I liked how close is was to everything. The staff was very friendly. didn't use the pool put it was clean and very inviting. Lots of room to sit around it. Parking was easy also. I would stay there again. also liked the Mt. around us.
Probably the no free breakfast
Location in Keystone. Minutes from many things to see and do.
The pool was not heated and kids were upset. The one staff member we interacted with was swearing and had loud music with profanities playing at the front desk. Room was a bit dirty. Outlet covers broke off (not safe).
The hotel had a good location, but that was the only thing it had going for it.
The receptionist was the most rude hotel staff I have ever encountered. We had to make a last minute online reservation, and he was visibly upset that we were there. He later issued a key to different guests to our room! Moldy ceiling and tiny room.
DESK CLERK WAS VERY NICE
THE BED WAS TOO SOFT,WE WERE PUT RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE LAUNDRY ROOM THAT RAN ALL NIGHT LONG.AND THE ROOM AND ALL THE HALL HAS FILLED WITH THE SMELL OF CLOROX,FROM THE POOL ALL NIGHT LONG.NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
A place to sleep
Toilet and sink stopped up. Shower unit broke
parking , checkout time , hear guests in next room , no coffee in room

Location is the only reason to book this hotel.
Beds are old and uncomfortable. Not enough parking.
The bed was comfortable, location the the best
Bugs in the bathroom, tight parking carpet was worn and stained
the people are helping in the customer service desk they look terrible
They double booked one room. Somebody was already there. Both rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The parking was insufficient. Oh, there wasn't much to like.
Not getting what was advertised. Having to find other lodging on short notice, paying more for what we could find and putting up with the inconvenience.
Location Beds were comfortable.
Older, bugs in room(staff said they come in when they have a lot of rain).
No internet. No parking except down the street from hotel.
The location is the best thing about this hotel.
The only hotel during our 8 different hotel vacation that didn't offer shampoo in their rooms (we got some after complaining to the front desk). The parking doesn't have enough spots and its really hard to get out. the non smoking room still smelled.
The staff was very helpful and catered to our every need (like doing our laundry for us and for free). Located only two (2) miles from Mount Rushmore. Could walk to dining and shops.
Room was above the pool (hot and humid). Air Conditioner worked great, but made lots of noise.
Once parked you didn't have to move your car to get food and visit the shops. The staff was very nice and you are close by Mt. Rushmore.
If your wanted a morning coffee an urn was supplied in your room and you had to go down to the lobby to fill it. I really don't recall them having a breakfast either. Parking was difficult.
Total lack of parking. Afraid to leave the lot because you may not get a spot when you get back. Uncomfortable blankets.
Non-smoking smelted like smoke. Had the staff spray but still smelled stuffy. The language was a little barrier. The over all hotel esembled a 1970 room .....
