, the owners were so nice. The breakfast was great.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our walking tour of Tzfat with Daniel - he showed us many facets of this historic city and explained many facinating aspects of life there. We also enjoyed Shabat dinner with Daniel and Susan and their family and friends. Highly recommended!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked 1) the location. 2) the Jacuzzi in the room.
Cons: 1) Check-out was a nightmare. It took 45 minutes. They write all receipts out by hand, have no computer to do this function, the visa payment was on old. slow equipment. NOT professional and NOT appreciated. I had wanted to leave immediately after Sabbath ended and was delayed by this unprofessional antiquated payment system of their's. 2) My friend had pre-ordered a vegan meal for Friday night. 1) They forgot and 2) nonetheless, charged him full price. That is inexcusable! 3) We thought that the Friday night meal was too expensive! With tax, it came to 140 shekels and we could have gotten a bigger and better meal for the same price at the nearby Rimonim Ruth Hotel. Yes, we ate with the husband and daughter, but that experience was NOT worth the high price for a meal that should not have been more than 100 shekels per person, tax included! The wife of the owner was away and perhaps the place runs smoother when the wife is there, but I am reviewing this place based on my experiences as I experienced them with the husband running things.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location. Close to galleries and historical and spiritual center.
Cons: 1. Check in was terrible and took about an hour: even though our accommodation was prepaid via Booking.com, the owner wanted us to pay anew. 2. No parking belonging to the property. I barely found a parking spot a few hundred meters from there. 3. Breakfast should be more varied, and pastries to be more fresh.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Susan is an exceptional host. She is kind, helpful, joyful, and very good at running an excellent B&B. If you choose to have meals with her then you go up to her apartment and she makes delicious foods. I recommend lunch and dinner. Vegetarian and fish, not meat options.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Even before arriving I have emailed back and forth with the owner and felt a good vibe. It's a difficult city to find your way around and she sent us excellent instructions to make sure that we found the place. We were welcomed into the property by the owner who we immediately connected with. The building has beautiful outdoor spaces with a view all the way to Meron. It's an old building with charming period features which have been beautifully preserved with a thoughtful and tasteful renovation. Our room was stunning - a huge room with the original domed ceiling, furnishings built into old arches, a big double bed with excellent mattress and high quality linens and a comfortable seating area with a TV. The bathroom was also huge with a free standing jacuzzi tub and plenty of fluffy towels. There was also an outdoor seating area. In total there are 4 double rooms - each different. Just outside the room was a communal lounge with comfortable seats where a delicious and healthy breakfast was served on the bar and where tea, coffee, cakes and fruit were available throughout our stay. There were also lots of books on the shelves. Friday night we opted to join the owner and her family for a Shabbat meal which was excellent - good food, great company and generally lots of fun (there was an extra charge) We were provided with a map which we used to navigate a walking tour in the afternoon. The location is superb - right at the top of the hill and the old fortress in the older part of the city. It was an amazing, positive experience, providing a much needed rest (I had run the Tiberias Marathon the day before and we were away from kids for the first time in a while). Would certainly consider going back again.
Cons: The only thing that I can think of which could possibly be seen as a negative is that the access to the property and it's rooms involves a lot of steps and it would be challenging for someone with limited mobility.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff are kind and helpful, the room size and arrangement are very good for a couple.
Cons: No ventilation in the toilet and bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great host! Danny is such an amazing and kind person with lots of Humor and stories to tell! Perfect location to see the city and be in the artists quarter. Breakfast was so delicious and more than enough. We had a great time! Thank you so much!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The inn was charming, clean, nicely decorated, well equipped. The proprietors, Susan and Danny, we're very nice and ready to help. We also appreciated the extra touches in the room. It is centrally located and has lovely views and outdoor seating. We would definitely come back.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very personable. Felt like you were staying at family.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful, the room comfortable and the breakfast fantastic! We had some difficulty finding the Inn but the owner stayed on the line and directed us until we arrived. They were also helpful in recommending an excellent tour guide.

