Cons: Fridge did not work. Staff was not there on the sunday. only one office staff was there. Very old rooms and furnishings.
Cons: Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
Pros: Very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good location. Free breakfast.
Cons: Carpet in hallway smelly
Pros: My room was huge and very clean. Staff went out of their way to help in any way.
Cons: they did not serve ham and bacon at breakfast every morning. I did not care for the turkey sausage. Breakfast was overall still great!
Pros: The size of the rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
Cons: The location is fine but there are not any large signs on the hwy (16) to identify the road that takes you to the entrance. Only a small sign, which is difficult to see when there is a lot of traffic.
Pros: The location was fantastic to shops and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We have told so many people about Kerrville and where we stayed.
Pros: Friendly staff willing to help!
Cons: Our bed linens had not been changed. We've never had this problem before at any hotel. It was late and we were ready for bed when we pulled the covers down and discovered hairs and a dirty pillowcase. We slept in our clothes on top of the top sheet.
Cons: The sheets had stains and the pillows had dirt marks.
Pros: I enjoyed the hot breakfast options. I would stay here again for just this reason.
Cons: I realize hotels need to clean up after someone's stay however I would like to be able to have a one o'clock check out. This would make my stays more complete.
Pros: We were checked in quickly as we had booked our room on line. The elevator was convenient to our room. We were surprised to have a hot breakfast and two nice ladies who were there to assist us we needed. They were very nice. It was quiet-we rested.
Cons: Maybe the drive into the hotel off of Sydney Baker was hard to see and the sign was not really clear. I know you cannot change that so it is okay.
Rooms are huge - nice new hotel.
Pros: Staff personnel were excellent!
Pros: Room was quiet and very spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast/coffee were very good.

Cons: Fold out couch did not have a top sheet and desk had no help so they couldn't bring one up to us (in pajamas by then so ha to dress to go get it). Desk lady should never be alone!
Room was okay. Had difficulties getting a nonsmoking room, since Priceline's description of the rooms is misleading. We didn't want a smoking room. Hotel said any changes had to be done through Priceline. Priceline said the hotel had to do the changes. Breakfast was not great.
Cons: Hotel charged full room price(pending)for incidentals. Priceline showed smoke free when it was the internet that was free. We didn't want smoking, but hotel insisted we had to take it, since booked that way. Finally worked it out.
Overall, this hotel is good in a view to the price. It is convenient by I-10. The room size is decent, reasonably clean.
Pros: Decent sized room with two queen beds. The room is reasonably clean.
Cons: The noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway. I was able to hear the noises clearly of flushing toilets, showering from other rooms.
As noted above
Pros: The staff was great.... The food ( ugh!)but, that's all free breakfasts. ( smile )
Cons: They were suppose to have Suites but all they had were small regular rooms. This was 1st Priceline booking and it was a rip off.
Pros: The room was clean. The bathroom was great. The breakfast was good and staff was really friendly. I would stay here again on trips to Kerrville.
Fine if not by elevator.
Pros: Clean, great breakfast. Nice workout room, friendly service.
Cons: Next to elevator and laundry room so too loud at night for sleeping.

