9.5 Excellent
Pros: great access from Haneda airport and clean and quiet
Cons: I did not know how to check in until on the day. The previous day, I cannot access to WIFI because of flying. I advise sending passcode at least 2 days before.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you’re looking for a place to stay which is near Haneda airport, this is the best place. The place is very clean and cute, the staff is very friendly and answered all my questions before coming.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean and great location. Easy check in and out process. Really friendly helpful staff. Lucky for us only one other person staying otherwise might have felt crampt. Used the location as a base for an early flight from Haneda which was perfect. Such great value for money.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location ,Bed and facility
Cons: none!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were outstanding and went out of their way to help us with onward travel and to find our way around. We really liked the location in a quiet local neighborhood and a short walk to the station that connected us to Haneda airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Cons: The place felt a little crammed - too much clutter in the common room. The wifi didn't connect to my computer, which hasn't happened before and there was no multi adapter for international plugs which was highly inconvenient as I had to send lots of emails (but Rintaro was outstanding in the assistance he offered).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of space and quiet.
Cons: Not much to do in surrounding areas.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, sento, great breakfast and 5 minutes from the train! Amazed at the pillow and pajama choosing niche. Was actually quite impressed with this place and would go out of my way to stay here again.
Cons: Rooms are small but well equipped.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed is comfortable. I also like the onsen.
Cons: The long pillow in the 9th floor where I was assigned was uncomfortable unlike in the 2nd floor where I used to be assigned. The pillows beads were too big create uncomfortable lumps.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location, excellent service, great breakfast, super comfortable bed, reasonable sized bedrooms, loved the selection of pillows, Musashi-kosugi is a very clean and strategic place to stay
Cons: Not much to not like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The onsen to soak away the day's fatigue. Water from the hotel tastes great (both from the tap and the free bottle when you do not request room to be cleaned)! Breakfast is incredible for its spread and quality! Vegetables are delicious and rich in taste unlike what I can get from even Whole Foods USA. They have even their own natto?! Scrambled eggs is the best ever: fluffy and light. Never had one this good even after 10 years in US. Bacon、mackerel etc are freshly grilled on the spot. Guess what? Breakfast comes included with the room price.
Cons: Nothing at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcome each time we entered the hotel. Breakfast was great Everything so clean
Cons: Only the pillows already on the beds.-able to change them for more comfortable for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is excellent, the room is clean though a bit tiny, but typical Japan style in mega cities. Connection to all major areas in Tokyo and Narita airport is more than convenient. Would definitely come back for next trip.
Cons: Nothing, everything is better than expected.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The comfort of the bed and the location which is just less than 10-minute walk to the office.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The buffet breakfast was fantastic! The room was quite big. The hot bath was excellent
Cons: There was a small boy in the women’s hot bath so it was a bit awkward
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast good, bed is good, air purifier is awesome.
Cons: I think the onset is bit dirty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed Japanese Breakfast such as Natto, grilled fish and veggie, Miso soup, Japanese pickle. Sauted veggie, etc,. We missed breakfast 2 times because we had to catch the sightseeing tour in the early Morning. All employees were very polite. We were very appreciative their courteous and helpful manners.
Cons: My husband wishes the bacon were a little bet crispy. He also would like to have mocha coffee (coffee and chocolate with heavy cream)- In my opinion, It's too heavy and too sweet for the Morning coffee.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: It‘s a fairly new hotel and right next to the river where you can have a stroll. Rooms are nice and clean.
Cons: There‘s only one shuttle bus to the airport at 6.30 I think. If you tale public transport it‘s pretty far.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Great looking but only thing we liked was bike path along the river. SHUTTLE service good and punctual.
Cons: Where do I start!! I DIDN'T No one to take bags to room Only shuttle to Kawasaki Station and town and NOT nearby Haneda airport!!! Were not made to feel welcome. Ask a question and it was as if you were a bother from one of Managers. NOTHING TO DO IN AREA very industrial only suitable for business people. Expensive food.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I stayed with my 3yo and they gave us special amenties and worked hard to make sure we had transportation to the airport the next day. We went through a few options until we found a method that got us reliably to the airport on time. Much appreciated.
Cons: The location was awful! The selling point is that it’s a short distance from Haneda airport but after a late flight with baggage trying to navigate which bus to take to get there (even at the information counter with the address on hand!) we gave up and took a taxi. Even with only 8km to travel it cost over ¥3,000 which was an unexpected extra expense.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was beautiful and the location was perfect , the hotel was clean and the staff were wonderful . I will definitely be returning !
Cons: The rooms were clean and the aesthetic of the hotel as a whole was impeccable
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the decor, ambience and cleanliness of the room
Cons: there are really few options staying near Haneda airport if you need to catch early flight ... while the room is cheaper compared to the rest, you may need to fork out ~2500-3200 for the taxi (one way)

Pros: Very clean hope to stay again there, recommended to everyone.
Cons: Far from station, I was not inform about the shuttle bus.

Cons: Can’t fault it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I lived more than 1 decade in Japan and stayed in many hotels, but this one is really the best. Room is big and very clean. The staff are very helpful. The dinner was great. I recommend it for people traveling from Haneda airport. The price was also not expensive
9.3 Excellent
Pros: meal was really good. location was too far away from station and using bus was inconvenient, so we used a taxi, which was costly. however we have to accept it because of good price you offer.
Cons: I liked cleanness, modern design of building, meal and service. The transportation is the only issue.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The furniture, interior decoration, cleanliness. The shuttle bus was excellent.the restaurants downstairs was also helpful.

Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I like that they have free curry breakfast during your entire stay. It's actually close to Kawasaki station, just 5-10 mins by foot. I also like that you can choose from their rooms, you can choose the bunk bed, or the private ones. Very comfortable too. You can pay by cash or credit card as a method of payment.
Cons: The toilet doesn't have sanitizing solutions. It's better if there are sanitizing solutions inside the toilet. Please add cotton buds and free hair brush too inside the comfort room.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: An awesome place that keeps a trip to Tokyo affordable. The whole place is nicely designed and the rooms are super quiet. The bar downstairs serves great food and craft beers from around the country. Soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes are all included. 20 minutes from Tokyo station if you catch the right train.
Cons: Breakfast was a little weak - it's a self serve Japanese curry. It was really a game of luck if you'd be able to fish out any real food that wasn't just sauce. There are only two electrical sockets in the room - so bring an extension if you know you'll need to charge more than two things. Hard to get back to if your out super late in Tokyo.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cool place, not too far from Haneda airport. Nice bar area with a few bars/restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: They go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. I was in Japan for 2 weeks but this was the only place that felt like home.

Cons: Not close to anything but we had a car so it was not an issue. Would've liked to eat breakfast there but it was very expensive. Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kawasaki - Kawasaki - Building

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kawasaki in Kawasaki, you'll be a 1-minute drive from Tokyo Bay and 5 minutes from Kawasaki Daishi. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very near the train station. Easy to get around. Lots of activity nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of things available to do if you're staying for longer than 1 day, which was what we were doing.
Cons: The bed wasn't very comfortable. Normally I like a firm mattress, but one night after this one my back was aching. I can't really blame the hotel for this since it's a mattress and that's usually subjective.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good clean hotel
Cons: The lift - every time you used the lifts it would stop at reception on level 2 (even when no one had selected that floor) - if you used the lifts a couple of times a day this is so many unnecessary stops and very rarely were there people getting off on that floor
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Best buffet breakfast in my recent trip. Mainly Japanese food with some sausage, bacon, ham, etc. Food is carefully made. Juices are good with many other choices of drink. Typical Japanese breakfast is served with steamed rice, miso soup, salted appertizer, beans and so on. Restaurant setting is good with three individual booths that if you are lucky you can seat on. Other seats are open setting. Hotel and room are quite old. Sofa is worn out. Room setting is not that user friendly. Booked a more expensive room but the quality is just so so. Maybe you should consider booking the basic one is fine.
Cons: Hotel and room is outdated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient for JR - a short walk to station and shopping/food mall
Cons: Check in on an automated kiosk - prefer a person. But staff at desk was friendly and helpful. Room had space for walking and unpacking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great for visiting Kawasaki and traveling around thanks to nearby train stations. The hotel has a 24/7 convenient store next door (Family Mart). Check in and out were super easy through the automated system. The room itself was more spacious than I expected (compared to other hotel accomodations I have seen in Japan.) The building is secure with keycard access for the elevators and late night front doors.
7.5 Good
Pros: we booked a double room, which a little too small with all our suitcases but great location, lots of shops and restaurants around. Easy access to public transport too.
Cons: no view from the room at least on lower floors
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Visiting family member in area. Rooms ok size for Japan. Gave us adjoining rooms.
Cons: Breakfast limited range when staying 8 days
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wide room with nice furniture such as sofa small table
Cons: The cleaning service staff a little shy for greeting in corridor
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location....
Cons: None

8.3 Excellent
Pros: the bed
Cons: nothing
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The staff doesn’t speak a word of English! It took me 5 Minutes to understand that I needed to check in and out everyday. And yes if you stay several nights, you still have to check out and back in every day. They help locals but ignore foreign customers! They show no cultural sensitivity. This place is not for foreigners as it is very foreign-unfriendly! Don’t stay there!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Wifi is good.
Cons: Hotel system , 4 PM check in and Morning 10 am checkout even after Room Booked for more than 3-4 days , you have to check out daily basis. If you will be late even 10-20 minute after 10 am 3000 JPY will charge, this is ridiculous.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Hmm nothing
Cons: Room is too small and not comfortable and in washroom has no flowers as mentioned in pictures.
7.5 Good
Pros: The venue is very close to Kawasaki station, just 5 min walk
Cons: Room doesn't have window, it's too dark and a bit hard to breath

Cons: Basically nothing to complain about!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great Staff
Cons: Steam room was not working
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Took some time to find exact location as Google directed us to the rear entrance. But in reality it is quite close to JR Kawasaki Station (5-10 mins). Its a small building hidden between shops and restaurants but rooms are very big compared to Japanese standards. I am not sure, but I guess this must have been converted from a love hotel. New guests don't have to worry anything about the place. It is well suited for one night relaxing stay. Quite comfortable. You can set the mood by using the special lights as well. Staff is very very polite. Person on the front desk was elderly and soft-spoken but was very kind for our each and every enquiry. We conversed in English.
Cons: Bathroom was amazing. The sheer size put us in the awe. The only problem was a the broken shower. Water spray went a little haywire.
10.0 Excellent