Pros: We really enjoyed the sauna, the views, the design and the atmosphere Monica was very nice & helpfull
Cons: The short stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Monika, the receptionist, was outstanding. On my reservation I indicated that we needed late check-in and hoped to arrive at 19-20:00. Somehow this info didn't get transferred to her, but she was very easygoing about it. In the end we were delayed more because of last minute work issues. We arrived around 20:30 and she had made dinner reservations for us for 20:45. She told us to go eat first and call when we got near so she could help us navigate to close parking. We got to the gate and it was locked by other guests. She came from her house at 22:00 to help us get in!! And escorted us to our suite, explaining everything she could. The breakfast was nice. And the staff person, Isra I think, was pleasant and accommodating for my daughter's many food allergies. Loved the hammam and the massages were excellent!! The location was perfect for us, and after breakfast on Friday morning Monika gave us a map and marked all the places we said we wanted to see and gave us recommendations for other places too. A Shabbat platta and hot water urn were set up for us on Friday and late checkout after Shabbat was not a problem.
Cons: No kitchen towel in the kitchen. We used one of the terry cloth robes that was provided. No salt in the salt shaker.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views, the location, the breakfast- all excellent
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location fantastic. Hospitality and breakfast wonderful
7.5 Good
Cons: Breakfast and dampness in Room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming Boutique property in Tzfat. Very pretty and unique, nestled in between some near top of the city. Breakfast pleasant with an assrtment of vegetables, fruits cheeses , fresh baked goods., simple, not fancy. Ten rooms only, are pretty and spacious. Ours had an outdoor sitting area with umbrella and table. Staff are helpful . Tzfat is unique place, spiritual and historic, with radial roads winding down in the city. Good for 2 nites or 3 if you add day hikes and day trips in the area.
Cons: It feels like a high end B and B, rather than a hotel so keep that in mind. Its 50 metres from road to room with suitcases, and you can park for free 1 block away. Unique property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great boutique hotel with nice rooms and lots of attention to detail. Breakfast (buffet-style) was very good, with lots of fresh produce from the region. In our room, we also had home-made cookies and a bottle of wine, on top of a coffee capsule machine and an electric kettle for tea. When we arrived, we were greeted with hot, spiced wine. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Monica booked us a restaurant for dinner, recommended a nearby bistro in the forest with amazing views and also helped us with tips for discovering Tsfat. We also received recommendations for parking our car some weeks before our trip as the hotel is located in the old part of Tsfat and not directly accessible by car. However the public parking which was recommended was just a quick walk and easy to find.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It has a very nice decoration that fits the old city, classy and beautiful ! The wet sauna is very indulging and quite huge. The breakfast is amazing! It is made wth fresh Mediterranean top ingredients. great variety and delicious - one can tell it’s made by chef .... Service is very kind and caring. The owners are great people that give added value to the stay as you can also use their proficiencies in astrology and personal one on one treatments. Very recommended !

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, cozy, roomy, city-center location, inviting balcony, beautiful preparation by the hostess ... she even had a quart of milk ready for us in the refrigerator !
Cons: The only slight negative was parking which was not really a great problem. You must park on the street about two blocks away and then up some steps but the street always had parking availability.

Pros: Lovely apartment, location and responsive host.