Cons: I left my prescription glasses under the pillow and called to get them mailed and was put off
Pros: The room was updated, very comfortable, inside 2nd floor facing pool. Much better than outside rooms, quieter on the inside. The staff is very supportive. Bette, is an amazing woman who works in the restaurant, over 70 works like a maniac. Gotta love that spirit! Thank you all.
Pros: The person that checked me in at the front desk was professional and friendly. The room rate was unbeatable. I asked for a specific type of room and she accommodated me without a problem. The room was clean and decorated nicely with marble counters, microwave, refrigerator, and desk. The bed was comfortable. I had the room with a rock wall just outside the pool. It was in Feb 2016 so there was no noise from th e pool area. One door opened to the parking lot and the other opened to the nice courtyard by the pool. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe although I typically prefer hotels with doors on the inside of the building.
Pros: Reasonable prices and accommodations. Has a popular local bar if you are inclined. Centrally located in nicer part of town.
Cons: Bathroom was a bit small and shower height is for someone under 5'5" tall... I am 6' and had to point shower head at ceiling to wash hair. Anyone with a back problem would have been out of luck. Hotel allows smoking on property... Not a plus. Though the inn does require no smoking in the room, saw many people smoking in the doorway. As a non-smoker I could smell the smoke inside my room. AC was very noisy. Needs some updating to HVAC system all around.
Cons: The room was hot, it never got below 75. One of the beds made so much noise anytime you moved, it made it hard to sleep. The staff that takes care of the pool (an older man) was extremely rude when my niece ACCIDENTALLY pooped in her pants. He acted like she did it on purpose and it was a huge inconvienance to his life. She's 3, fully potty trained, it was a complete accident and she also DID NOT go in the pool. It was just an uncalled for attitude on his part.
Pros: Rooms were clean, staff friendly, good value
Pros: The restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was nothing like the website pictures. It seemed small and dark. The restroom was so small that when using the toilet the paper holder was digging into my side. Also, I sleep with a CPAP machine, and I actually had to move the bed to find an accessible outlet. For what I paid it was adequate.
Pros: Well planned Corporate meeting. The accommodations were great. The staff was great.

Pros: Very peaceful, but close enough to Kerrville to be convenient. Hosts pay attention to details. Our cabin had a watchcat assigned to it.
Trail's End Guest House is a great choice for a stay in Comfort. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, and full breakfast is available daily. A seasonal outdoor pool and a terrace are offered, and rooms have conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean facility. Nice staff. Breakfast was provided. Pool was clean, and nice.
Cons: We found one bug (not sure what it was) on the wall. Not that big of a deal. Disposed of it and never saw another.
Pros: Everything was lovely. Room was great, beds comfy, breakfast was delicious and even provided hot food too. Pool was very pretty and nice, lobby was large and elegant. Definitely one of the nicer Super 8's I've ever been to!
Cons: A bit pricy compared to other super 8's I've stayed at... $100 for one room with 2 beds was definitely over my budget for a super 8.
Pros: Only complaint is the mini fridge not working and the room walls are so thin you can hear every cough and footstep of your neighbors. Other than that it was nice and clean.
Pros: I liked the rate and the cleanliness of the hotel thought it was an awesome value for the money!! This is our halfway point in Kerrville to Port Aransas and will be staying at this hotel from now on!!
Cons: Nothing really very easy on and off I-10 and great eats across the street at the ItAllian place and quiet a few other places within walking distance!!
Pros: Very comfortable bed
Cons: Not enough parking, asked the cleaning people to change the bed linens and they just made the bed

Cons: No towels, soap, shampoo in bathroom. The motel appeared to almost vacant but he room we got was an outside room facing the parking lot, despite having a very pretty inner courtyard.
Pros: Pool is surrounded by huge old trees. A great area for group visiting. The complimentary breakfasts at the attached restaurant were pretty good.
Cons: Not nearly the best place I've ever stayed at, but it is acceptable in every area.
Pros: Bed was comfortable, room was spacious.
Cons: Housekeeping missed cleaning our room and changing our sheets. Don't know what their schedule of cleaning is.

