Pros: Excellent staff throughout the hotel, creating a really lovely atmosphere. The hotel was on the edge of a park and a few minutes walk from the natural history museum, which houses species of flora and fauna native to Bulgaria. Great food in the restaurant at reasonable prices and a very good breakfast with lots of choice.
Pros: *****Georgi, the reception/guest service man during my stay was excellent!! Very helpful and friendly! The property is well decorated and maintained, including the restaurant and SPA area. It’s a great value overall with the SPA and breakfast included.
Cons: No comment
Pros: Breakfast was good, food would have been better if heated more
Cons: lot of food was overcooked or cool not hot
Pros: Everything was great. Super staff - the best we have met during our many stays at Bulgarian hotels - helpful, courteous & always smiling. Looking forward to staying there again soon.
Cons: Having to leave.
Pros: Helpful and nice staff
Cons: The staff were the best I've ever had in Bulgaria, helpful and had a laugh with you. They made the hotel go from good to excellent
Cons: The staff best I've had in all the hotels in Bulgaria I've stayed in
Pros: The hotel is a renovated Bulgarian revival style house. Staying there is like staying in a museum but they've added heating and mostly modern bathrooms. I say mostly only because the shower does not have a curtain, as is common in many Bulgarian hotels. We enjoyed sitting in the common areas and relaxing with the cats. We especially liked the white and grey cat. Breakfast was traditional featuring pancakes or fried bread with jam, yogurt, white cheese and coffee.
Cons: The owner was constantly yelling at her cats. One morning at breakfast she startled us by coming in and abruptly yelling at the cats. At first it was funny but then it became excessive and kind of stressful. The breakfast could use some vegetables or fruit.
Pros: a wonderful village the ecohouse is like a small museum of the city
Pros: City is adorable
Pros: One of the more unique places I've stayed at, the place is beautiful and cozy!

The local restaurant hosts were fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. Would thoroughly recommend you try the local dishes.
Cons: Language barrier too much at the bus station.
Pros: Everything. The room was big, clean and comfortable. And all that for only 20 Euro for a night. Definitely will visit again.

There was no hair dryer in our room and our bed wasn’t very comfortable . The food at the guest house was good but the bar wasn’t very well stocked run out of beer and some soft drinks .

Pros: What a lovely place to stay, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was lovely. The hotel provides a lovely breakfast and evening meals. We spent an afternoon relaxing by the pool with drinks. The hotel is very well located and very easy to get to from anywhere in the village. pro tip: take a walk to the lake you wont be disappointed, it's so peaceful watching the birds in the evening. We recieved hugs from the host when we left, highly recommend, we will be back.
Pros: A beautiful guesthouse in a beautiful village. The house is 200 years old and so tastefully appointed and kept. Everything is spotless. The family that run it are lovely, welcoming and informative. The swimming pool is exceptionally clean and set in a little garden. The food in the restaurant surpassed anything else we ate in the village.
Cons: The air conditioning did not work.
Cons: You need to be aware that there are no street signs and the propertie's name is in cyrilic writing only so very, very difficult to find. GPS won't help as there is no address to put in. The hosts don't speak any English, the facilities are very basic, no power points for example, so unless you are looking for an authentic 200 year old experience you will be disappointed.
Pros: Hospitality, food and location were perfect.
Cons: Everything was ok.
Pros: We enjoyed a lot the warm and friendly host. She gave us good suggestions about the town and the area. She also served an amazing homemade breakfast and made us feel homey.
Cons: Particularly our room has a bit weird smell from the tubes in the bathroom but I understood from the other people from my company that they did not have this problem. Maybe it has been only in this room and they have already fixed it.

Cons: Our terrace wasn't clean. It was a bit hard to drive there (didn't find instructions): best is to take the road up (on the right) at the turn before entering the village; continue till the public parking (high one). From there it's 200m walk to the guesthouse.
Pros: Amazing place situated in an Incredible old village. The place is a bit “old” however clean and comfortable, and has an amazing view on the village and the valley. A little bit hard to find, but after we did it was defiantly worth it .
Pros: Lovely house with beautiful mountain view. Would stay here again. Recommend it for couples and families.

Pros: Great atmosphere, clean authentic and comfortable rooms with everything required. Peaceful setting, clean air.
Cons: Due to the authenticity of the different houses, it was very easy to hear every step of the guests on the upper floor. The staff in the restaurant were slightly unorganized and a little slow and quite often there were a lot of unavailable items in the menu.

Cons: Nothing I can think of. Everything was excellent.
Pros: Lovely staff!!!Nice, clean room.Good food.We will be back!!!!
Pros: Nice garden and a big parking lot. The rooms were clean, but the heating wasn’t turned on /late April/. The breakfast is typical Bulgarian and homemade /mekitsi with jam/. Coffee and tea not included.
Cons: They charge for 1 hour at the spa, but you don’t get to use the facility for more than 30-40 minutes, because they turn off automatically.
Pros: Big room, balcony and very comfortable bed and soft and good quality linen.
Cons: Tea and coffee should be complimentary if breakfast is included and customers should not get charged for it. It would be nice if breakfast could includ more varieties, rather than tasty mekeetsi, jam and ayaran :-)
Pros: Rooms looked well organized but needed to be cleaned better- had lots of spiders and cob webs. Floors of the rooms were a bit dirty. Towels and bedding were clean!
Cons: Please put AC units. During the day is really hot and no air circulation in the rooms. Later at night it gets cool but you to open all the windows in order to feel the cool air. Food choices were ok. Breakfast choices should be more specially the ones included.
Pros: Really pleasant and peaceful.
Cons: Breakfast was very small, and we weren’t given the opportunity to order something more substantial. We weren’t even offered the chance to buy coffee or tea! The staff were generally very ambivalent about our presence.
Pros: We like the location of the property. the bed is comfortable, big balcony with very beautiful view. the room is furnished very well. the bathroom was very clean and comfortable. everything is done with attention to the details. the staff is very nice and polite.

Pros: The location and the traditional atmosphere
Cons: The bath is very small, the lighting is too weak
Pros: The village
Cons: The bathroom and the kitchen were not very clean but the rest was very well. Good place to stay. And the owner was very friendly opening his restaurant just for us.
Pros: It's spectacular. A really old house in the fairy-tale village that is Zheravna, typical for the area, very well preserved. It has all the old style charm of the area, both inside and out. Outside, a series of terraces and gardens offer not only excellent relaxation spots with spectacular views, but also ample space for children to play in. The room itself was extraordinary, atmospheric and authentic, being inside the oldest building of the property.
Cons: The bathroom and kitchinette were extremely small, which is understandable, being in an old house and all. Mind you, this is only the apartment we stayed in, the one in front, maybe other rooms on the property have larger bathrooms. Also both bathroom and kitchen could have been cleaner. Not bad, but sightly downwards from perfect. The rooms were a bit dark as well, better lighting would help.