Achuza Bamarom - Zefat - Building

9.2 Excellent (54 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Achuza Bamarom in Safed, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Otzar Hastam of Tzfat and General Exhibition. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.5 Good
Pros: Large heated in door pool with hot tub and sauna; huge breakfasts - good value for money; quiet comfortable rooms.
Cons: Manager speaks limited English, other staff none at all; Tsafed is larger than it seems and the hotel is 10 minutes drive from the old centre; the units have small kitchens but no implements or pans/knives etc. Note that the hotel is hard to find down a small side road and the name on the small signs is: "Heavenly Nights" (or very similar.) Even local residents didn't know about the hotel. Google Maps gets you to the door though!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious. We should have asked for a room higher up because the view would have been amazing. Our view was mostly of a nice terrace which was ok too. The facilities in the room were good. The staff were very helpful even though they don't speak much English. The breakfast was really excellent.
Cons: We didn't have enough time there and we got a bit lost trying to find it.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing and really nice. The sauna, jacuzzi and pool were great too - we had our private time. The owner was really nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our short stay.
Cons: The cleaner did not speak English but she really tried and was nice enough to try to communicate with us. We would have given a 10 if it was not for that.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Extremely clean. Staff very helpful. Lots of good towels and very good mattresses. Breakfast was copious and fresh. This type of unit is hard to find in this area. Important for people to know that the kitchen does not come with utensils, pots, dishes. The staff will provide what you ask for, but you might want to bring your own items if you are planning on cooking in the unit. This relates to maintaining a kosher kitchen.
Cons: It was a little small, but adequate. Trying hard to be very elegant, but some odd furniture.
6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was home cooked and the eggs were made to order. All very fresh and good preparations. The owner did try hard, and helped us get some laundry cleaned. I feel bad about not giving them a higher review, I really wanted to, but there are some things that really need to be improved.
Cons: The rooms was not stocked with much. We had a two bedroom with kitchenette, and the room was NOT stocked with any kitchen items; not plates, cups, knives, eating utensils, and so on... The WiFi never worked. The seats at the "living area" were so uncomfortable with boards under the cushions, and their were only two chairs. The seating at the table also only had two chairs also, where there were four of us. The TV remotes batteries were out, so I used some from a different remote. When I was checking out, he needed the credit card and a copy of my passport, well... he returned my credit card to me but not my passport. He knew this, but never called me before I left the area entirely. So when I realized I didn't have it, I was already 45 minutes away (I was shopping in the area for 3 hours, 10 minutes from the hotel. So we called him and he told me where it was since he wasn't at the property. We had to turn around to get it and my family and I missed an appointment for a tour that we had already paid for. ( Two points - always ask for them to make the copy of the passport at the beginning of the trip; he should've driven to where we were to deliver the passport to me where he illegally never returned it back to me.). I wouldn't stay here again. They didn't speak very good English there, so communication would have been very difficult except that we had our guide with us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were very comfortable we enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was very satisfying great location

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was very clean with comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast. Achuzah Bamarom is a beautiful, peaceful sanctuary in the hills of Tzfat. There are no cooking utensils in the villa but you can ask. The staff are very helpful.
Cons: Everything was great.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The proprietors were friendly, helpful and a wealth of information; the room was very comfortable; the grounds were beautiful; and the breakfasts were excellent.
Cons: I can’t think of anything.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, make you feel like at home and provide you all the information you need. Rooms clean every day and with toiletries. Coffee, tea and a computer available at all times. The most comfortable place during my whole stay in Israel.
Cons: It is a bit far from the main attractions in Safed, "far" being a highly relative term in this small town though (just 15 minutes by bus at most). It is however absolutely worth it. Not possible to check-in after a certain time.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful place with mild weather in summer. Safed and surroundings easily accesible.
Cons: No stores nearby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you haven't experienced their place you won't know what heaven means.
Cons: It was perfect
6.3 Good
Pros: I was alone in the dorm room. The garden is nice.
Cons: bad smell in the room, the broken shower head holder, some strange black bugs crawling into the room from under the door (killed a few).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First of all Riki and Dov were amazing hosts. Personable and helpful. We had many good conversations with them. And they're good chefs too! The breakfast was beyond awesome: Homemade bread, jams, cheeses by Riki were yummy and plentiful. Eggs by Dov were great, and there was much more delicious stuff to eat than we could manage. In the evenings they treated guests to shots of fruit liquors they'd made. The location was very nice and the setting itself beautiful, with a fountain, plants, patio, etc. It felt like a mini-paradise. They had plenty of useful local recommendations -- especially the restaurant HaArazim, where the "Riki Special" includes 15 salads. The room was quite nice and comfortable, with all amenities we might want, and the kitchen downstairs was handy. I'd stay there again in a jiffy.
Cons: Only one thing, and we experienced that elsewhere in lodging in Israel: The shower floor is very slippery, and the toilet area gets wet too, so we had to be careful. Showers there are in the same room as the toilet and either don't have shower doors/curtains, or the water just goes under the curtain, as at this place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the place is comy and clean ' owners are kind and helpfull
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was quiet and clean. They have little amenities like USB outlets, a flashlight in the room (which we didn't need but still.....), the breakfast was lovely and yummy, and the owners are great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rikki and Doobi are great hosts and always there to answer a question or help. You’ll come in as strangers and leave as friends.
Cons: N/A
9.5 Excellent