Pros: Food was good... Never before have I thought, "This salad has too much bacon..."
Pool with swim up bar is nice.
When we needed towels, roll out bed, etc. service was prompt.
Cons: Our room service dishes sat outside our room about 24 hours before they were picked up. Gross! Tub drained slow & bathroom needs updating. No washer/dryer. Room was too warm and a/c wouldn't get cold enough.
Pros: Location was close to the Texas Lions Camp. We needed a place close to this location to pick up my daughter from camp and to stay before our drive back home in the morning.
Cons: The place is TIRED AND OLD. The smell of MOLD AND MILDEW in the room was unacceptable. The room SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RENTED OUT IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN. Upon checking in (around 5pm Friday night), we noticed a terrible odor in the room. We only dropped our bags off, so we did not realize how bad it was. We returned in the evening, after picking up our daughter, and as we sat in the room the MOLD AND MILDEW ODOR grew stronger. I called the front desk to complain, and the girl sent a guy up to spray down the room. As he walked in he said, "wow the smell in here is terrible!" We had the balcony door open to try and get the odor out. The AC unit ran all night, the air did not cool, and the odors got progressively worse. I complained in the morning at about 6:30 AM and nothing was done to fix the problem. I was beyond furious with the lack of a solution or attempt to rectify this problem. I never slept a wink that night due to the horrible smells. In fact I went out to my car to try and catch a nap before our long drive back home. In the morning, my daughter and I had sever headaches, congestion, and red eyes. AIR QUALITY POPLE NEED TO BE CONTRACTED TO TEST THE AIR QUALITY IN THESE ROOMS, that is how bad the mold smell was. Other problems were present at check in: two front staff members arguing while we stood there waiting.
Pros: The room and bath were both very large and I love the Old West charm of the Hotel. Very comfortable!
Cons: I was very disappointed to find that the fitness facility was closed and also hard to find.
Pros: Fun, interesting, quirky place! We liked that it wasn't a cookie-cutter chain hotel. the staff was friendly and the room was large. Also enjoyed swimming in the large outdoor pool.
Cons: Facilities are a little older, so it could use some tlc.
Pros: I like the rustic, western theme, how I grew up

Cons: That we didn't slend enough time working on .me its forum
Pros: Even maid service very helpful & friendly
Pros: Check in was fast and friendly. Room we wanted was not available on the first floor so we were upgraded to a suite. Very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and linens crisp and clean. Breakfast was fresh and good. Will definitely stay here again. . Great valve for the price.
Pros: I had very late arrival, staff was friendly and room looked terrific. Was very clean and although economy hotel room had a very nice feel. Bed was comfortable, nice seating area. Would highly recommend. At 9:50 when I went to breakfast the breakfast bar was fully stocked, only thing I saw OJ was a bit watered down. Will always stay here on my way to west Texas
Pros: Pet friendly but not much room for walking the dog. Very strong modernized in main office are that slaps you in the face and causes asthmatic issues.
Cons: Not impressed
Pros: The staff was kind enough to open and set up the breakfast area early for an early morning start to my day. Although dated and a little run down, the motel was just fine for the price. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Everything was is in good working order.

Pros: Friendly and efficient staff. Brightly lit parking lot. While the sink and tub definitely looked old/worn, everything was completely clean. The linens especially looked, smelled, and felt clean and new. And considering I had only gotten the hotel because I needed a night of sleep and a shower in the middle of a road trip, That was all I was really asking for.
Cons: The halls reeked of smoke. Even my non-smoking room had a lingering smell of smoke.
No hairdryer. Which if I had though about it I probably would have been able to guess. It had just been so long since I've been in a hotel without one.
Pros: The only thing we had was a tv.
Cons: No coffee maker . Husband called front desk and they said they did not have aby. Had requested a king bed and was given two standard size. When ask about it was told that would be $10 more.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Dirty hallways with lots of smells. Overwhelming air freshener in room. Air conditioner was weak. Breakfast was all gone by 7:30 AM. Expensive for what we got. No elevator (my wife is disabled and we could not get a bottom floor room).
Pros: Great location and friendly staff. Love the family-owned, small business vibe.
Cons: Found a really long black hair in one of the "clean" towels in the bathroom. Linens and towels were itchy but you can't expect perfection with this kind of value.
Pros: location is easily accessible
Cons: property is in poor condition. TV and Lamp in room....that is about it! You get what you pay for! I'd rather pay $10 more and stay in anyone of the other 8 or so places within 2 blocks.
Pros: Beds were good. Very clean. Free breakfast.
Cons: They could get another waffle maker.

Pros: The lady checking in was very nice. Price was nice
Cons: Bathtub needed remodeling and very loud neighbors. Looked like a bunch of workers and families living there
Pros: This place was a dump. I think it was a who're house or a crack house. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. Room smelt gross. I got my money back!
