24 hour pool
I booked a king and got two double beds. The shower was dirty. I called and complained and they told me I could check out if I wanted to. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
the location was perfect and the resort itself was fairly nice
the bathrooms were severely in need of an update and the check in was a painful 30 mins
Park Inn by Raddison in Kissimmee Florida on Maingate - June 2018
Park Inn by Raddison in Kissimmee FL on Maingate had a lot of cons and a couple of pros. The pool and hot tub was open 24 hours, they had a small area for children to watch movies with Mickey Mouse chairs, and there was a Pizza Hut in the hotel as well as a Budget and an Avis car rental.
Park Inn by Raddison in Kissimmee FL on Maingate was extremely outdated and looks nothing like the pictures that are online on their website. The rooms/hotel tower to the left of the check in desk are absolutely disgusting. We were placed in on of these rooms at the start of our trip (room 364) and from the moment we stepped off the elevator you could smell an awful stinch and the carpet down the halls was so filthy. The room toilet, bedding, currents, and refrigerator were all nasty and stained with Who knows what. I called and spoke with a manager to be moved. We were moved and Raule was very helpful and kind and got us moved to the other tower/ right of the front desk which was nicer. But still a 2 star room at best. I would not recommend this hotel or stay again.
I can't believe anybody would give this five stars
I stayed at a disgusting, hole in the wall motel in Georgia once for $45 a night. That crappy motel is better than this place.
Fraudulent billing practices Beat up, dirty rooms Dishonest staff No towels the entire stay The worst hotel I've ever stayed at
Passing on this hotel in the future and you should too.
The location. At least there weren't roaches.
This hotel seemed like a better deal than a hotel down the road, but as soon as I get to the front desk SURPRISE! $17/day "resort fees" for things I wasn't even going to use. Wifi? Who charges for Wifi? Shuttle fee which no one else charges (and by the way we didn't use because of all the reviews saying the service was unreliable. There were other things such as sports equipment? What sports equipment? If you're going to charge $17 "resort fee" at least give us breakfast. Breakfast was not included. The pool was warm, which my significant other liked, but it just felt grimy being in a warm pool. The hot tub had mysterious white goo floating on the surface as well as a ton of debris. The rooms were (as far as I looked) clean, but the tile floors were annoying as we got out of bed every morning and put our bare feet on the very cold floor. The beds were uncomfortable. The fridge was tilting forward so it took some extra effort to open it and put stuff in. Lastly, BY ODIN THE NOISE! There were two children above us. how do I know? Because there were foot steps all night running from one side of the room to the other and the ceiling/walls were so thin, I could differentiate the voices of the children on either side of the room. Not to mention any time anything moved on either side of our room; if someone opened a curtain, walked across the floor, opened a door (not just shutting it), turned on the faucet, or sneezed, we heard it. Not just from the rooms next to us, but from across the hall as well. Forget about sleeping early as you hear everyone as soon as they get out of the elevator and we were three doors from the end of the hall. I understand that it's hard to go back and fix initial architectural mistakes, but the noise made the stay unbearable. Please, don't label yourselves as a resort only by slight technicalities. I'm sure there is a bare minimum to classify as a resort, but this facility is barely scratching that if only for it's location. I've had far better stays at a Days Inn at half the price, than at this hotel. I stayed here because it was my anniversary and I thought a resort would have been nice, instead we were treated to another Orlando-trap-hotel. 2/10 would not stay again.
This place was awful!! Shuttle service is a complete joke. Housekeeping was nonexistent, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!! If I were Radison I would take my name off this location. The use of the word resort is a total fabrication.
Great Location right by Disney parks. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms.
Beds were dirty from last guests...
Location was great for Disney parks.
Our beds were not clean from the previous guest. There was crumbs still in the bed...
High relative resort fee
Their resort fee is not commensurate with the quality of the resort. About twice a much as it should be. Bathroom has some maintenance/ cosmetic issues that should have been fixed with regular upkeep
The air conditioner in the room was on full blast cold and the room never felt cool. This was my second time staying here and the first time was excellent.
Nice hotel but needs to be cleaner
The location was great. It was very close to Disney world. A shuttle to the theme parks was offered and was free.
The first room we were put in had small bugs near the desk. The staff said they were sugar bugs. The staff immediately moved us to another room that didn't have bugs. Unfortunately, the new room was not very clean (dusty surfaces and dirty floors). The tub also didn't look sanitized so we did not bathe there, we only showered.
Late checkout time of 1:00!
Bathroom vent was extremely dusty