Cons: The double bed was a bit small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, the breakfast was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the responsive access to the staff, the zoo, the swimming pool, THE FOOD, the friendliness of the people on the Kibbutz, the sheer beauty of the area, and I am sure I am missing out on more. There is even a nice winery on site.
Cons: Minor things like a torn bathroom screen that allows mosquitos to come in, the slope of the floor near the shower was not correct and it allows the water to spread out across the whole bathroom floor. This is all very correctible and I am sure the facilities management will consider this.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It is a peaceful place. We felt at home. There is a shop where you can buy food and other products. There is a nice zoo and a swimming pool that we could not use as we were out of season. Many thanks for everything. Always helpful.
Cons: Even that the appartment is accessible for wheelchairs, the bath sink and mirror are a bit too high. The kitchen is more useable for a walking person.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to Sfvat for day trips and Rosh Pina for dinner had so many choices! Loved taking a dip after a long hot day. Never used in room Jacuzzi but I should have. The host Dori was so thoughtful they left a box of chocolate a bottle of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit( some from the garden ) to welcome us! She helped me find a guide to tour the city and was there to help make a stay perfect !
Cons: I might have preferred a main floor room for ease of luggage and a better view of the Sea of Galilee . The garden room had a lovely hedge of lavender which blocked the view from the yard. The view and pool were my reasons for choosing the property.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: They do not make the bed and towels were not changed (though we did get new ones when we asked for it) The toilette garbage was not empty after the last customer.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious...the bedding was comfortable...overall excellent accommodations!

Cons: The staff were a bit miserable - often looking unhappy and glum.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and grounds. Absolutely gorgeous! An historic inn dating back hundreds of years. All of the stone buildings and garden pathways were so relaxing. Just a 5 minute walk from the Old City/Artists Quarter. Our room had a HUGE balcony looking out over Mt. Meron. They had an excellent daily kosher breakfast buffet and Shabbat dinner and lunch available to order in advance. A nice large pool.
Cons: The Dining Room wasn't open for lunch or dinner during the week, just on Shabbat.

Pros: breakfast was great, really amazing choice and quantity
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service was great the workers are very nice friendly and helpful everything we ask and needed was in few minutes in our room. Breakfast was great lots of option and the service was very efficient and friendly and the food was very tasty.
Cons: i think what was missing is clear communication line between the costumer booking and the hotel. more of the booking system than the hotel itself. regarding the display of the food in breakfast it need clear signs of what each food is and contain especially for all people with Allergy or medical need. my idea is to do section or Area for those with medical need like Gluten free Sugar Free Dairy Free and ctr. Also sign say what's on the menu for the hot section food like the days that there is pancakes or Omelets and ctr. Also in the summer longer ours to be able to use the pool and facilities.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Front desk staff- eh Cleaning staff - nice Terrible mattress Cute place they need a back entrance for the far rooms and ramp accessibility
Cons: Mattress the kosher certification could use an upgrade
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Overall, the hotel was aesthetically beautiful offering excellent food. The view is breathtaking and it's location is central to the artist colony, restaurants, and shops.
Cons: The beds weren't so comfortable and blankets not warm enough to ward off the winter chill. Coffee/tea cups were dirty upon our arrival, as so one of the bathtubs had shampoo grease.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Too many stairs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great location, the buildings follow the local architecture, attentive staff, comfortable room and a great breakfast.
Cons: On the morning we were woken up by a staff member who wanted to clean up the room. When we talked about this issue we got a sign so we can put up a do not disturb sign next time.
7.0 Good
Pros: position, breakfasts
Cons: as a non citizen, the need to pay VAT for my wife who had lost border security certificate. It was clear we are not citizens of Israe, multiple indicators. And hotel booking was in my name not hers. Manager insisted it is Dan hotel policy. Spoilt the entire experience. Stayed in multiple hotels in Israel and only Ruth Safed insisted on VAT payment for non- citizen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved it and will be back
Cons: Service at breakfast wasn’t great

8.3 Excellent
Pros: the manager Ram is super nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ram greeted us and helped us as soon as we arrived. He was super friendly and helpful. He then brought us to our beautiful room. Unsure if it would match those posted online, my husband and i were a bit skeptical. We were pleasantly surprised to see it was all that and more! Ram then offered us the heated indoor pool for any hour and a half that we chose- just my husband and I. This place is incomparable to any other place I’ve been to. Highly highly highly recommend!

Pros: It was clean, pleasant looking inside and out and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. Laurie was a wonderful host. Very friendly, helpful and flexible! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good locality, nice owner.
Cons: The rooms are really small, which would not be a problem, if they were arranged in more guest-friendly way. For example there are 2 big closets, partly filled with owners clothes, which are not really needed (so big) for guests. One of them could be replaced with table with chairs, so that guests can have a place for tea or small meal.

Pros: Beautiful new building, with very friendly host. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location and view were excellent. On a clear night the view included the twinkling lights of Tiberias, the Golan and Jordan. The balcony was a nice little chill zone.
Cons: The sloping roof over the bed is low and was a hazard. The apartment cooking facilities were a bit limited and uneven.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view The jacuzzi The staff was helpful and kind. The bed was comfy Coffee machine Welcoming cake, sparkling wine and chocolate
Cons: The jacuzzi was not extremely clean (had too clean it before usage) The bathroom is not for you if you are 1m85 above. A little bit overpriced for the value. No swimming pool in low season - which you can expect (price should be reevaluated accordingly)

Cons: Nothing important, but the bath towels could be larger
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was a very quaint hotel. Small and friendly. Great pool area. Very relaxing with cool lighting.
Cons: The rooms were a little on the small side (but totally enough room), but the bathrooms were larger than i thought they would be.
5.5 Okay
Cons: Service was extremely slow. Also, I called a day in advance and asked for a crib, but it was not there when we arrived to the room. Breakfast is really expensive, especially for kids. There’s no elevator.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great bed, comfortable pillows, staff very accommodating for late checkout. Overall would recommend this place and I would stay there again.
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff was great, most helpful!
Cons: Hallway carpets are old, stained, though bathrooms seem to be somewhat newer, rooms not so much. No elevators, should you be on a higher floor. Staff was fantastic, helpful with luggage, directions, etc. They made the stay better just with their hospitality.
6.3 Good
Pros: seem to be new
Cons: things are falling appart especially in the shower, not really cable tv, bathroom door has a gap, vent in the bathroom not working. booked the room with a double bed, got 2 single beds stuck together.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice and spacious rooms. Recently renovated hotel.
Cons: The cleanliness was poor. We found a chunk of someone's hair in the bathroom. Told the front desk. They sent a girl over who came in with her boots and left wet stains on the floor after she had left, picked up the hair and left. No cleaning of any kind.
6.8 Good
Pros: Pictures looks much better than room and outside pool
Cons: The area outside is not clean at all especially when you look throw your window view

5.0 Okay
Pros: I remember this property from years ago ant it needs urgent renovation. The bed was comfortable The location of the hotel is very nice. The food was very good and tasty but not enough variety.
Cons: My husband is a handicap so I asked for a room with a shower. We had to change the room because the toilet was leeking. No place for the soap in the shower. Not enough handles. No anti-slippery carpet. No small towels. The floor got wet all around. In the room the carpet is old, dirty and worn out. We went for dinner about 19.30.Dinner should be served till 21,but the staff took everything about 20,30.Desserts were gone and we felt beeing pushed out of the dinning room before we had ended our meal.I did complain the next day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: At dinner there was a great choice of different salads and breads. At breakfast, there were several nice cheeses to choose from, as well as raw vegetables. Breakfast was served from 7:30-11:00, so it was possible to eat something early and eat again towards 11:00 (there wasn't anyone checking you off when you entered the dining room). The place was well kept in general. The spa area was very nice and completely accessible for sabbath-observant people: no electric locks or doors.
Cons: At dinner, there weren't very many hot and healthy options for vegetarians. At breakfast, it would have been nice if the herring had been cut into smaller pieces. It would have also been nice if there were more fruits offered at breakfast. It would have been nice if there had been some warning that breakfast was about to end. I didn't have a watch and no clock in the dining room. There was tea served during the afternoon hours which was nice, but it would have been nice to have some fruits available as well as light snacks. Some of the faucets in the turkish bath were missing handles.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: Looks like this place is loosing many points. The service is not kind and look like place is not managed well. we could see that in many aspects
7.5 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast wass rich and plentiful. Staff was helpful & friendly. Great value for your money!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff was helpful and fulfilled our requests, 2 separate rooms, A/C good
Cons: Cleanliness was mediocre— garbage wasn’t removed, bathroom and rooms not cleaned except the first of four days, breakfasts other than on the Sabbath just mediocre
5.5 Okay
Pros: the room was comfortable and clean
Cons: the room had very little light fixtures so the room was dark and the room had no place to hang any clothes and since we had to bring our own food there was no place to eat it ie no table or chairs. When it was time to check out there was nobody there at reception to accept the key our room.
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: Could not find the location as there were no street signs or numbers. The sign on the door did not have the same name as the one I had booked. As a result it took me a long time (45 minutes)to find the property once I had parked where Waze told me to. Once I arrived I was told I had to show a passport. Because no one had warned me re this I was charged Israeli tax which made the deal no deal at all. Upon arrival at my room it was discovered that my key didn’t work. Total time spent waiting for a repair was one hour plus. During that time I could not take a shower ( the bathroom has glass walls). I also couldn’t go sightseeing since I did not want to leave my luggage in an unguarded, open room and the clerk could not watch my things since he had gone to town to buy what he needed to repair my lock and closed the reception. I essentially lost the entire value of my first day’s stay.
4.5 Okay
Pros: IT WAS OK
Cons: THE LOFT ROOM HAD NO AIR CONDITIONER AND THE CHILDREN WERE NOT ABLE TO SLEEP OR USE THE LOFT THE FURNITURE WAS OLD AND STAINED THE BATHROOM WAS EXTREMELY SMALL
6.8 Good
Pros: Great Location Welcoming staff Good breakfast (Israeli)
Cons: Cleanliness to be improved
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location is good though it was hard to find because the name of the hotel does not match the booking.com description.
Cons: It’s quite run down and the internet does not work. Breakfast was not very good not providing fresh fruit or juice or anything other than white bread. We had a lot of difficulty finding the hotel and when we tried to call for assistance there was no answer. However once we were able to reach someone they came promptly and were very nice.
6.8 Good
Cons: Small bathroom. Lots of narrow stairs leading up to the room. No amentites to speak of. Odd "shared common room" of kitchenette area with another room (strangers)
9.5 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast was terrible and not up to good hotel standard
